དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མི་ཚོ་ལ་རང་གི་ཐོད་པའི་སྒང་ལ་དམིགས་བསལ་གྱི་རྟགས་གནང་བ།

God’s people Are Given a Special Mark on their Forehead

 

1 འདིའི་རྗེས་ལ་ [ལྗཱོན་] ངས་ [ང་རང་གི་ཞལ་གཟིགས་ནང་] ས་གཞི་མཐའ་ཟུར་བཞི་ལ་བཞེངས་ཡོད་པའི་ཕོ་
ཉ་བཞི་མཐོང་བྱུང་།   ཁོང་ཚོས་ས་གཞིའི་རླུང་པོ་བཞི་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་འགོག་གནང་གི་འདུག   །དེ་འདྲ་གནང་བ་   ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ས་གཞི་ཐོག་དང་།   ཡང་ན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཁ་དང་།   ཐ་ན་ཤིང་སྡོང་ག་འདྲ་ཞིག་གི་ཐོག་ལ་ཡང་
རླུང་པོ་བརྒྱབ་ཐུབ་མ་སོང་།

1 After this I [John] saw [in my vision] four angels who were standing at the four corners of the earth. They were stopping the four winds of the earth from blowing. And as a consequence, no wind could blow upon the earth, or on the sea, or even on any tree.

 

2 དེ་ནས་ངས་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ཕོ་ཉ་གཞན་དག་ཅིག་ཕེབས་ཀྱི་ཡོད་པ་མཐོང་བྱུང་།   ཕོ་ཉ་དེས་དཀོན་མཆོག་
སྐུ་གསོན་པོ་ཁོང་གི་ཐེལ་ཙེ་བསྣམས་འདུག   །ཕོ་ཉ་འདིས་སྐམ་ས་དང་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་གནོད་པ་བྱེད་རྒྱུའི་ནུས་པ་
གནང་པའི་ཕོ་ཉ་བཞི་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་བོས་གནང་སོང་།

2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east. This angel was carrying the seal of the Living God. He called out to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea.

 

3 ཁོང་གིས་ཕོ་ཉ་བཞི་པོ་འདི་ཚོ་ལ་གསུངས་སོང་།   “སྒུགས་རོགས་གནང་།   ང་ཚོས་ང་རང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཞུ་མཁན་མི་དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མའི་ཐོད་པ་
ལ་ཐེལ་ཙེ་བརྒྱབ་མ་ཚར་བར་དུ་སྐམ་ས་དང་།   ཡང་ན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་།   ཡང་ན་ཤིང་སྡོང་དེ་ཚོ་ལ་གནོད་པ་
མ་བྱེད་རོགས།”

3 He said to these four angels, “Wait! Do not harm the land, or the sea, or the trees until we have put a seal upon the foreheads of all those who serve our God.”

 

4 དེ་ནས་ངས་མི་ག་ཚོད་ལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཐེལ་ཙེ་བརྒྱབ་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ཐོས་བྱུང༌།   ཁྱོན་བསྡོམས་མི་ཆིག་
འབུམ་བཞི་ཁྲི་བཞི་སྟོང་ [144,000] ལ་ཐེལ་ཙེ་དེ་བརྒྱབ་འདུག   །དེ་ཚོ་ཨིཛ་རེལ་པའི་སྡེ་ཚང་མ་ནས་རེད་
འདུག

4 Then I heard how many people had received God’s mark. The total number sealed was one hundred and forty four thousand (144,000). They were from the all the tribes of Israel.

