ཡོ་ཧ་ནན། 1:14-18

14 བཀའ་ཞེས་པ་དེ་མི་རུ་གྱུར་བ་དང༌། ཐུགས་རྗེ་དང་བདེན་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་གང་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ་ང་ཚོའི་ཁྲོད་དུ་གནས། ཁོང་གི་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཡབ་ནས་བྱུང་བའི་སྲས་གཅིག་པོའི་གཟི་བརྗིད་དེ་ང་ཚོས་མཐོང༌།

15 ཡོ་ཧ་ནན་གྱིས་ “ང་ཡི་རྗེས་སུ་ཕེབས་མཁན་ནི། ང་ལས་སྔོན་དུ་ཡོད་པས་ང་ལས་ཆེ་བ་ཡིན་ཅིང༌། ངས་སྔོན་སྨྲས་པའི་སྐྱེས་བུ་ནི་ཁོང་ཉིད་ཡིན་” ཞེས་ཁོང་གི་སྐོར་གསུངས་ནས་དཔང་པོ་བྱས་ཤིང་འབོད་སྒྲ་བསྒྲགས།

16 ཁོང་གི་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ལས་ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མར་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཡང་ཡང་ཐོབ།

17 དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ལུང་སྟོན་པ་མོ་ཤེ་བརྒྱུད་ནས་ཡ་ཧུ་དཱ་པའི་ཆོས་ཁྲིམས་གནང་མོད། ཐུགས་རྗེ་དང་བདེན་པ་ཉིད་ནི་ཡེ་ཤུ་མཱ་ཤི་ཀ་བརྒྱུད་ནས་བྱུང༌།

18 མི་སུས་ཀྱང་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཏན་ནས་མ་མཐོང༌། ཡབ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་སྐུ་པང་ལ་བཞུགས་པའི་སྲས་གཅིག་པོས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཀུན་ལ་ཁོང་གི་སྐོར་གསལ་སྟོན་མཛད།

Study Points

. Jesus the Word of God became human and lives among people

. John the Baptist testifies to the existence of Jesus the Word of God who existed since before the beginning.

. Grace better understood as “charis” – a gift of blessing, a bestowment of favor from God. (Psalm 32:1 – Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered)

. Those who seek favor from God should look to Jesus the Christ

. The giving of the law through Moses was to prepare the people to meet with God and to keep covenant with God and to receive the Messiah

. Jesus’ life and ministry among the Jews in Israel revealed the full attributes of God

John 1:14-18

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. 15 (John bore witness about Jesus, and cried out, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me ranks before me, because he was before me.’”) 16 For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father’s side, he has made him known.

1  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་སྨོན་ལམ་གསན།  ང་ཡི་ཞུ་བ་དེ་ཚོར་ཕྱིར་མ་སློག།

2  ང་ཡི་ཞུ་བར་གསན་ནས་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་།  སེམས་ཁྲལ་དྲག་པོས་ང་ཡིད་ཐང་ཆད་ཡོད།

3  ང་ནི་དགྲ་བོའི་དཀྲོག་གཏམ་གྱིས་ནི་འཇིགས།  ངན་པས་མནར་བས་ང་ནི་དུམ་བུར་ཆག།  དེ་ཚོས་ང་ཡི་ཐོག་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འཁྱེར་ཡོང་།  ང་ལ་ཁྲོས་ནས་སྡང་བའི་རྣམ་འགྱུར་བསྟན།

4  འཆི་བའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ང་ནི་འཇིགས་ཏེ་མནར།

5  འཇིགས་པས་ང་ལ་གཟུང་ནས་འདར་བཞིན་ཡོད།  དངངས་སྐྲག་ཆེན་པོས་ང་ལ་མནར།

6  ང་ལ་ཕུག་རོན་ལྟར་ཤོག་པ་ཡོད་ཡིན་ན་ཅི་མ་རུང།  ང་ནི་འཕུར་ཞིང་ངལ་གསོ་བརྙེད།

7  ང་ནི་ཐག་རིང་འཕུར་ནས་འགྲོ།  འབྲོག་སྟོང་ཁག་ཏུ་ང་ཡི་གནས་ས་བཟོས།

8  རླུང་ཤུགས་དྲག་པོ་དང་ནི་རླུང་འཚུབ་ལས།  ང་ནི་སྐྱབས་བཅོལ་ཞུ་ཕྱིར་གནས་ཞིག་མགྱོགས་པོར་འཚོལ།

