སེམས་ཅན་ཁྱད་མཚར་པོ་ཞིག་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ནས་ཡར་ཐོན་པ།

A Strange Animal Emerges from the Sea

 

1 དེ་ནས་[ལྗཱོན་] ངས་གཅན་ཟན་ཁྱད་མཚར་པོ་ཞིག་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ནས་ཡར་ཐོན་གྱི་ཡོད་པ་མཐོང་བྱུང་།

ཁོ་ལ་རྭ་ཅོ་བཅུ་དང་མགོ་བདུན་འདུག   །རྭ་ཅོ་དེ་ཚོ་རེ་རེའི་ཐོག་ལ་མགོ་རྒྱན་རེ་རེ་ཡོད་པ་དང་།   ཁོའི་མགོ་

བདུན་པོ་དེ་ཚོའི་ཐོག་ལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་སྐུར་བ་འདེབས་རྒྱུའི་མིང་བྲིས་འདུག

1 Then I [John] saw a strange beast emerging from the sea. He had ten horns, seven heads. There was a crown on each of the horns and written on his seven heads were insulting names that blasphemed God.

 

2 གཅན་

ཟན་འདི་གཟིག་འདྲ་པོ་འདུག   །ཡིན་ན་ཡང་ཁོ་ལ་དོམ་གྱི་རྐང་པ་དང་འདམ་སེང་གི་ཁ་འདྲ་པོ་འདུག   །འབྲུག་དེས་གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་སོ་སོ་རང་གི་དབང་ཐང་དང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྲིད་དབང་ (རང་གི་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་) དང་

དབང་ཆ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་སྤྲད་སོང་།

2 This beast looked like a leopard, but he had the feet of a bear and the mouth like that of a lion! The dragon gave the beast his own power and his throne (i.e. his kingdom) and far-reaching authority.

 

3 ངས་གཅན་ཟན་དེའི་མགོ་བདུན་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ནས་མགོ་གཅིག་

རྨས་སྐྱོན་ཚབས་ཆེན་པོ་ཤོར་ཡོད་པ་མཐོང་བྱུང་། (དངོས་གནས་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ན།) རྨ་དེ་དྲག་སྐྱེད་འགྲོ་ཐུབ་

ཡག་མི་འདུག   །ཡིན་ན་ཡང་སྲོག་ལ་ཉེན་ཁ་འབྱུང་རྒྱུའི་རྐྱེན་བྱེད་མཁན་རྨ་དེ་གསོས་སོང་།   འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་

མི་ཚང་མ་འདི་ལ་ངོ་མཚར་ཆེན་པོ་སྐྱེས་ནས་ཁོང་ཚོས་གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་དགའ་ཞེན་བྱས་སོང་།

3 I saw that one of the seven heads of the beast was seriously wounded. (In fact) it was wounded beyond recovery. But the fatal wound was healed! The whole world was amazed by this and gave their allegiance to the beast.

 

4 འབྲུག་དེས་གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་རང་གི་དབང་ཆ་སྤྲད་ཡོད་ཙང༌།   མི་ཚོས་འབྲུག་དེ་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱས་སོང་།   ཁོང་ཚོས་ཀྱང་གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱས་སོང་།   ཁོང་ཚོས་ “གཅན་ཟན་དེ་དང་སུས་འགྲན་ཐུབ་པ་

དང་།   ཁོ་ལ་ (གྲུབ་འབྲས་ལྡན་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་) སུས་དམག་རྒྱབ་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་རེད།” ཟེར་ནས་འབོད་སྒྲ་གྲགས་སོང་།   [དེ་འདྲ་བྱེད་ཐུབ་མཁན་ཏན་ཏན་སུ་ཞིག་ཡོད་མ་རེད།]

4 Because the dragon had given its authority to the beast, people worshipped the dragon. And they also worshipped the beast. They exclaimed, “Who can compare with the beast and who can (successfully) wage war against him?” [Surely there is no one who can do this].

 

5 དེ་ནས་ [འབྲུག་དེས་] གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་

ལ་སྐུར་འདེབས་བྱེད་རྒྱུའི་ཆོག་མཆན་སྤྲད་སོང༌།   [དེ་མ་ཚད་] གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་ཟླ་བ་བཞི་བཅུ་ཞེ་གཉིས་རིང་

ཁོ་རང་གི་འདོད་པ་གང་ཡོད་བྱེད་རྒྱུའི་དབང་ཆ་སྤྲད་སོང༌།

5 Then [the dragon] permitted the beast to speak blasphemies against God. [Not only that] the beast was given authority to do whatever he wanted for forty-two months.

 

6 གཅན་ཟན་དེས་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་དམའ་འབེབས་གཏོང་རྒྱུའི་ཆེད་དུ་རང་གི་ཁ་གདངས་སོང་།   ཁོས་དཀོན་

མཆོག་གི་མཚན་དང་།   ཁོང་གི་བཞུགས་གནས་དང་།   དམ་པའི་ཞིང་ནང་བཞུགས་ཡོད་པ་ཚང་མ་ལ་སྐུར་

བ་བཏབ་སོང་།

6 The beast opened his mouth in order to utter insults at God. He (not only) slandered God’s Name, he slandered the place where he dwells, as well as all those living in Heaven.

 

7 གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་ [ས་གཞི་ཐོག་ཡོད་པའི་] དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་དམ་པའི་མི་ཚོ་ལ་དམག་འདྲེན་ནས་

ཁོང་ཚོ་དབང་དུ་བསྡུ་རྒྱུའི་ཆོག་མཆན་སྤྲད་འདུག   །དེ་ག་ནང་བཞིན་ཁོ་ལ་རུས་སྡེ་དང་།   མི་རིགས།   སྐད་རིགས་དང་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་མི་འདྲ་བའི་མི་ཚང་མའི་ཐོག་དབང་སྒྱུར་བྱེད་རྒྱུའི་དབང་ཆ་སྤྲད་འདུག

7 The beast was given power and was permitted to wage war against God’s holy people [on earth] and to conquer them. And he was given authority to rule over people of every tribe and race and language and nation.

