བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་སྐྱར་བཤད་ 10

1  དེ་ནས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ང་ལ། སྔོན་གྱི་རྡོ་ལེབ་དང་འདྲ་བ་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་བཅད་དེ། དེ་བཞག་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཤིང་སྒྲོམ་ཞིག་བཟོས་ཏེ། རི་རྩེར་ངའི་རྩར་ཤོག་ཅིག། 2  སྔར་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བཅག་པའི་རྡོ་ལེབ་དེར་སྔར་གང་བྲིས་ཡོད་པ་བཞིན། ངས་རྡོ་ལེབ་དེ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཁར་སྐྱར་དུ་བྲིས་རྒྱུ་ཡིན། དེ་རྗེས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རྡོ་ལེབ་དེ་གཉིས་སྒྲོམ་དེའི་ནང་དུ་བཞག་དགོས་ཅེས་གསུངས་སོ།

3  དེ་རྗེས་ངས་ཤིང་ཏིམ་ཤིང་ལས་སྒྲོམ་ཞིག་བཟོས་ནས་སྔར་བཞིན་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་གཤག་སྟེ་རི་རྩེར་འཁྱེར་ནས་ཕྱིན་པ་ཡིན། 4  དེ་ནས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་སྔར་གང་བྲིས་གནང་བའི་བཀའ་དེ་རང་ཁོང་གིས་རྡོ་ལེབ་དེ་གཉིས་ཁར་བྲིས་པ་གནང་ཞིང་། ཡང་ཁོང་གིས་གནང་བའི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་བཅུ་ནི་སྔར་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་རི་བོའི་འགྲམ་དུ་འཛོམ་སྐབས། ཁོང་གིས་མེའི་དཀྱིལ་ནས་གསུངས་གླེང་གནང་དུས་སྩལ་བའི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་དེ་དག་ཡིན་ནོ། དེ་རྗེས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་རྡོ་ལེབ་དེ་གཉིས་ང་ལ་གནང་བ་དང་། 5  ང་རི་རྩེ་ནས་མར་བབས་ཏེ། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་གསུངས་པ་བཞིན་རྡོ་ལེབ་དེ་གཉིས་ངས་བཟོས་པའི་སྒྲོམ་དེའི་ནང་བཞག་པ་ཡིན་པས། དུས་དེ་ནས་བཟུང་རྒྱུན་དུ་དེར་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།

6  (ཡཱ་ཀན་རིགས་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་ཁྲོན་པ་ཡོད་སའི་ས་གནས་ནས་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་པ་ཚོ་ཐོན་སྟེ་མོ་སེ་རཱ་བྱ་བའི་གནས་སུ་སླེབས་ཤིང་། དེར་ཨ་རོན་གྲོངས་ནས་སྦས་པ་དང་། ཁོང་གི་བུ་ཨེ་ལི་ཛར་ཁོང་གི་ཚབ་ཏུ་བླ་མའི་ལས་མཚན་དུ་བསྐོས་སོ། 7  དེ་ནས་ཁོ་ཚོ་གྷུད་གོ་དཱ་རུ་ཕྱིན་ནས། ཆུ་མང་པོ་ཡོད་པའི་ས་གནས་ཡོད་བྷ་ཐཱ་རུ་བསླེབས་སོ། 8  རི་བོའི་ཁར་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ལེ་ཝི་སྡེ་རིགས་ཀྱི་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་སྒྲོམ་དེ་རྩིས་སྤྲོད་གནང་ཞིང་། ཁོ་ཚོས་བླ་མ་བྱས་ནས་ཁོང་གིས་ཞབས་ཕྱི་ཞུ་དགོས་པ་དང་། ཁོང་གི་མཚན་བརྗོད་དེ་གཞན་ལ་བྱིན་རླབས་སྤྲོད་དགོས་པའི་ལས་འགན་དེ་གནང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། དེང་དུས་ཀྱང་གོང་གསལ་ལས་འགན་རྣམས་ཁོ་ཚོས་བྱེད་བཞིན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། 9  དེར་བརྟེན་པས་ལེ་ཝིའི་སྡེ་རིགས་ཚོར་སྡེ་རིགས་གཞན་དང་འདྲ་བའི་ས་སྐལ་མ་ཐོབ་མོད། འོན་ཀྱང་ཁོ་ཚོར་གང་ཐོབ་པ་དེ་ནི་སྔར་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་དམ་བཅའ་གནང་བ་ལྟར་དེ་ཚོ་བླ་མའི་གོ་གནས་སུ་འཁོད་པའི་དམིགས་བསལ་གྱི་ཐོབ་ཐང་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།)

