གསུང་མགུར 43 – Psalm 43

1  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ནི་གནོང་མེད་ཡིན་པ་དཔང་པོ་མཛོད།

ཆོས་མེད་མདུན་དུ་ངའི་ཕྱོགས་གསུང་གླེང་མཛོད།  རྗུན་ཤོད་མཁན་དང་མི་ངན་ལག་ནས་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།

2  ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་ཡིན་པ་དང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་སྤངས་གནང་ངམ།

དགྲ་བོས་ང་ལ་མནར་གཅོད་བྱེད་པའི་རྐྱེན།  ང་ཡིས་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་མྱོང་དགོས་སམ།

3  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་འོད་དང་བདེན་པ་གཏོང་གནང་མཛོད།  དེ་ཡིས་ང་ལ་འགྲོ་ལམ་བསྟན་པར་ཤོག།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དམ་པའི་རི་བོ་ཛི་ཡོན།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཞུགས་གནས་མཆོད་ཁང་དུ་སྐྱེལ་བར་ཤོག།

4  དེ་ནས་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་ཁྲིར་བཅར་ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཡི་དགའ་སྤྲོའི་འབྱུང་ཁུང་ཡིན།

ངས་པི་ཝང་འཁྲོལ་ཞིང་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་དང་།  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལགས།

5  ཀྱེ་ངའི་སེམས་ཉིད་ཁྱོད་ནི་ཅི་ལ་ཕམ།  ང་ཡི་ཁོག་ནང་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་འཁྲུགས་པ་ཡིན།

ང་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ནང་རེ་བཅོལ་ཞུས།

ང་ནི་སླར་ཡང་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

ཁོང་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྐྱབས་མགོན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན༎

 

 

1 Vindicate me, O God, and defend my cause against an ungodly people, from the deceitful and unjust man deliver me!

2 For you are the God in whom I take refuge; why have you rejected me? Why do I go about mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

3 Send out your light and your truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling!

4 Then I will go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy, and I will praise you with the lyre, O God, my God.

5 Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.