 

8[དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་དམ་པའི་མི་ཚོ་ཕུད་པའི་] ས་གཞི་སྟེང་ཡོད་པའི་མི་ཚང་མས་

གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་ཕྱག་མཆོད་པ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རེད།   གཅན་ཟན་དེ་ལ་ཕྱག་མཆོད་པ་བྱེད་མཁན་ཚོའི་མིང་སྲོག་གི་

གླེགས་བམ་ནང་བྲིས་ཡོད་མ་རེད།   སྲོག་གི་གླེགས་བམ་དེ་ལ་ ‘ལུ་གུའི་སྲོག་གི་གླེགས་བམ་’ ཟེར་ནས་འབོད་

ཀྱི་ཡོད་པ་དང་།   ས་གཞི་དང་།   ནམ་མཁའ།   ཉི་མ་དང་ཟླ་བ་དང་།   སྐར་མ་དང་རྒྱུ་སྐར་མ་བཀོད་

སྔོན་ལ་ (ལུ་གུ་) ཁོང་བཀྲོངས་ཚར་ཡོད་པ་རེད།

8 [With the exception of God’s holy people] everyone living on earth will worship the beast. The names of all those who will worship the beast have not been written in the Book of Life. The Book of Life is called the ‘Lamb’s Book of Life’ and he (the Lamb) was slain before the creation of the world.

 

9 ཨམ་ཅོག་ཡོད་པའི་མི་སུ་ཡོད་

ནས་དེས་དོ་སྣང་སྤྲོད་དགོས།

9 Anyone who has ears should pay attention!

 

10 འཇུ་བཟུང་བྱེད་

དགོས་པའི་མི་སུ་ཡོད་ནས་དེ་ངེས་པར་དུ་འཇུ་བཟུང་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རེད།   གསོད་དགོས་པའི་མི་སུ་ཡོད་ནས་དེ་ངེས་

པར་དུ་གསད་ཀྱི་རེད།   གནས་སྟངས་དེ་འདྲའི་སྐབས་སུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མི་ཚོ་དཔའ་ཞུམ་རྒྱུ་ཡོད་མ་རེད།   ད་ལྟ་[དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་] བཟོད་སྲན་དང་ཡིད་ཆེས་བློ་གཏད་ཡོད་པ་དེ་སྟོན་རྒྱུའི་གོ་སྐབས་རེད།

10 Whoever is meant to be captured will surely be captured. Whoever is meant to be killed will surely be killed. In such situations God’s holy people need not be dismayed. Now is their opportunity to demonstrate endurance and a confident faith [in God].

 

སེམས་ཅན་ཡ་མཚན་གཞན་དག་ཅིག་ཐོན་པ་དང་།   དེ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ནས་མ་ཡིན་པར་ས་འོག་ནས་ཐོན་སོང་།

Another Strange Animal Emerges, not from the Sea, but from under the Ground

 

11 དེ་ནས་ངས་གཅན་ཟན་ཁྱད་མཚར་པོ་གཉིས་པ་ཞིག་མཐོང་བྱུང་། [འདི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ནས་ཐོན་མ་སོང་།] ཡིན་

ན་ཡང་དེ་ས་འོག་ནས་ཐོན་སོང་།   ཁོ་ལ་ལུ་གུ་ཞིག་ནང་བཞིན་རྭ་ཅོ་གཉིས་འདུག   །ཡིན་ན་ཡང་ཁོས་

འབྲུག་སྒྲ་གྲགས་ནས་སྐད་ཆ་བཤད་སོང༌།

11 Then I saw a second strange beast. [This one did not come out of the sea] but emerged out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke with the voice of a dragon.

 

12 ཁོས་གཅན་ཟན་དང་པོ་དེའི་དབང་ཆ་ཚང་མ་བེད་སྤྱོད་བྱས་སོང་།

གཅན་ཟན་གཉིས་པ་འདིས་ས་གཞི་དེ་དང་དེ་ནང་གནས་སྡོད་བྱེད་མཁན་མི་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ལ་གཅན་ཟན་དང་པོ་དེ་ལ་

བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱེད་དགོས་པ་བཟོས་སོང་།   གཅན་ཟན་དང་པོ་དེ་རྨས་སྐྱོན་ཚབས་ཆེན་པོ་ཤོར་ནས་དྲག་སྐྱེད་

ཕྱིན་པའི་གཅན་ཟན་དེ་རེད་འདུག

12 He exercised all the authority of the first beast. This second beast made the earth, and all its inhabitants worship the first beast. The first beast was the beast whose fatal wound had been healed.

 

13 གཅན་ཟན་གཉིས་པ་འདིས་ཧ་ལས་དགོས་པའི་ཡ་མཚན་བསྟན་སོང་།

ཐ་ན་ཁོས་མི་ཚང་མས་བལྟས་ནས་སྡོད་དུས་ནམ་མཁའ་ནས་ས་གཞི་ཐོག་མེ་འཁྱུགས་པ་བཟོས་སོང་།

13 This second beast did great and miraculous signs. He even caused fire to flash down from the sky to the earth as everyone was watching.

 

14 གཅན་ཟན་གཉིས་པ་དེ་ལ་གཅན་ཟན་དང་པོ་དེའི་ཚབ་

ལ་ཡ་མཚན་གྱི་ལྟས་དེ་ཚོ་བསྟན་བཅུག་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས།   ཁོས་ས་གཞི་ཐོག་ཡོད་པའི་མི་ཚང་མ་ལ་མགོ་སྒོར་

བཏང་སོང་། དེ་ནས་ཁོས་མི་ཚོ་ལ་གཅན་ཟན་དང་པོ་དེའི་འདྲ་བརྙན་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་བཟོ་དགོས་པའི་བཀའ་

བཏང་སོང་།   [བྱས་ཙང་] གྲི་ཕོག་ནས་རྨས་སྐྱོན་ཚབས་ཆེན་པོ་ཤོར་ན་ཡང་གསོན་པོར་གནས་པའི་གཅན་ཟན་དེའི་

འདྲ་བརྙན་བཟོས་སོང་།

14 Because of the amazing signs the second beast was empowered to perform on behalf of the first beast, he deceived all the people living on earth. Then he ordered the people to make a great statue of the first beast. [Thus] the statue of the (first) beast that had been fatally wounded by a sword yet nevertheless lived, was made.