10  དེ་རྗེས་སྔར་བཞིན་ང་རི་རྩེར་ཉིན་མཚན་བཞི་བཅུ་བར་དུ་བསྡད་པས། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་སླར་ཡང་ངའི་ཞུ་བར་ལན་གཅིག་གསན་ཏེ་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་ཚར་གཅོད་མི་གནང་བའི་མོས་མཐུན་གནང་ངོ་། 11  དེ་ནས་ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་མེས་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་གནང་གི་ཡིན་ཞེས་དམ་བཅའ་གནང་བའི་ཡུལ་དེ་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་དབང་འཛིན་བྱེད་ཕྱིར་ངས་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་འགོ་འཁྲིད་བྱེད་དགོས་པའི་བཀའ་གནང་བྱུང་༎

12  ཀྱེ་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་མི་མང་རྣམས། ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ནས་དགོས་འདོད་གང་གནང་གི་ཡོད་པ་དེར་ཉོན་ཅིག གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་ཞུས་ཤིང་། ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་ཚང་མར་རྩིས་སྲུང་ཞུ་དགོས་པ་དང་། ཁོང་ལ་བྱམས་བརྩེ་དང་སེམས་ཀྱི་གཏིང་ནས་སྲི་ཞུ་ཞུ་དགོས། 13  ཁྱོད་ཚོར་ཕན་ཐོག་ཡོང་ཕྱིར་དེ་རིང་ངས་སློབ་སྟོན་བྱེད་བཞིན་པའི་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་སྲུང་ཞིག 14  ནམ་མཁའི་གནས་ཚད་མཐོ་ཤོས་དེ་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཡིན་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་ས་གཞི་དང་དེའི་ནང་དུ་ཡོད་པའི་དངོས་པོ་ཚང་མ་ཁོང་གི་ཡིན་ནོ། 15  འོན་ཀྱང་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་མེས་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཧ་ཅང་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་ཆེན་པོ་གནང་བའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་མི་རིགས་གཞན་གྱི་ཚབ་ཏུ་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་འདམས་པ་གནང་ཞིང་། དེ་རིང་གི་བར་དུའང་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ཁོང་གི་མི་འབངས་སུ་འཁོད་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། 16  དེ་བས་ན་ད་ནས་བཟུང་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་བཀའ་ལ་ཉན་ཏེ་སེམས་གཤིས་གྱོང་པོ་མ་བྱས་ཤིག 17  ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ནི་ལྷ་རྟེན་ཀུན་དང་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཀུན་ལས་མཆོག་ཡིན་པ་དང་། ཁོང་ནི་མངའ་ཐང་ཆེ་ཞིང་མཐུ་དང་ལྡན་པས། ཁོང་ལ་འཛིགས་དགོས་སོ། ཁོང་ནི་ཉེ་རིང་ཀུན་དང་བྲལ་ཞིང་། ལྐོག་རྔན་ནོར་སོགས་མི་བཞེས་སོ། 18  ད་ཕྲུག་དང་ཡུག་མོ་རྣམས་ལ་ཁོང་གིས་དྲང་བདེན་གྱི་ཁྲིམས་སྤྱོད་གནང་བཅུག་གོ ང་ཚོའི་མི་མང་གི་ཁྲོད་དུ་ཡོད་པའི་ཕྱི་རྒྱལ་མི་རིགས་རྣམས་ལ་ཁོང་གིས་བྱམས་སྐྱོང་གནང་སྟེ། དེ་དག་ལ་ཟས་གོས་སོགས་སྦྱོར་བར་མཛད་པར་འགྱུར། 19  དེ་བས་ན་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཕྱི་རྒྱལ་བ་དེ་ཚོ་ལ་བྱམས་སེམས་བྱོས་ཤིག གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན། སྔར་ཁྱོད་ཚོའང་ཨི་ཇིབ་དུ་ཕྱི་རྒྱལ་བའི་ཚུལ་དུ་གནས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། 20  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་འབའ་ཞིག་གི་བཀའ་སྲུང་བ་དང་བསྙེན་བཀུར་ཞུས་ཞིག དམ་ཚིག་གཙང་མ་ཞུས་ཤིང་། ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དམ་བཅའ་རྣམས་ཁོང་གཅིག་པོའི་མཚན་ལ་ཞུས་ཤིག 21  ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་སྔགས་འབུལ་ཞིག། ཁོང་ནི་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན་པ་དང་། ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་ཕྱིར་གནང་བའི་མངའ་ཐང་ཆེ་ཞིང་ངོ་མཚར་ལྡན་པའི་ལྟས་རྣམས་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་རང་གི་མིག་ངོར་མཐོང་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། 22  ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་ཕ་མེས་རྣམས་ཨི་ཇིབ་དུ་སླེབས་སྐབས་མི་གྲངས་བདུན་ཅུ་ལས་མེད་མོད། འོན་ཀྱང་ད་ལྟ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ནམ་མཁའི་སྐར་ཚོགས་བཞིན་དུ་གྲངས་ལས་འདས་པར་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་གནང་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ༎

