གསུང་མགུར 85 – Psalm 85

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཡུལ་ཐོག་སྙིང་རྗེས་གཟིགས།  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ལ་ནི་སླར་ཡང་ཕྱུག་པོ་བཟོས།

2  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མི་འབངས་ཀྱི་སྡིག་པ་རྣམས་སེལ་བར་མཛད།  དེ་ཚོའི་ནོར་འཁྲུལ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་བཟོད་གསོལ་གནང།

3  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཁོ་ཚོ་མཉམ་དུ་ཐུགས་ཁྲོས་རྒྱུར་སྤངས་གནང་བ་དང་།  ཁྱེད་ནི་འབར་བའི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་ལས་ནི་ཕྱིར་ལོག་གནང་།

4  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་སྐྱབས་མགོན་ང་ཚོར་ཕྱིར་འཁྲིད་མཛོད།  ང་ཚོ་མཉམ་དུ་མི་དགའ་བ་མ་གནང་ཞིག།

5  ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཚོར་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཐུགས་ཁྲོས་སམ། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་ནམ་ཡང་མི་ཆད་དམ།

6  ང་ཚོ་སྐྱར་དུ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་བཟོས་རོགས་གནང་དང་། ང་ཚོ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མི་མང་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་པར་འགྱུར།

7  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོར་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་སྟོན་མཛོད།  ང་ཚོར་ཐར་ལམ་དགོངས་བཞེས་གནང་བར་མཛོད།

8  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ཇི་གསུངས་ང་ཡིས་ཉན། ང་ཚོ་གླེན་པའི་ལམ་དུ་ཕྱིར་མ་ལོག་ན།  ཁོང་གི་རང་གི་མི་མང་ཚོ་ལ་ཞི་བདེའི་དམ་བཅའ་འཇོག་གནང་ངོ་།

9  ཁོང་ལ་བཀུར་སྟི་བྱེད་མི་དེ་ཚོ་ལ། སྐྱབས་ཕྱིར་བདེན་པར་གྲ་སྒྲིགས་བཞུགས་ཡོད་དོ།  ང་ཚོར་སྐྱབས་ཕྱིར་ཡུལ་དུ་ཁོང་བཞུགས་པར་འགྱུར།

10  བརྩེ་བ་དང་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན་མཉམ་མཐུན་པར་འགྱུར།  དྲང་བདེན་དང་ནི་ཞི་བདེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་མཐུན་པར་འགྱུར།

11  མི་ཡི་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན་ས་གཞི་ནས་ཡར་ཐོན།  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་དྲང་བདེན་མཐོ་རིས་ནས་མར་ལ་གཟིགས།

12  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ང་ཚོར་འཕེལ་རྒྱལ་གནང་བ་དང་། ང་ཚོའི་ས་གཞིའི་སྟོན་ཐོག་མང་པོ་སྐྱེས།

13  དྲང་བ་ཉིད་ནི་ཁོང་གི་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ། དེ་ཡིས་ཁོང་གི་ཕེབས་ལམ་གྲ་སྒྲིགས་བྱས༎

 

 

1 Lord, you were favorable to your land; you restored the fortunes of Jacob.

2 You forgave the iniquity of your people; you covered all their sin. Selah

3 You withdrew all your wrath; you turned from your hot anger.

4 Restore us again, O God of our salvation, and put away your indignation toward us!

5 Will you be angry with us forever? Will you prolong your anger to all generations?

6 Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?

7 Show us your steadfast love, O Lord, and grant us your salvation.

8 Let me hear what God the Lord will speak, for he will speak peace to his people, to his saints; but let them not turn back to folly.

