གསུང་མགུར 150 – Psalm 150

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག། ཁོང་གི་མཆོད་ཁང་ནང་དུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྟོད་ཅིག།  མཐོ་རིས་གནས་སུ་ཁོང་གི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ལ་བསྟོད་ཅིག།

2  ཁོང་གིས་གནང་བའི་སྟོབས་ཤུགས་ལྡན་པའི་མཛད་པའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད།  ཁོང་གི་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་རླབས་ཆེན་སྐོར་ལ་བསྟོད་པར་གྱིས།

3  དུང་ཆེན་གཏོང་བཞིན་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་ཅིང་བསྔོགས་པར་གྱིས།  པི་ཝང་དང་ནི་སྒྲ་སྙན་གཏོང་བཞིན་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད།

4  རྔ་བརྡུང་ནས་ཁྲབ་བཞིན་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་པར་གྱིས། པི་ཝང་དང་ནི་གླིང་བུ་གཏོང་བཞིན་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད།

5  རོལ་མོ་འཁྲོལ་བཞིན་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་ཅིང་བསྔོགས་པར་གྱིས།  རོལ་མོའི་སྒྲ་སྐད་ཆེན་པོ་བརྡུང་བཞིན་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད།

6  དབུགས་ཡོད་གསོན་པོའི་རིགས་ཀྱིས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྟོད།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག།

1 Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens!

2 Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness!

3 Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp!

4 Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe!

5Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals!

6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

གསུང་མགུར 149 – Psalm 149

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་བསྟོད་ཅིང་བསྔོགས་པར་གྱིས།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་མགུར་མ་གསར་པ་ཞིག་ལེན་ཞིག།  ཁོང་གི་དམ་ཚིག་ལྡན་པའི་མི་འབངས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ནང་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག།

2  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་རང་གི་བཀོད་པ་པོའི་ཕྱིར་དགའ་བར་བྱོས།  ཛི་ཡོན་པ་ཚོ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་དགའ་སྤྲོ་གྱིས།

3  ཞབས་བྲོ་ཁྲབ་ཅིང་ཁོང་གི་མཚན་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག།  རྔ་དང་པི་ཝང་རྣམས་གཏོང་བཞིན་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་རང་གི་མི་འབངས་ཚོར་མཉེས་པོ་གནང་བ་དང་།  ཁོང་གིས་ཉམ་ཆུང་རྣམས་ལ་རྒྱལ་ཁ་གནང་ནས་གུས་ཞབས་གནང་།

5  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་མི་འབངས་རྒྱལ་བར་དགའ་བ་དང་།  དགའ་བའི་སྒོ་ནས་མཚན་གང་མགུར་མ་ལེན་བཅུག་ཅིག།

6  དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྟོད་སྐབས་དེ་ཚོས་སྐད་ཤུགས་རྒྱབ་པར་ཤོག།  དེ་ཚོའི་ལག་ཏུ་རྣོ་བའི་རལ་གྲི་རྣམས་འཁུར་ནས།

7  མི་རིགས་ཚོར་ཕམ་པར་ཤོག། མི་ཚོར་ཉེས་ཆད་གཏོང་བར་ཤོག།

8  དེ་ཚོའི་རྒྱལ་པོར་ལྕགས་སྒྲོག་གིས་ནི་བསྡམས་པར་ཤོག།  དེ་ཚོའི་འགོ་བྱེད་ཚོར་ལྕགས་སྒྲོག་གིས་ནི་བསྡམས་པར་ཤོག།

9  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་བཞིན་མི་རིགས་ཚོར་ཉེས་ཆད་གཏོང་བར་ཤོག།  འདི་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་མི་འབངས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཡིན།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་ཅིང་བསྔོགས་པར་གྱིས༎

1 Praise the Lord! Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise in the assembly of the godly!

2 Let Israel be glad in his Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King!

3 Let them praise his name with dancing, making melody to him with tambourine and lyre!

4 For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; he adorns the humble with salvation.

5 Let the godly exult in glory; let them sing for joy on their beds.

6 Let the high praises of God be in their throats and two-edged swords in their hands, 7 to execute vengeance on the nations and punishments on the peoples, 8 to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with fetters of iron, 9 to execute on them the judgment written!

This is honor for all his godly ones. Praise the Lord!