Deuteronomy 10

“At that time the Lord said to me, ‘Cut for yourself two tablets of stone like the first, and come up to me on the mountain and make an ark of wood. 2 And I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets that you broke, and you shall put them in the ark.’ 3 So I made an ark of acacia wood, and cut two tablets of stone like the first, and went up the mountain with the two tablets in my hand. 4 And he wrote on the tablets, in the same writing as before, the Ten Commandments that the Lord had spoken to you on the mountain out of the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly. And the Lord gave them to me. 5 Then I turned and came down from the mountain and put the tablets in the ark that I had made. And there they are, as the Lord commanded me.”

6 (The people of Israel journeyed from Beeroth Bene-jaakan to Moserah. There Aaron died, and there he was buried. And his son Eleazar ministered as priest in his place. 7 From there they journeyed to Gudgodah, and from Gudgodah to Jotbathah, a land with brooks of water. 8 At that time the Lord set apart the tribe of Levi to carry the ark of the covenant of the Lord to stand before the Lord to minister to him and to bless in his name, to this day. 9 Therefore Levi has no portion or inheritance with his brothers. The Lord is his inheritance, as the Lord your God said to him.)

10 “I myself stayed on the mountain, as at the first time, forty days and forty nights, and the Lord listened to me that time also. The Lord was unwilling to destroy you. 11 And the Lord said to me, ‘Arise, go on your journey at the head of the people, so that they may go in and possess the land, which I swore to their fathers to give them.’

12 “And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, 13 and to keep the commandments and statutes of the Lord, which I am commanding you today for your good? 14 Behold, to the Lord your God belong heaven and the heaven of heavens, the earth with all that is in it. 15 Yet the Lord set his heart in love on your fathers and chose their offspring after them, you above all peoples, as you are this day. 16 Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no longer stubborn. 17 For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome God, who is not partial and takes no bribe. 18 He executes justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the sojourner, giving him food and clothing. 19 Love the sojourner, therefore, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt. 20 You shall fear the Lord your God. You shall serve him and hold fast to him, and by his name you shall swear. 21 He is your praise. He is your God, who has done for you these great and terrifying things that your eyes have seen. 22 Your fathers went down to Egypt seventy persons, and now the Lord your God has made you as numerous as the stars of heaven.