 

15[འདིའི་རྗེས་ལ་] གཅན་ཟན་དང་པོ་དེའི་འདྲ་བརྙན་དེས་སྐད་ཆ་བཤད་ཐུབ་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་གཅན་ཟན་གཉིས་

པ་དེས་གཅན་ཟན་དང་པོ་དེ་ལ་སྲོག་སྤྲོད་རྒྱུའི་ཆོག་མཆན་ཆན་སྤྲད་སོང་།   དེ་ནས་གཅན་ཟན་དང་པོ་དེའི་

འདྲ་བརྙན་དེས་བཀའ་བཏང་སོང་།   བཀའ་དེ་གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན།   དེ་ལ་མཆོད་བྱེད་རྒྱུའི་འདོད་པ་མ་བྱེད་

མཁན་མི་ཚང་མ་གསོད་དགོས་ཀྱི་ཡོད་ཟེར་ནས་ལབ་འདུག

15 [After this] the second beast was permitted to give life to the statue of the first beast so that it could speak. Then the statue of the first beast gave a command. The command was that all those people who refused to worship it must be executed.

 

16 དེ་ནས་ [གཅན་ཟན་གཉིས་པ་] དེས་མི་ཆེ་ཆུང་མེད་པ་དང་།   དབུལ་པོ་དང་ཕྱུགས་པོ།

བྲན་གཡོག་དང་ཡང་ན་རང་དབང་ཡོད་མེད་ལ་མ་ལྟོས་པར་ཚང་མ་ལ་རང་གི་ལག་པ་གཡས་པ་དང་།

ཡང་ན་ཐོད་པ་ལ་རྟགས་རྒྱག་དགོས་པའི་བཙན་དབང་བཏང་སོང་།

16 Then [the second beast] forced everyone to be branded with a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, irrespective of whether they were great or small, rich or poor, slave or free.

 

17 རྒྱུ་མཚན་འདི་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་

རྟགས་དེ་མེད་པའི་མི་སུ་འདྲ་ཞིག་ཡིན་ནས་དེས་དངོས་ཟོག་གང་ཡང་ཉོ་ཚོང་བྱེད་ཆོག་གི་མི་འདུག

།རྟགས་དེ་ཡང་ན་གཅན་ཟན་ [དང་པོ་] དེའི་མིང་དང་།   ཡང་ན་ཁོའི་མིང་མཚོན་གྱི་ཡོད་པའི་ཨ་གྲངས་རེད་འདུག

17 As a consequence of this, no one could buy or sell anything who did not have the mark. The mark was either the name of the [first] beast or the number that represented his name.

 

18 ཁྱེད་རང་ཚོ་འདི་ཤེས་རྒྱུའི་ཆེད་དུ་བློ་གྲོས་དགོས་ཀྱི་རེད།   ཤེས་རབ་ཡོད་པའི་མི་སུ་ཡོད་ནས་དེས་དུད་འགྲོ་

དེའི་ཨང་གྲངས་ཀྱི་དོན་དག་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ཤེས་པ་བྱེད་དགོས།   གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན།   དེ་མི་ཞིག་གི་ཨང་

གྲངས་ཡིན་པ་དང་། [དེས་འགྲོ་བ་མི་ཞིག་མཚོན་གྱི་འདུག]   ཁོའི་ཨང་གྲངས་དྲུག་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་བཅུ་རེ་དྲུག་

18 In order to understand this you need wisdom. Anyone who has insight should figure out what the number of the beast means. For it is a man’s number and [it represents a human being]. His number is six hundred and sixty six. (666).

བུད་མེད་དེ་དང་འབྲུག་དེ།

The Woman and the Dragon

 

1 དེ་ནས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་ཡ་མཚན་གྱི་ལྟས་ཤིག་བྱུང༌སོང་།   [ལྗཱོན་ངས་] བུད་མེད་ཅིག་གིས་ཉི་མའི་ན་

བཟའ་མཆོད་ཡོད་པ་དང༌།   ཁོང་མོའི་ཞབས་འོག་ལ་ཟླ་བ་ཡོད་པ་མཐོང་བྱུང་། ཁོང་མོའི་དབུ་ལ་སྐར་ མ་བཅུ་གཉིས་ཡོད་པའི་དབུ་རྒྱན་ཞིག་འདུག

1 Then a spectacular sign appeared in the sky. [I, John] saw a woman clothed with the sun, and beneath her feet was the moon. On her head was a crown of twelve stars.

 

2 ཁོང་མོ་ལ་ཕྲུ་གུ་སྐྱེ་རྒྱུ་ཡོད་པ་དང༌། ཁོང་མོས་ཕྲུ་གུ་སྐྱེ་གྲབས་ཡོད་པའི་སྐྱེ་ཟུག་

དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས་གསུང་སྐད་བསྐྱོན་སོང༌།

2 She was pregnant, and she cried out on account of her labour pains and the agony of being on the verge of giving birth.

 

3 དེ་ནས་ནམ་མཁའ་ལ་དམིགས་བསལ་གྱི་ལྟས་གཞན་དག་ཅིག་བྱུང༌སོང་། [ངས་] འབྲུག་དམར་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་

མགོ་བདུན་དང་རྭ་ཅོ་བཅུ་ཡོད་པ་ཞིག་ [མཐོང་བྱུང་།]   མགོ་དེ་ཚོ་རེ་རེའི་ཐོག་ལ་མགོ་རྒྱན་རེ་རེ་འདུག  

3 Then another significant sign appeared in the sky. [I saw] a very large red dragon with seven heads and ten horns. On each of the seven heads was a crown.

 

4 འབྲུག་དེས་རང་གི་མཇུག་མས་ནམ་

མཁའི་སྐར་མ་གསུམ་ཆ་གཅིག་དྲུད་ནས་ས་གཞིའི་ཐོག་མར་གཡུགས་སོང༌།   དེ་ནས་འབྲུག་དེ་བུད་མེད་ཕྲུ་གུ་

སྐྱེ་གྲབས་ཡོད་པ་དེའི་མདུན་ལ་ལངས་སོང་།   དེས་ཕྲུ་གུ་དེ་སྐྱེས་པ་དང་ལམ་སང་ཟ་རྒྱུའི་ཆེད་དུ་དེར་སྒུག་

ནས་བསྡད་འདུག

4 With its tail the dragon dragged one-third of the stars out of the sky, he and threw them down to the earth. Then the dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth. It was waiting there in order to devour the child as soon as it was born.