 

5 རུས་སྡེ་རེ་རེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་ [12,000] འདུག
ལྗུ་ཌའི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་ [12,000]
རུ་སྦེན་གྱི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲིག་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]
སྒེདྲ་གི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]

5 From each tribe there were 12,000 people.
12,000 were from Judah’s tribe
12,000 from the tribe of Reuben
12,000 from the tribe of Gad

 

6 ཨེ་ཤར་གྱི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]
ནེཕ་ཏ་ལིའི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]
མ་ན་སེའི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]

6 12,000 were from the tribe of Asher
12,000 were from the tribe of Naphtali
12,000 were from the tribe of Manasseh

 

7 སིམ་ཨོན་གྱི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]
ལི་ལྦཡི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་ [12,000]
ཨི་ས་ཆར་གྱི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]

7 12,000 were from the tribe of Simeon
12,000 were from the tribe of Levi
12,000 were from the tribe of Issachar

 

8 ཛེ་སྦུ་ལུན་གྱི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]
ལྗོ་སེཕ་གི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]
སྦེན་ལྗ་མིན་གྱི་རུས་སྡེ་ནས་མི་ཆིག་ཁྲི་ཉི་སྟོང་[12,000]

8 12,000 were from the tribe of Zebulun
12,000 were from the tribe of Joseph
12,000 were from the tribe of Benjamin

 

ལྗཱོན་གྱིས་དུག་སློག་དཀར་པོ་གོན་པའི་མི་ཚོགས་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་གཟིགས་པ།

9 འདིའི་རྗེས་ལ་ངས་(ཡང་བསྐྱར་) བལྟས་པ་དང་།   ངས་མི་ཚོགས་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་མཐོང་བྱུང་།   དེར་མི་དཔེ་
མི་སྲིད་པའི་མང་པོ་ཡོད་ཙང་ཁོང་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་གྲངས་ཀ་རྒྱབ་ཐུབ་རྒྱུ་མི་སྲིད་པ་རེད་འདུག   །དེར་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་
དང་རུས་སྡེ་དང་སྐད་རིགས་མི་འདྲ་བའི་མི་ཚང་མ་དུག   །ཁོང་ཚོ་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་དང་ལུ་གུ་ལ་ཁ་གཏད་ནས་
ལངས་སོང་།   ཁོང་ཚོ་དུག་སློག་དཀར་པོ་གོན་ཡོད་པ་དང་།   མི་དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མས་རང་གི་ལག་པའི་ནང་ཁ་
ཟུར་སྡོང་པོའི་ཡལ་ག་ཁུར་འདུག

9 After this I looked (again) and I saw a huge crowd. There were so many people it was impossible to count them all. There were people from every nation, tribe, people and language (group). They stood facing the throne and the Lamb. They were wearing white clothes and they all carried palm branches in their hands.

 

10 ཁོང་ཚོ་ཚང་མས་སྐད་ཤུགས་ཆེན་པོ་བརྒྱབ་ནས་ “བཞུགས་ཁྲི་ཐོག་བཞུགས་ཡོད་པའི་ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་
དང་ལུ་གུ་ཁོང་ནས་ཐར་པ་འཐོབ་ཀྱི་ཡོད་རེད།” ལབ་སོང་།   [གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན།   ཁྱེད་རང་གིས་ང་ཚོ་ལ་
དཀའ་ངལ་མང་པོའི་དུས་སུ་ཕྱག་རོགས་གནང་པ་རེད།]

10 They all called out in a loud voice, saying, “Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne and from the Lamb.” [For you have brought us safely through many trials].

 

11 དེ་ནས་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་དེ་དང་།   དོ་དམ་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞི་དེ་ཚོ་དང་།   སྲོག་ཆགས་བཞི་པོ་དེ་ཚོའི་
མཐའ་སྐོར་ལ་བཞེངས་ཡོད་པའི་ཕོ་ཉ་དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མས་ས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་སོང་།   ཁོང་ཚོས་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་དེའི་
མདུན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བའི་རྗེས་ལ་ཁོང་ཚོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་ཞུས་སོང་།

11 Then all the angels who were standing around the throne, the twenty-four overseers and the four living beings, threw themselves face forward onto the ground. And having prostrated before the throne they worshipped God.