1  ཀྱེ་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་པ་རྣམས། ཚུར་ཉོན་ཅིག། དེ་རིང་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་གཙང་པོ་ཡོར་དན་རྒལ་ནས་འགྲོ་རན་ཡོད་པ་དང་། ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ལས་སྟོབས་ཤུགས་དང་མངའ་ཐང་ཆེ་བའི་མི་རིགས་ཤིག་གི་ཡུལ་དེ་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་བདག་བཟུང་བྱེད་གྲབ་ཡོད་པ་དང་། དེ་ཚོའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ཁག་ནི་རྒྱ་ཆེ་ཞིང་། དེ་ཚོའི་ལྕགས་རིའི་མཐོ་ཚད་ནི་ཕལ་ཆེར་གནམ་ལ་ཐུག་པ་ལྟ་བུའི་མཐོ་བ་ཡོད། 2  དེ་གའི་ཡུལ་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱང་གཟུགས་སྟོབས་ཆེ་ལ་རིང་ཞིང་། དེ་དག་ནི་མི་བོ་ཆེ་ཡིན་པ་དང་། དེ་ཚོའི་མདུན་དུ་སུའང་གནས་མི་ཐུབ་པའི་སྐོར་ལ་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཐོས་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན། 3  འོན་ཀྱང་ད་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ནི་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་མདུན་དུ་འབར་བཞིན་པའི་མེའི་ལྟར་ཕེབས་ཀྱི་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་མཐོང་ཡོང་། ཁྱོད་ཚོ་མདུན་བསྐྱོད་བྱེད་སྐབས་ཁོང་གིས་དེ་ཚོ་འཕམ་བཅུག་པ་གནང་ཞིང་། ཁོང་གིས་ཞལ་བཞེས་གནང་བ་བཞིན། ཁྱོད་ཚོས་དེ་དག་ཕྱིར་སྐྲོད་བྱས་ཏེ་མྱུར་དུ་ཚར་གཅོད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ།

4  ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དོན་དུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་དེ་དག་ཕྱིར་སྐྲོད་གནང་བའི་རྗེས་སུ། ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་འོས་བབ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ལ་ཡུལ་འདི་བདག་འཛིན་བྱེད་ཕྱིར་འཁྲིད་ཕེབས་པ་རེད་ཅེས་ཕན་ཚུན་གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་ལ་མ་ཤོད་ཅིག དེ་ལྟར་མ་ཡིན་གྱི་མི་རིགས་དེ་ཚོ་ངན་པ་ཡིན་པའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་དེ་དག་ཕྱིར་སྐྲོད་གནང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པ་དང་། 5  ཁྱོད་ཚོ་བཟང་པོ་དང་དྲང་པོ་གྱིས་རྐྱེན་གྱི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་ཡུལ་དེ་བདག་འཛིན་བྱེད་ཕྱིར་གནང་བ་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། འོན་ཀྱང་ཁོ་ཚོ་ངན་པ་ཡིན་པས་ཁོང་གིས་དེ་ཚོ་ཕྱིར་སྐྲོད་གནང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པ་དང་། སྔར་ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་མེས་པོ་ཨབ་ར་ཧམ་དང་། ཨི་སཱག་དང་ཡ་ཀོབ་དང་མཉམ་དུ་དམ་བཅའ་གནང་བ་དེ་ཚ་ཚང་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ཆེད་དུ། དེ་ཚོ་ལ་ཕྱིར་སྐྲོད་གནང་བར་འགྱུར། 6  ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་འོས་བབ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ས་ལུད་འཛོམས་པོ་ཡུལ་འདི་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་གནང་བ་མ་ཡིན་གྱིས། ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ནི་སེམས་རྒྱུད་གྱོང་པོ་ཡིན་པའི་མི་རིགས་ཤིག་ཡིན་ནོ།

7  ཁྱོད་ཚོས་འབྲོག་སྟོང་དུ་ཇི་ལྟར་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ཐུགས་དགོངས་དཀྲུགས་པ་དེ་ནམ་ཡང་མ་བརྗེད་ཅིག ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་ཐོན་ཏེ་འདིར་སླེབས་པའི་ཉིན་མོའི་བར་དུ་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཁོང་ལ་ངོ་ལོག་ཞུས་སོ།  8  རི་བོ་སི་ནཨེ་སྒང་དུའང་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཁོང་གི་ཐུགས་དགོངས་དཀྲུགས་པས། ཁོང་ཧ་ཅང་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་ཞིང་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་ཚར་གཅོད་གནང་བར་དགོངས་སོ། 9  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་དང་དམ་བཅའ་གང་གནང་བ་དེ་བྲིས་ཡོད་པའི་རྡོ་ལེབ་དེ་དག་ལེན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ང་རི་བོའི་རྩེ་མོར་ཕྱིན་ཏེ། དེར་ཉིན་མཚན་བཞི་བཅུ་བར་སྡོད་རིང་དུ་ངས་བཟའ་བཏུང་སོགས་གང་ཡང་མ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན། 10  དེ་ནས་སྔར་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་རིའི་ཁར་འཛོམས་པའི་ཉིན་མོར་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་མེའི་ནང་ནས་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་གསུང་གླེང་གང་གནང་བ་དེ་དག་ཁོང་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་གིས་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཁར་བྲིས་གནང་མཛད་ཅིང་། ཁོང་གིས་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་དེ་ང་ལ་གནང་ངོ་། 11  ཉིན་མཚན་བཞི་བཅུའི་རྗེས་སུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་དམ་བཅའ་བྲིས་ཡོད་པའི་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་ང་ལ་གནང་བྱུང་།