 

5 བུད་མེད་དེ་ལ་ཕྲུ་གུ་བུ་ཞིག་སྐྱེས་པ་དང་།   དེས་ས་གཞིའི་མི་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ལ་ཆ་ཚང་དབང་སྒྱུར་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རེད།

དེ་ནས་འབྲུག་དེས་ཕྲུ་གུ་དེ་མ་བཟུང་གོང་ལ་ (ཕོ་ཉ་ཞིག་གིས་) ཕྲུ་གུ་དེ་འཕྲོག་གནང་སོང་།

ཁོང་གིས་ཕྲུ་གུ་དེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་དང་ཁོང་གི་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་ཡོད་སར་བསྐྱལ་གནང་སོང་།

5 The woman gave birth to a male child who will rule with total authority over all the people on earth. Then (an angel) snatched the child away before the dragon could grab it. He took the child up to God and to his throne.

 

6 དེའི་རྗེས་ལ་བུད་མེད་དེ་འབྲོག་སྟོང་ནང་བྲོས་ཕེབས་སོང་།   དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོང་མོའི་

ཆེད་དུ་དེར་གནས་ཤིག་བཟོས་གནང་ཡོད་པ་དང་།   [ཁོང་གིས་] ཉི་མ་ཆིག་སྟོང་ཉི་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་བཅུ་ [1,260]

རིང་ཁོང་མོར་ཉེན་ཁ་མེད་པར་བཞག་གནང་ནས་ཁོང་མོར་གཅེས་སྤྲས་གནང་གི་རེད།

6 After this the woman fled into the wilderness. God had prepared a place for her there and she will be kept safe and taken care of for 1,260 days.

 

7 དེ་ནས་དམ་པའི་ཞིང་ནང་དམག་འཁྲུག་ལངས་སོང༌།   ཕོ་ཉའི་སྤྱི་

དཔོན་མཡི་ཀལ་དང་ཁོང་གི་ཕོ་ཉ་ཚོས་འབྲུག་དེ་དང་དེའི་རོགས་པ་ཚོ་ལ་དམག་བརྒྱབ་སོང་།   དེ་ནས་འབྲུག་

དེ་དང་དེའི་རོགས་པ་དེ་ཚོས་ཚུར་རྒོལ་བྱས་སོང་།

7 Then a battle broke out in Heaven. The chief angel Michael and his angels waged war against the dragon and his helpers. And the dragon and his helpers fought back.

 

8 འབྲུག་དེ་དམག་ཕམ་པ་དང་།   དེ་དང་ཆབས་ཅིག་དེ་ལ་རོགས་བྱེད་མཁན་ཕོ་

ཉ་དེ་ཚོ་དམ་པའི་ཞིང་ནས་ཕྱིར་འབུད་བྱས་སོང༌།

8 The dragon lost the battle and he, along with those angels who had helped him, were forced out of Heaven.

 

9 དེ་ནས་མཱཡི་ཀལ་དང་ཁོང་གི་ཕོ་ཉ་

ཚོས་འབྲུག་དེ་དང་དེའི་རོགས་པ་ཚོ་ས་ལ་མར་གཡུགས་གནང་སོང་།   འབྲུག་དེ་ [ཨིལྦ་*ལ་མགོ་སྐོར་གཏོང་

མཁན་] སྔ་མོའི་སྦྲུལ་དེ་རེད།   འབྲུག་དེ་ལ་སེ་ཀྲེན་དང་ཡང་ན་ ‘སེམས་ཉིད་ངན་པའི་སྤྱི་དཔོན་’ཡང་ཟེར་གྱི་

ཡོད་རེད།   འབྲུག་འདིས་འཛམ་བུ་གླིང་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ལམ་ལོག་པར་འཁྲིད་ཀྱི་ཡོད་རེད། [*འགོད་པ། 3:15]

9 Then Michael and his angels threw the dragon and his helpers down to earth. The dragon is that ancient serpent [which deceived Eve*]. The dragon’s other names are Satan, and ‘the chief of the evil spirits, or the devil.’ This dragon leads the whole world astray. [*See Genesis 3:1-15].

 

10 ངས་དམ་པའི་ཞིང་ནས་སྐད་ཆེན་པོ་རྒྱག་གི་ཡོད་པའི་སྒྲ་ཞིག་ཐོས་བྱུང༌། དེས་གསུང་གི་འདུག “།ད་ལྟ་

ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོང་རང་གི་མི་ཚོ་ [རང་གི་དགྲ་ཚོ་ནས་] བསྐྱབ་གནང་གི་རེད།   ཁོང་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཞིག་

ཡིན་པའི་ཐད་ནས་ཁོང་གིས་རང་གི་དབང་དང་ནུས་པ་བེད་སྤྱོད་གནང་པ་རེད།   ད་ལྟ་ཁོང་གིས་བདམས་

གནང་པའི་སྐྱབས་མགོན་མ་ཤི་ཀས་ས་གཞིའི་མི་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཀྱི་ཐོག་ལ་དབང་སྒྱུར་གནང་གི་རེད།   ཉིན་

མཚན་མེད་པར་ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་སྐུ་མདུན་ལ་ང་ཚོའི་ཆོས་གྲོགས་ཕོ་མོ་ཚོ་ལ་སྐྱོན་འཛུགས་བྱེད་མཁན་དེ་ས་གཞི་ཐོག་མར་གཡུགས་སོང༌།

10 After this I heard someone in Heaven speaking in a loud voice, saying: “Now our God will rescue his people [from their enemies]. He is King and he has exerted his power and authority. Now his chosen Saviour – the Messiah – will rule over all the people of the earth. For the one who accused our brothers and sisters before our God, day and night has been cast down to earth.