9  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་ང་ཡི་དགྲ་ཚོའི་སྐད་དེ་འཁྲུགས་པར་མཛོད།  གྲོང་ནང་དྲག་ཤུལ་དང་ནི་ཟིངས་འཁྲུགས་བྱུང་བ་ང་ཡིས་མཐོང་།

10  དེ་ཡིས་ཉིན་མཚན་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་བསྐོར།  དེ་རུ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་ནི་ནག་ཉེས་གང་།

11  ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་ཀུན་ཏུ་མེད་པར་སོང་།  ལམ་རྣམས་བཙན་གནོན་གཡོ་སྒྱུས་གང་ནས་ཡོད།

12  ཁོ་ནི་ང་ལ་འཕྱ་མཁན་དགྲ་ཡིན་ན།  ང་ནི་ཁོ་ལ་བཟོད་བསྒོམ་བྱས་ཀྱང་ཐུབ།  ང་ལ་རྒོལ་ཕྱིར་ཐུབ་པའི་དགྲ་ཡིན་ན། ང་ནི་ཁོ་ལས་ཡིབ་ནས་བསྡད་ཐུབ་པ་ཡོད།

13  འོན་ཀྱང་དེ་ནི་ཁྱོད་ང་ཡི་གྲོགས་པོ་ཡིན།  ང་ཡི་ཡིད་མཐུན་ལས་རོགས་གྲོགས་པོ་ཡིན།

14  ང་ཚོའི་སེམས་ཀྱི་གཏམ་སོགས་ནང་ཁུང་ཤོད།  མཆོད་ཁང་ནང་དུ་ང་ཚོ་མཉམ་དུ་མཆོད་འབུལ་བྱས།

15  དེ་ཚོའི་དུས་རན་པའི་སྔོན་དུ་ང་ཡི་དགྲ་རྣམས་འཆི་བར་ཤོག།  འཆི་བའི་ཡུལ་དུ་གསོན་པོར་ལྷུང་བར་ཤོག།  དེ་ཚོའི་ཁྱིམ་དང་དེ་ཚོའི་སེམས་ནི་ངན་པའི་གང་ནས་ཡོད།

16  འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ།  སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་ཆེད་དུ་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས་པ་དང།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་གནང་ངོ་།

17  སྔ་དྲོ་ཉིན་དགོང་དྲོ་ཁོང་གི་དྲུང།  ང་ཡི་སྐྱོན་བརྗོད་དང་ནི་འཁུན་སྐད་ཁོང་ཙར་ལེབས།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཡི་སྐད་འབོད་གསན་པར་འགྱུར།

18  དགྲ་བོ་མང་པོ་མཉམ་དུ་ང་འཐབ་དུས།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་དམག་ལས་ཁམས་བཟང་སློག།

19  ཐོག་མཐའ་མེད་པའི་དུས་ནས་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་མཁན་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས།  ང་ཡི་འོ་དོད་གསན་ནས་དགྲ་རྣམས་ཕམ།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དེ་ཚོའི་བྱེད་ཚུལ་མི་སྒྱུར་བ་དང།  དེ་ཚོས་ཁོང་ལ་མི་འཇིགས་སོ།

20  ང་ཡི་སྔོན་གྱི་གྲོགས་པོས་རང་གི་གྲོགས་པོར་འཐབ།  ཁོ་ཡིས་རང་གི་དམ་བཅའ་རྣམས་མི་སྒྲུབ་བོ།

21  ཁོ་ཡི་གཏམ་རྣམས་སྤྲི་མ་འདྲ་འཇམ་པོ་ཡོད།  འོན་ཀྱང་ཁོའི་སེམས་སྡང་བས་གང་ནས་ཡོད།  ཁོ་ཡི་གཏམ་རྣམས་སྣུམ་ལྟར་ཞི་བ་ཡོད།  འོན་ཀྱང་རྣོ་ལྡན་རལ་གྲི་ལྟ་བུར་གཅོད།

22  རང་གི་དཀའ་ངལ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་ཕུལ།  དེ་ནས་ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྐྱབས་གནང་ངོ་། དྲང་པོའི་མི་ལ་ཁོང་གིས་ཕམ་མི་བཅུག།

23  འོན་ཀྱང་ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ནི།  སྲོག་གཅོད་པ་དང་རྫུན་གཏམ་ཤོད་མཁན་ལ།  དེ་ཚོའི་ཚེ་ཚད་རྫོགས་སྔོན་འཆི་བར་གཏོང་།  འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་ལོ༎

 

 

1 Give ear to my prayer, O God, and hide not yourself from my plea for mercy!

2 Attend to me, and answer me; I am restless in my complaint and I moan, 3 because of the noise of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked. For they drop trouble upon me, and in anger they bear a grudge against me.