12  དེ་ནས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ང་ལ་གསུངས་པ། ཁྱོད་ཕྲལ་དུ་རི་ནས་མར་བོབས་ཤིག ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་འཁྲིད་ཡོང་བའི་མི་དེ་ཚོས་བསམ་བློ་མ་རུང་བ་བཏང་སྟེ། ལས་ངན་བྱེད་བཞིན་པ་དང་། ངས་ཁོ་ཚོར་བཀའ་བསྒོས་གང་བྱས་པ་དེ་ལ་རྩིས་མེད་བྱས་ཏེ། སོ་སོའི་དོན་དུ་སྐུ་འདྲ་ཞིག་བཟོས་འདུག།

13  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ང་ལ་གསུངས་པ། མི་འདི་ཚོ་ཧ་ཅང་གི་སེམས་གཤིས་གྱོང་པོ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ངས་ཤེས་བྱུང་བས། 14  ད་ང་ལ་བཀག་ཐབས་མ་བྱས་ཤིག། ངས་ཁོ་ཚོ་ཚར་གཅོད་གཏོང་བར་འདོད་པས། སུས་ཀྱང་དེ་ཚོ་དྲན་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། དེ་རྗེས་ངས་ཁྱོད་ལ་དེ་ཚོ་ལས་སྟོབས་ཤུགས་དང་མངའ་ཐང་ཆེ་བའི་མི་རིགས་ཤིག་གི་ཕ་རུ་བསྐོ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ནོ།

15  དེ་ནས་ཞལ་ཆད་བྲིས་ཡོད་པའི་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་འཁྱེར་ཏེ་རི་ནས་མར་བབས་པ་དང་། སྐབས་དེར་རི་བོ་ནས་མེ་ལྕེ་འབར་བཞིན་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། 16  ཁྱོད་ཚོས་རང་གི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་གནང་བའི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་དེ་དག་སྤངས་ནས་བེའུ་ཞིག་གི་དབྱིབས་སུ་བླུགས་བརྒྱབ་པའི་སྐུ་འདྲ་ཞིག་བཟོས་ཏེ། ཁོང་ལ་རྒོལ་ཞིང་སྡིག་པ་བྱས་པ་དེ་ངས་མཐོང་བྱུང་། 17  དེར་བརྟེན་ངས་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་མདུན་དུ་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་མར་དབྱུགས་ནས་དུམ་བུར་བཟོས་པ་ཡིན། 18  དེ་རྗེས་ཡང་སྐྱར་ང་ཉིན་མཚན་བཞི་བཅུ་བར་དུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མགོ་བོ་སྒུར་ཏེ་བཟའ་ལྟུང་སོགས་གང་ཡང་མ་བྱས་པར་བསྡད་པ་ཡིན། ངས་དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་པ་ཡིན། གང་ལ་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་སྡིག་པ་གྱིས་ནས་ཁོང་ལ་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་ཞུས་ཚར་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། 19  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་དྲག་པོ་དེ་མཐོང་ནས་ང་ཞེད་བྱུང་། གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན། ཁོང་གི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་དྲག་པོས་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ཚར་གཅོད་གནང་རན་མོད་ འོན་ཀྱང་སླར་ཡང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ངའི་ཞུ་བར་ལེན་གཅིག་གསན་པ་གནང་སོང་།  20  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཨ་རོན་ལའང་ཐུགས་དགོངས་འཚོང་སྟེེ། ཁོ་ལ་ཚར་གཅོད་གནང་བར་དགོངས་ཀྱང་། སྐབས་དེར་ངས་ཨ་རོན་གྱི་ཆེད་དུའང་ཞུ་བ་འབུལ་བ་ཡིན། 21  ཁྱོད་ཚོས་བླུགས་བརྒྱབ་ནས་བཟོས་པའི་བེའུའི་འདྲ་སྐུ་དེ་ངས་མེའི་ནང་དུ་འཕང་ཞིང་། དུམ་བུར་བཅག་སྟེ། ཞིབ་མོར་བཏག་ནས་དེའི་རྡུལ་རྣམས་རི་ནས་བབ་པའི་རྒྱུག་ཆུའི་ནང་དུ་འཕང་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།