 

11 ང་ཚོའི་ཆོས་གྲོགས་ཕོ་མོ་ཚོས་ནག་ཉེས་འཛུགས་མཁན་[སེ་ཀྲེན་] ཕམ་བཅུག་སོང་།   ལུ་གུ་ཁོང་གིས་ [རྒྱང་

ཤིང་ཐོག་] སྐུ་སྲོག་བློས་བཏང་གནང་ཙང་ཁོང་ཚོས་སྐྱོན་འཛུགས་བྱེད་མཁན་དེ་ཕམ་པ་བཟོས་ཐུབ་སོང་།   ཁོང་གིས་སྐུ་ཁྲག་འཕྱུང་གནང་ཙང་།   ཁོང་ཚོ་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཐོབ་པ་དང་།   ཁོང་ཚོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོང་རང་

ཚོ་ལ་ཕྱག་རོགས་ག་འདྲ་གནང་པ་དེ་མི་ཚོ་ལ་མུ་མཐུད་ནས་བཤད་སོང་།   ཁོང་ཚོས་འཆི་བ་ལ་འཇིགས་སྣང་

མ་བྱས་པ་དང་།   ཐ་ན་རང་གི་སྲོག་བློས་དགོས་པ་འབྱུང་ན་ཡང་རང་སྲོག་བློས་གཏོང་རྒྱུའི་འདོད་པ་བྱས་སོང་།

11 Our brothers and sisters have defeated the accuser [Satan]. They were able to overcome the accuser because the Lamb had sacrificed his life [on the cross]. They were victorious because his blood had been shed and they continued to tell others how God had helped them. They did not fear death and were even willing to sacrifice their own lives if required to do so.

 

12 འདི་འདྲ་སོང་ཙང་དམ་པའི་ཞིང་ནང་ཡོད་པ་ཁྱེད་རང་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་སྤྲོ་པོ་གནང་རོགས།   ཡིན་ན་ཡང་ས་   གཞི་ཐོག་དང་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ནང་གནས་པའི་མི་ཚང་མ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་མྱང་གི་རེད། གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན།

(སེམས་ཉིད་ངན་པའི་དཔོན་པོ་) སེ་ཀྲེན་ཁོ་མར་ཁྱེད་རང་ཚོའི་སར་ཕྱིན་སོང་།   ཁོས་རང་གི་བསམ་ངན་དེ་

ཚོ་ལག་ལྟར་བྱེད་རྒྱུའི་དུས་ཚོད་དེ་མགྱོགས་པོ་མཚམས་ཆད་ཀྱི་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཡོད་ཙང་།   ཁོ་དཔེ་མི་སྲིད་

པའི་ཁོང་ཁྲོ་ལངས་འདུག”

12 Because of this all you who inhabit Heaven rejoice! But those who live on earth and in the sea will suffer terribly because Satan (the chief of the evil spirits) has gone down to you. He is filled with great fury for he knows that the time for him to carry out his evil intentions is coming to an end.”

 

13 འབྲུག་དེས་ཁོ་རང་ས་གཞི་ཐོག་ལ་གཡུགས་པ་དེ་ཤེས་དུས།   དེས་བུད་མེད་ཕྲུ་གུ་བུ་སྐྱེས་པ་དེ་རྗེས་འདེད་

བཏང་སོང་།

13 When the dragon realized that he had been thrown down to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.

 

14 ཡིན་ན་ཡང་བུད་མེད་དེ་ལ་གླག་བྱ་

ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་འདྲ་པོ་གཤོག་པ་གཉིས་གནང་འདུག   །གཤོག་པ་འདི་ཚོ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ (དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་) འབྲོག་སྟོང་ནང་ཁོང་མོའི་ཆེད་དུ་གྲ་སྒྲིག་གནང་ཡོད་པའི་ས་ཆ་དེར་ཁོང་མོ་འཕུར་ཐུབ་སོང་།   དེར་ཁོང་

མོ་ལ་ལོ་གསུམ་དང་ཕྱེད་ཀ་རིང་གཅེས་སྤྲས་དང་ཉེན་སྲུང་གནང་གི་རེད།

14 But the woman was given two wings like those of a great eagle. These wings would enable her to fly to the place which had been prepared for her in the wilderness. There she would be taken care of and protected from the dragon for three and half years.

 

15 ཡིན་ན་ཡང་འབྲུག་དེས་བུད་མེད་དེ་འབྱིང་རྒྱུའི་ཐབས་ཤེས་བྱས་སོང་།   དེས་ཁོང་མོ་འཁུར་རྒྱུའི་ཆེད་དུ་རང་གི་ཁ་ནས་ཁོང་མོའི་ཕྱོགས་ལ་ཆུ་བསྐྱུགས་སོང་།   དེར་ཆུ་མང་པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་ཡོད་ཙང་དེ་གཙང་པོ་ཞིག་འདྲ་པོ་ཡོད་པ་དང་།   ཁོང་མོ་དེ་ནས་བྲོས་ཕེབས་

དུས།   གཙང་པོ་དེ་ཁོང་མོའི་རྒྱབ་ཕྱོགས་ལ་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་བརྒྱུགས་སོང་།

15 But the dragon tried to drown her. In order to carry her away, water spewed out of its mouth in her direction. There was so much water it was like a river that rushed along behind the woman as she fled.

 

16 ཡིན་ན་ཡང་ས་གཞིས་བུད་མེད་དེ་ལ་རོགས་བྱས་སོང་།   ས་གཞི་ཁ་ཕྱེས་ནས་འབྲུག་གི་ཁ་ནས་འཐོན་པའི་

གཙང་པོ་དེ་མིད་ཁྱུར་བཏང་པ་ (དང་།   བུད་མེད་དེ་བྲོས་ཐར་སོང་།

16 But the earth helped the woman. The earth opened its mouth and swallowed the river that came rushing out from the dragon’s mouth (and she escaped).

 

17-18 དེ་འདྲ་སོང་ཙང་འབྲུག་དེ་བུད་མེད་དེ་ལ་དངོས་གནས་ཁོང་ཁྲོ་དྲག་པོ་ལངས་ནས་དེའི་ཕྲུ་གུ་བྱིངས་

དེ་ཚོ་ལ་དམག་རྒྱབ་ག་ཕྱིན་སོང་།   བུད་མེད་དེའི་ཕྲུ་གུ་དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་བཀའ་ལ་བརྩི་བཀུར་

ཞུ་རྒྱུར་དགའ་པོ་བྱེད་པ་དང་།   ལྷག་བསམ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཡེ་ཤུའི་སློབ་སྟོན་དེ་ཚོ་བདེན་པ་ཡིན་

པའི་ཁྱབ་བསྒྲགས་བྱེད་མཁན་ཚོ་རེད།   དེ་ནས་འབྲུག་དེ་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་ཟུར་ལ་ལངས་ནས་བསྒུགས་བསྡད་སོང་།

17-18 As a consequence of this, the dragon became really angry with the woman and he went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring. The woman’s children are all those who delight to obey God and faithfully declare that Jesus’ teachings are true. Then the dragon stood waiting on the seashore.

དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ།

God’s Two Witnesses

 

1 དེ་ནས་[ལྗཱོན་] ང་ལ་ཚད་འཇལ་རྒྱུའི་དབྱུག་པ་ཞིག་གནང་ནས་གསུངས་སོང་།   “ཁྱེད་རང་ཕྱིན་ནས་

དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མཆོད་ཁང་དང་མཆོད་ཁྲི་དེ་ཚད་འཇལ་བ་དང༌། དེར་བསྙེན་བཀུར་ཞུ་མཁན་མི་ག་ཚོད་

ཡོད་པ་དེ་ཚོ་གྲངས་ཀ་རྒྱོབ།

1 Then I [John] was given a measuring stick and was told, “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, and count the number of worshippers there.

 

2 ཡིན་ན་ ཡང་མཆོད་ཁང་ཕྱི་ལོགས་ཀྱི་འཁྱམས་ར་དེ་ཚད་མ་འཇོལ།   དེ་ཙོག་ཀྱེར་ཞོག   །གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན།

དེ་ [རྗིའུ་མ་ཡིན་པའི་] རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ཚོ་ལ་རྩིས་སྤྲད་པ་རེད།   ཁོ་ཚོས་ཟླ་བ་བཞི་བཅུ་ཞེ་གཉིས་རིང་དམ་པའི་གྲོང་

ཁྱེར་ (ལྗུ་རུ་ས་ལེམ་) ཐོག་དབང་སྒྱུར་བྱས་ནས་ (དེ་ཉམས་ཆག་གཏང་གི་རེད།)

2 But do not measure the courtyard outside the temple; leave that out, for it has been turned over to the [non-Jewish] nations. They will rule over the holy city (of Jerusalem and desecrate it) for forty-two months.

 

3 ངས་ང་རང་གི་དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ལ་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་དང་།   ཁོང་ཚོས་ཉི་མ་ཆིག་སྟོང་ཉི་བརྒྱ་དྲུག་

བཅུ་ [1,260] རིང་ལུང་བསྟན་གྱི་རེད་[ཆོས་བཤད་ཀྱི་རེད།]   ཁོང་ཚོས་རང་གི་སེམས་སྡུག་མཚོན་རྒྱུའི་ཆེད་

དུ་རང་གི་ལུས་རྩྭ་རས་ཀྱིས་དགབ་ཀྱི་རེད།”

3 And I will empower my two witnesses and they will prophesy [preach] for 1,260 days. They will cover their bodies with sackcloth to signify their grief.”

 

4 དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་འདི་ཚོ་ས་གཞི་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཀྱི་ཐོག་དབང་སྒྱུར་གནང་མཁན་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་

སྐུ་མདུན་ལ་ལངས་འདུག   [ཁོང་ཚོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོང་རང་ཚོ་ལ་ག་རེ་གསལ་སྟོན་གནང་པ་དེ་ཁྱབ་

བསྒྲགས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་འདུག]   ཁོང་ཚོ་ [ལུང་སྟོན་པ་ཛེ་ཁ་རཱ་ཡས་སྔ་མོ་ནས་བྲིས་གནང་པའི་] ཨོ་ལིལྦ་སྡོང་པོ་

གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་དང་བཞུ་ཀྱག་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་རེད།

4 These two witnesses stand in the presence of the Lord God who rules over all the earth. [They proclaim what God has revealed to them]. They are the two olive trees and the two lamp stands [which the prophet Zechariah wrote about long ago].

 

5 གལ་སྲིད་མི་སུ་ཞིག་གིས་ཁོང་ཚོ་ལ་གནོད་འཚེ་བྱེད་རྒྱུའི་ཐབས་ཤེས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོད་ན།   ཁོང་ཚོའི་ཞལ་ནས་མེ་

འཁྱུག་ནས་ཁོང་ཚོིའི་དགྲ་དེ་ཚོ་མེར་སྲེག་གཏང་གི་རེད།   ཁོང་ཚོ་ལ་གནོད་འཚེ་བྱེད་རྒྱུའི་ཐབས་ཤེས་བྱེད་

མཁན་སུ་ཡོད་ནས་དེ་ཚོ་འདི་འདྲ་བྱས་ནས་ཤི་དགོས་ཀྱི་ཡོད་རེད།

5 If anyone tries to harm them, fire will flash from their mouths and consume their enemies. This is how anyone who tries to harm them must die.

 

6 དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོས་ལུང་བསྟན་རྒྱབ་པའི་རིང་ཆར་པ་མ་འབབ་པ་བཟོ་རྒྱུའི་ཁོང་ཚོ་ལ་དབང་དང་ནུས་

པ་འདུག   །ཁོང་ཚོ་ལ་གཙང་པོ་དང་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ཁྲག་ལ་འགྱུར་རྒྱུའི་དབང་ཆ་ཡང་ཐོབ་འདུག [དེ་མ་ཚད་] ཁོང་ཚོ་ལ་ས་གཞི་ཐོག་ཆག་སྒོ་འཇིགས་སྣང་ཆེན་པོ་འདྲ་མིན་ཚང་མ་འབྱུང་བ་བཟོ་རྒྱུའི་དབང་ཆ་

གནང་འདུག   །ཁོང་ཚོས་རང་གི་འདོད་པ་ག་དུས་ཡོད་ནས་འདི་བྱེད་ཆོག་གི་འདུག

6 The two witnesses have the power and the authority to prevent the rain from falling during the period of time they are prophesying. They have also received authority to turn the rivers and oceans into blood. [Not only that] they are authorised to cause all kinds of terrible calamities to strike the earth. They can do this whenever they want to.