4 My heart is in anguish within me; the terrors of death have fallen upon me.

5 Fear and trembling come upon me, and horror overwhelms me.

6 And I say, “Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and be at rest; 7 yes, I would wander far away; I would lodge in the wilderness; Selah

8 I would hurry to find a shelter from the raging wind and tempest.”

9 Destroy, O Lord, divide their tongues; for I see violence and strife in the city.

10 Day and night they go around it on its walls, and iniquity and trouble are within it; 11 ruin is in its midst; oppression and fraud do not depart from its marketplace.

12 For it is not an enemy who taunts me— then I could bear it; it is not an adversary who deals insolently with me— then I could hide from him.

13 But it is you, a man, my equal, my companion, my familiar friend.

14 We used to take sweet counsel together; within God’s house we walked in the throng.

15 Let death steal over them; let them go down to Sheol alive; for evil is in their dwelling place and in their heart.

16 But I call to God, and the Lord will save me.

17 Evening and morning and at noon I utter my complaint and moan, and he hears my voice.

18 He redeems my soul in safety from the battle that I wage, for many are arrayed against me.

19 God will give ear and humble them, he who is enthroned from of old, Selah because they do not change and do not fear God.

20 My companion stretched out his hand against his friends; he violated his covenant.

21 His speech was smooth as butter, yet war was in his heart; his words were softer than oil, yet they were drawn swords.

22 Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.

23 But you, O God, will cast them down into the pit of destruction; men of blood and treachery shall not live out half their days. But I will trust in you.

6 དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་མི་ཞིག་མངགས་ཏེ། ཁོང་གི་མིང་ལ་ཡོ་ཧ་ནན་ཞེས་ཟེར།

7 མི་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁོང་བརྒྱུད་ནས་དད་པ་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཁོང་ནི་འོད་དེ་ལ་དཔང་པོ་བྱེད་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་ཕེབས།

8 ཁོང་རང་ནི་འོད་དེ་མ་ཡིན་མོད། འོད་དེ་ལ་དཔང་པོ་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་འོངས།

9 བདེན་པའི་འོད་མི་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་འོད་གནང་བའི་ཕྱིར་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལ་བྱོན།

10 ཁོང་ནི་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདིར་བཞུགས་ཏེ། ཁོང་ཉིད་བརྒྱུད་ནས་འཇིག་རྟེན་བཀོད་ན་ཡང༌། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཁོང་ངོ་མ་ཤེས།

11 ཁོང་ནི་རང་གི་ཡུལ་ལ་ཕེབས་ན་ཡང༌། རང་གི་ཡུལ་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཁོང་མ་བསུས།

12 འོན་ཀྱང་སུས་ཁོང་བསུས་ནས་ཁོང་གི་མཚན་ལ་དད་པ་བྱས་ཀྱང་ཁོང་གིས་དེ་རྣམས་ལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་སྲས་དང་སྲས་མོར་འགྱུར་བའི་དབང་བསྐུར་བ་དང༌།

13 དེ་རྣམས་ནི་མ་ཡི་མངལ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་མ་ཡིན་ལ། མི་ཡི་འདོད་པའི་དབང་གིས་མ་སྐྱེས་ཤིང་ཁྱོ་གའི་བསམ་འདུན་བཞིན་དུའང་སྐྱེས་པ་མིན། དཀོན་མཆོག་ལས་སྐྱེས་སོ།

Study Points

. John the Baptist was chosen of God to bear witness of Jesus the chosen Messiah

. Jesus was of a decedent of Abraham and King David as according to the promises of God where the Messiah will come from the tribe of Judah and John the Baptist was to bear witness to the fulfillment of God to redeem His people through the Messiah

. But Israel was divided. While many rejected Jesus as the Messiah, few believed.

. The rejection of Jesus the Christ was due to the people’s sin and living in darkness and the refusal to submit to the will of God for us to receive salvation through this chosen Messiah, Jesus.

. For those who choose to believe and receive Jesus the Christ are called to be sons of God

John 1:6-13

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness, to bear witness about the light, that all might believe through him. 8 He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light.

9 The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. 11 He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. 12 But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