9 Surely his salvation is near to those who fear him, that glory may dwell in our land.

10 Steadfast love and faithfulness meet; righteousness and peace kiss each other.

11 Faithfulness springs up from the ground, and righteousness looks down from the sky.

12 Yes, the Lord will give what is good, and our land will yield its increase.

13 Righteousness will go before him and make his footsteps a way.

 

གསུང་མགུར 84 – Psalm 84

1  ཀུན་དབང་ལྡན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཞུགས་གནས་ང་ཇི་ལྟར་བརྩེས།

2  ང་དེར་བསྡད་འདོད་ཡོད། ང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཕོ་བྲང་ནང་དུ་བསྡད་འདོད་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོད། གསོན་པོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་ང་ཡི་ལུས་ངག་གཉིས་ནས་མགུར་མ་ལེན།

3  ཀུན་དབང་ལྡན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ངའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ངའི་དཀོན་མཆོག། བྱིའུ་མཆིལ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཀྱང་ཚང་བཟོས་ཡོད་དོ། ཁུག་རྟ་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཁང་པ་ཡོད་དོ། དེ་ཚོས་རང་གི་ཕྲུ་གུ་རྣམས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་ཁྲི་ཉེ་འགྲམ་དུ་འཇོག་གོ།

4  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཕོ་བྲང་ནང་གནས་མཁན་ཚོ་ཇི་ལྟར་དགའ། དེ་ཚོས་ཏག་ཏུ་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་ཅིང་བསྡད།

5  ཁྱེད་ནས་སྟོབས་ཐོབ་མཁན་ཚོ་དང་། རི་བོ་ཛི་ཡོན་གནས་སྐོར་འགྲོ་འདོད་མཁན་ཚོ་ནི་ཇི་ལྟར་དགའ།

6  དེ་ཚོ་བྷ་ཀའི་ལུང་གཤོང་སྐམ་པོར་འགྲོ་བའི་སྐབས། དེ་ནི་ཆུ་མིག་ཡོད་སའི་གནས་སུ་འགྱུར།  སྟོན་ཀའི་ཆར་གྱིས་དེ་ལ་རྫིང་བུར་བཟོས།

7  དེ་ཚོ་འགྲོ་བཞིན་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་སྟོབས་ཆེ་རུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དང།  དེ་ཚོས་རི་བི་ཛི་ཡོན་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ལྷ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར།

8  ཀུན་དབང་ལྡན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་སྨོན་ལམ་གསན་རོགས་གནང།  ཀྱེ་ཡ་ཀོབ་ཀྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསན་པར་མཛོད།

9  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་འདམས་པའི་ང་ཚོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ། དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་རླབས་གནང་རོགས་གནང།

10  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་ཁང་ནང་ལ་ཉིན་གཅིག་དེ། གཞན་གང་དུའང་ཉི་མ་སྟོང་ལས་ལྷག་པ་ཡོད།  སྡིག་སྤྱོད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་བསྡད་པ་ལས། དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་བཞུགས་གནས་ཀྱི།  རྒྱལ་སྒོར་ལངས་བསྡད་རྒྱུར་ང་འདོད་དོ།

11  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་སྲུང་སྐྱོབས་དང་གཟི་བརྗིད་ལྡན་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡིན།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཚོར་སྐུ་དྲིན་དང་གུས་ཞབས་ཀྱི་སྦྱིན་རླབས་གནང་།  དྲང་བདེན་ནང་དུ་འགྲུལ་མི་དེ་ཚོ་ལ། ཁོང་གིས་བཟང་པོ་གང་ཞིག་བཀག་མི་གནང།

12  ཀུན་དབང་ལྡན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ལ་ནི། བློ་བཅོལ་བྱ་མཁན་མི་དེ་ཇི་ལྟར་དགའོ༎

 

 

1 How lovely is your dwelling place, O Lord of hosts!

2 My soul longs, yes, faints for the courts of the Lord; my heart and flesh sing for joy to the living God.

3 Even the sparrow finds a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, at your altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God.

4 Blessed are those who dwell in your house, ever singing your praise! Selah

5 Blessed are those whose strength is in you, in whose heart are the highways to Zion.

6 As they go through the Valley of Baca they make it a place of springs; the early rain also covers it with pools.

7 They go from strength to strength; each one appears before God in Zion.

8 O Lord God of hosts, hear my prayer; give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah

9 Behold our shield, O God; look on the face of your anointed!

10 For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness.

11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.

12 O Lord of hosts, blessed is the one who trusts in you!