 

7 དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་འདི་ཚོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོང་

རང་ཚོ་ལ་གང་ལབ་དགོས་གསུངས་པ་དེ་ཁོང་ཚོས་ཁྱབ་བསྒྲགས་བྱས་ཚར་བའི་རྗེས་ལ།   གཏིང་མཐའ་མེད་

པའི་ས་དོང་ནས་ཡར་ཐོན་གྱི་ཡོད་པའི་གཅན་ཟན་དཔེ་མི་སྲིད་པའི་ངན་པ་དེས་དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ལ་

ཕར་རྒོལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རེད།   དེས་ཁོང་ཚོ་བཙན་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་བསྡུད་ནས་ཁོང་ཚོ་གསད་ཀྱི་རེད།

7 When these two witnesses have finished proclaiming what God has told them to say [the extremely evil] beast that emerges out of the bottomless pit will attack the two witnesses. It will overpower them and kill them.

 

8 མི་གཉིས་པོ་འདི་ཚོའི་ཕུང་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ཁོང་རང་ཚོའི་གཙོ་བོ་ [ཡེ་ཤུ་] རྒྱང་ཤིང་ལ་

བརྒྱབ་ནས་སྙན་གྲགས་ཆེ་བའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ལྗུ་རུ་ས་ལེམ་གྱི་རྒྱ་ལམ་ལ་བཞག་གི་རེད།   མི་ཚོས་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་འདི་ལ་

མཚོན་དོན་ཙམ་གྱི་མིང་བཏགས་པ་རེད།   ཁོང་ཚོས་དེ་ལ་སོ་ཌཱོམ་དང་ཡང་ན་ཨི་ལྗིབཊ་ཟེར་ནས་མིང་

བཏགས་པ་རེད། [འདི་གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན།   ས་ཆ་དེ་ཚོ་གཉིས་ཀར་ནང་སྡོད་མཁན་མི་དེ་ཚོས་ཚུལ་མིན་གྱི་

བྱ་བ་བྱས་པ་དང་།   ཁོ་ཚོ་སྡང་སེམས་ཀྱིས་འཁེང་ཡོད་པ་རེད།]

8 The corpses of these two men will lie in the main street of that famous city Jerusalem where their Lord [Jesus] was crucified. People have given symbolic names to this city. They call it Sodom or Egypt, [this is because in both of those places there was so much depravity and hatred.]

 

9 ཉི་མ་གསུམ་དང་ཕྱེད་ཀ་རིང་རྒྱལ་ཁབ་དང་།   རུས་སྡེ་དང་།   སྐད་རིགས་དང་།   རིགས་མི་འདྲ་བའི་མི་

ཚང་མས་ཁོ་ཚོའི་ཕུང་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ལ་མིག་ལྡིར་ནས་བལྟ་གི་རེད།   ཁོང་ཚོའི་ཕུང་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་སུ་ཞིག་ལ་སྦེད་བཅུག་

གི་མ་རེད།

9 For three and a half days, people from every nation, tribe, language group and race will stare at their corpses. And no one will be allowed to bury their bodies.

 

སྡིག་ཅན་འགྱོད་པ་མ་བྱེད་མཁན་ཚོས་དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་གྲོངས་ཙང་དགའ་སྟོན་བྱེད་པ།

Unrepentant Sinners Celebrate the Death of the Two Witnesses

 

10 མི་ཚོ་ལ་མནར་གཅོད་གཏོང་མཁན་དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ཤི་ནས་ད་ལྟ་གསོན་པོ་མེད་ཙང་།   ས་གཞི་

ཐོག་ཡོད་པའི་མི་ཚང་མས་དགའ་སྟོན་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་བྱེད་ནས་ཕན་ཚུན་ལག་རྟགས་སྤྲོད་རེ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་རེད།

10 All those living on earth will celebrate and give presents to one another other because the two witnesses who tormented people had died and were no longer alive.

 

11 ཡིན་ན་ཡང་ཉི་མ་གསུམ་

དང་ཕྱེད་ཀ་རྗེས་ལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོང་ཚོ་གསོན་པོ་བསླངས་གནང་སོང་།   [དེ་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁོང་

ཚོ་ལ་དབུགས་གནང་པ་ནང་བཞིན་བྱུང་བ་] དང་།   ཁོང་ཚོ་ཡར་བཞེངས་སོང་།   འདི་འབྱུང་དུས་ཁོང་

ཚོའི་ཕུང་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ལ་མིག་ལྡིར་ནས་ལྟ་མཁན་ཚང་མ་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་ཆེན་པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་སྐྱེས་སོང་།

11 But after three and a half days, God brought them back to life. [It was as though God breathed his breath into them] and they stood up! All those who were staring at their corpses were struck with terror when this happened.

 

12 དེ་ནས་[ལྗཱོན་] ངས་གསུང་སྐད་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་ཐོས་བྱུང་།   གསུང་སྐད་དེ་དམ་པའི་

ཞིང་ནས་ཐོས་པ་དང་།   དེས་དཔང་པོ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་ལ་གསུངས་སོང་།   ‘འདེའི་ཡར་ཤོག་’ །དེ་ནས་ཁོང་

ཚོའི་དགྲ་དེ་ཚོ་ད་དུང་ཁོང་ཚོ་ལ་མིག་ལྡིར་ནས་བལྟས་བཞིན་པའི་སྐབས་མི་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ཚོ་སྤྲིན་པ་ནང་དམ་

པའི་ཞིང་ནང་དྲངས་སོང་།

12 Then [I, John] heard a loud voice. The voice came from Heaven and said to the two witnesses, “Come up here.” Then, as their enemies were still staring at them, the two men were taken up to Heaven in a cloud.

 

13 དུས་ཚོད་དེ་ག་རང་ལ་ས་ཡོམ་འཇིགས་སྣང་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་བརྒྱབ་སོང་།   གྲོང་ཁྱེར་བཅུ་ཆ་གཅིག་རྩ་གཏོར་

ཕྱིན་ནས་ས་ཡོམ་དེ་ནང་མི་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བདུན་ཤི་སྐྱོན་བྱུང་སོང་།   མི་གསོན་པོ་ལུས་པ་ཚོ་འཇིགས་སྣང་ཆེན་པོ་

སྐྱེས་པ་དང་།   ཁོང་ཚོས་དམ་པའི་ཞིང་གི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་ཕུལ་སོང་།

13 At the very same time, there was a terrible earthquake. One-tenth of the city collapsed and seven thousand people were killed in that earthquake. The survivors were terrified and they gave glory to the God of Heaven.

