སང་ཞོག་སྔ་པོ་ཨབ་ར་ཧམ་ཁ་སྔོན་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མདུན་དུ་བཀའ་མོལ་གནང་བའི་ས་རུ་མྱུར་དུ་ཕྱིན་ནོ། ཁོང་གིས་སོ་དྷོམ་དང་གྷོ་མོ་རཱའི་ལུང་གཤོང་ཡོངས་སུ་བལྟས་པ་དང་། ཐབ་ཆེན་གྱི་དུ་བ་ལྟར་ས་ནས་དུ་བ་ཐོན་པ་མཐོང་ངོ་།

Genesis 19:27-28

And Abraham went early in the morning to the place where he had stood before the Lord. And he looked down toward Sodom and Gomorrah and toward all the land of the valley, and he looked and, behold, the smoke of the land went up like the smoke of a furnace.

  1. God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah due to their wickedness and lawlessness
  2. Abraham was informed of God’s judgement upon the wicked

ཨབ་རམ་ལོ་དགུ་བཅུ་གོ་དགུ་ལོན་པའི་ཚེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོ་ལ་མངོན་པར་མཛད་པ། ང་ནི་ཀུན་དབང་ལྡན་པའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན། ངའི་བཀའ་ལ་ཉན་ནས་གང་བདེན་པ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་བྱོས་ཤིག ངས་ཁྱོད་དང་དམ་བཅའ་བྱེད་དེ་ཁྱོད་ལ་མི་བརྒྱུད་མང་པོ་སྤྲོད་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

Genesis 17:1-2

When Abram was ninety-nine years old the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless, that I may make my covenant between me and you, and may multiply you greatly.”

  1. God prepares Abram to enter in to covenant with God
  2. God’s call for holiness and sanctification have been fundamental to establishing covenant with His chosen