 

12 ཁོང་ཚོས་འདི་གསུངས་སོང་།:   “ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་རླབས་ཆེན་དང་།   མཐུ་དང་ནུས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་
དང་།   ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་རེད།   ང་ཚོ་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་འབུལ་བ་དང་ཁོང་ལ་ཇི་སྲིད་ནས་ཇི་སྲིད་བར་
དུ་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་གྱི་ཡིན།   དེ་ག་རང་ཡོང་བར་ཤོག”

12 They said, “We declare that our God is great! He is powerful, majestic, and all-knowing. Let us praise him and thank him forever and ever. So be it!”

 

13 དེ་ནས་དོ་དམ་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞི་དེ་ཚོའི་ནང་ནས་གཅིག་གིས་ང་ལ་དྲི་བ་ཞིག་དྲིས་སོང་།   “དུག་ལོག་དཀར་
པོ་གོན་པའི་མི་འདི་ཚོ་སུ་རེད།   ཁོང་ཚོ་ག་ནས་ཕེབས་རེད་པས།”

13 Then one of the twenty-four overseers asked me a question. “Who are these people who are dressed in white? Where do they come from?”

 

14 ངས་ལན་བརྒྱབ་ནས་ལབ་པ་ཡིན།   “ང་ཧ་གོ་གི་མེད།   ཡིན་ན་ཡང་ཁྱེད་རང་གིས་མཁྱེན་
གྱི་ཡོད་རེད།”   དེ་ནས་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་གསུངས་སོང་།   “སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲག་པོ་མྱངས་ནས་གསོན་པོར་གནས་
པའི་མི་འདི་ཚོ་རེད།   ཁོང་ཚོས་རང་གི་ཕྱུ་པ་དེ་ཚོ་བཀྲུས་ནས་དེ་ཚོ་ལུ་གུའི་ཁྲག་གིས་དཀར་པོ་བཟོས་པ་
རེད།

14 “Sir” I answered. “I don’t know, but you know.” Then he said to me, “These are people who have survived [a time of] terrible suffering. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

 

15 “དེ་འདྲ་སོང་ཙང་ཁོང་ཚོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་མདུན་ལ་ལང་ནས་ཁོང་གི་མཆོད་ཁང་ནང་མུ་
མཐུད་ནས་ཁོང་གི་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཞུ་གི་ཡོད་རེད།   བཞུགས་ཁྲི་དེའི་ཐོག་ལ་བཞུགས་མཁན་ཁོང་རང་ཉིད་ཁོང་
ཚོའི་སྐྱབས་གནས་ཆགས་ཀྱི་རེད།

15 “That is why they stand before the throne of God, and serve [worship] him continually in his temple. And the One who sits on the throne will himself be their refuge.

 

16 ཕྱིན་ཆད་ཁོང་ཚོ་ག་དུས་ཡིན་ནས་ལྟོགས་པ་དང་ཡང་ན་སྐོམ་པོར་ལུས་ཀྱི་མ་རེད།   ཁོང་ཚོ་ག་དུས་ཡིན་
ནས་ཉི་མས་མ་འཚིག་དང་ཚ་དྲོད་ག་འདྲ་ཞིག་གིས་འཚིག་གི་མ་རེད།

16 They will never be hungry or thirsty again. The sun will (no longer) beat down upon them, nor will any burning heat harm them.

 

17 གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་དེའི་དཀྱིལ་ལ་ཡོད་པའི་ལུ་གུ་དེས་ཁོང་ཚོའི་ལུག་རྫི་གནང་ནས་ཁོང་
ཚོ་ལ་གཅེས་སྤྲས་གནང་གི་རེད།   ཁོང་གིས་ཁོང་ཚོ་ཆུ་དྭངས་མ་རྒྱུག་བཞིན་ཡོད་པའི་ཆུ་མིག་ལ་འཁྲིད་གནང་
གི་རེད།   དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོང་ཚོའི་མིག་ནས་མིག་ཆུ་ཚང་མ་འཕྱི་གནང་གི་རེད།”

17 For the Lamb in the centre of the throne will be their Shepherd and take care of them. He will lead them to springs where fresh pure water is flowing. And God will wipe every tear from their eyes.”