 

14 ཆག་སྒོ་གཉིས་པ་དེ་ད་ལྟ་ཡོལ་སོང་། ཡིན་ན་ཡང་ལྟོས་དང༌། ཆག་སྒོ་གསུམ་པ་དེ་མགྱོགས་

པོ་ཞེ་དྲག་སླེབ་ཀྱི་འདུག

14 The second calamity has now ended. “But look! The third calamity is coming very soon.”

 

ཕོ་ཉ་བདུན་པ་དེས་རང་གི་རྒྱ་གླིང་འབུད་པའི་རྗེས་ལ་བྱུང་པའི་དོན་རྐྱེན་དེ་ཚོ།

The events that happened after the Seventh Angel blew his Trumpet

 

15 ཕོ་ཉ་བདུན་པ་དེས་རང་གི་རྒྱ་གླིང་འབུད་དུས།   དམ་པའི་ཞིང་ནང་ “འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་དེ་ང་ཚོའི་

གཙོ་བོ་ [དཀོན་མཆོག་] དང་ཁོང་གི་མ་ཤི་ཀའི་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཆགས་སོང་།   ཁོང་གིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་གནང་ནས་ཇི་

སྲིད་ནས་ཇི་སྲིད་བར་དུ་དབང་སྒྱུར་གནང་གི་རེད་” ཟེར་ནས་ལབ་ཀྱི་ཡོད་པ་ [ངས་ཐོས་བྱུང་།]

15 When the seventh angel blew his trumpet [I heard] loud voices calling out in Heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord [God] and of his Messiah. And he will rule as King forever and ever.”

 

16 དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་ཕྱོགས་ལ་ཁ་གཏད་ནས་ཡོད་པའི་

རང་གི་ཁྲི་ཐོག་ལ་ཡོད་པའི་དོ་དམ་པ་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བཞི་དེ་ཚོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་སྐུ་མདུན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས་ཁོང་ལ་

བསྙེན་བཀུར་ཞུས་སོང་།

16 And the twenty-four overseers who are seated on their thrones which face towards God’s throne, prostrated before God, and they worshipped him.

 

17 ཁོང་ཚོས་གསུངས་

སོང་།   “ང་ཚོས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ལ་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་གྱི་ཡོད།   ཀུན་དབང་ཁོང་ཁྱེད་ཡིན་པ་དང་།

འདས་དང་མ་འོངས་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་དེ་ཁྱེད་རང་རེད།   གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན།   ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དབང་དང་ནུས་པ་ཆེན་

པོ་དེ་སྟོན་གནང་གི་ཡོད་པ་དང་།   (ས་གཞི་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཀྱི་ཐོག་) དབང་སྒྱུར་གནང་རྒྱུ་དབུ་འཛུགས་གནང་

པ་རེད།

17 They said, “We give thanks to you, Lord God. You are the Almighty One and you are the Lord of the past and of the present. For you are exercising your great power and have begun to rule (over the whole earth).

 

18 རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ཚང་མའི་མི་ཚོ་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཉེས་པ་གཏོང་གནང་རྒྱུའི་དུས་ཚོད་རན་ཙང་།   ཁོང་ཚོ་དཔེ་མི་

སྲིད་པའི་ཁོང་ཁྲོ་ལངས་སོང་།   མི་ཤི་སྐྱོན་བྱུང་བ་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་ལ་ཞལ་ཆེ་གཅོད་རྒྱུའི་དུས་ཚོད་རན་འདུག

།ཁྱེད་ལ་བརྩི་བཀུར་དང་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཞུ་མཁན་ཚོ་དང་།   ལུང་སྟོན་པ་ཚོ་དང་།   མི་གོ་གནས་ཆེ་ཆུང་ལ་མ་

ལྟོས་པར་ཁྱེད་ལ་གུས་པ་དང་ཆེ་མཐོང་ཞུ་མཁན་ཚང་མ་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་བཟང་ལན་འཇལ་གནང་གི་རེད།   ཁྱེད་

ཀྱིས་ས་གཞི་འདི་སྐྱོན་ཆག་ཚབས་ཆེན་པོ་གཏོང་མཁན་ཚང་མ་གསོད་རྒྱུའི་དུས་ཚོད་སླེབས་འདུག   [ཁོ་ཚོས་

མི་དྲང་པོ་ཡིན་པ་ཚོ་ལ་གདུག་སྦྱོང་བཏང་ནས་བསད་པ་རེད།]”

18 The people of the nations were very angry because the time for you to punish [them] has come. The time has come for you to judge all the people who have died. You will reward those who have obeyed and served you; including the prophets; and all those who respect and honour you – irrespective of whether they are important or unimportant. The time has come for you to destroy all those who ruin the earth. [They have persecuted and killed those who are righteous.]”

 

19 དེ་ནས་མི་ཞིག་གིས་དམ་པའི་ཞིང་

ནང་ཡོད་པའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མཆོད་ཁང་དེ་སྒོ་ཕྱེ་ཡོད་པ་ [ངས་མཐོང་བྱུང་།   དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཞལ་ཆད་ཀྱི་

སྒྲོམ་དེ་ [དམ་པའི་ཞིང་] ནང་གི་མཆོད་ཁང་འདི་ནང་མཐོང་ཡག་འདུག   །འདིའི་རྗེས་ལ་ནམ་མཁའི་གློག་

འཁྱུགས་པ་དང་།   འབྲུག་སྒྲ་གྲགས་པ་དང་།   ས་ཡོམ་གྱིས་ས་གཞི་འགུལ་སོང་།   དེའི་རྗེས་ལ་སེར་བ་

འཇིགས་སྣང་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་བབས་སོང་། (ད་ལྟ་ཆག་སྒོ་གསུམ་པ་དེ་ཡོལ་སོང་།)

19 Then, [I saw] that someone had opened the Temple of God which is in Heaven. The Ark of God’s Covenant could be seen inside this [Heavenly] Temple. After this, lightning flashed, thunder roared, an earthquake shook the earth. This was followed by a terrible hailstorm. (The third calamity has now passed.)