22 ཁྱོད་ཚོས་རང་གི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ཏ་བྷེ་རཱ་དང་། མ་སཱ་དང་། ཀིབ་རོད་ཧ་ཐ་བ་རུའང་ཐུགས་དགོངས་དཀྲུག་གོ 23  ཡང་ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་གནང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པའི་ཡུལ་དེ་བདག་འཛིན་བྱེད་ཕྱིར་ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ཀ་དྷེཤི་བར་ནེ་ཨ་ནས་གཏོང་བ་གནང་སྐབས། ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཁོང་ལ་ངོ་ལོག་ཞུས་ཤིང་། ཡིད་ཆེས་མ་ཞུས་པར་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་ལ་རྩིས་སྲུང་མ་བྱས་སོ། 24  ངས་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་ངོ་ཤེས་ནས་བཟུང་། ཁྱོད་ཚོས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ངོ་ལོག་ཞུ་བཞིན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།

25  དེ་བས་ན་ངས་ཉིན་མཚན་བཞི་བཅུའི་རིང་ལ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་མགོ་བོ་སྒུར་ནས་བསྡད་པ་ཡིན། གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན། ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ཚར་གཅོད་གནང་ངེས་ཏན་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ཤེས་བྱུང་། 26  དེ་རྗེས་ངས་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས་ཤིང་ཁོང་ལ། ཀྱེ་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་པོས་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་སྐྱབས་གནང་མཛད་དེ་འཁྲིད་ཕེབས་པའི་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མི་འབངས་རྣམས་ཚར་གཅོད་པ་མ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་། 27  ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ཏོག་པ་ཨབ་ར་ཧམ་དང་། ཨི་སཱག་དང་། ཡ་ཀོབ་ལ་ཐུགས་དྲན་གསོ་བར་མཛོད་ཅིག མི་རིགས་དེ་ཚོའི་སེམས་གཤིས་གྱོང་པོ་དང་། ངན་སེམས་དང་དེ་ཚོའི་སྡིག་པར་མ་གཟིགས་རོགས་གནང་། 28  དེ་མིན་ཨི་ཇིབ་པ་ཚོས། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་འབངས་རྣམས་ལ་སྔར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཞལ་བཞེས་གནང་བའི་ཡུལ་དེར་འཁྲིད་མ་ཐུབ་པ་དང་། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མི་མང་དེ་ཚོ་བསད་ཕྱིར་འབྲོག་སྟོང་དུ་འཁྲིད་ཕེབས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེ་ཚོར་སྡང་བ་གནང་ངོ་ཞེས་ཤོད་ཉེན་ཡོད། 29  གང་ལྟར་ཡིན་རུང་། མི་རིགས་འདི་ཚོ་ནི་སྔར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མི་འབངས་སུ་བཀོད་ཕྱིར་འདམས་པ་གནང་སྟེ། ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་པོས་དེ་དག་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་བཏོན་ཏེ་འཁྲིད་ཕེབས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་ཞུས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ༎

Deuteronomy 9

“Hear, O Israel: you are to cross over the Jordan today, to go in to dispossess nations greater and mightier than you, cities great and fortified up to heaven, 2 a people great and tall, the sons of the Anakim, whom you know, and of whom you have heard it said, ‘Who can stand before the sons of Anak?’ 3 Know therefore today that he who goes over before you as a consuming fire is the Lord your God. He will destroy them and subdue them before you. So you shall drive them out and make them perish quickly, as the Lord has promised you.

4 “Do not say in your heart, after the Lord your God has thrust them out before you, ‘It is because of my righteousness that the Lord has brought me in to possess this land,’ whereas it is because of the wickedness of these nations that the Lord is driving them out before you. 5 Not because of your righteousness or the uprightness of your heart are you going in to possess their land, but because of the wickedness of these nations the Lord your God is driving them out from before you, and that he may confirm the word that the Lord swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

6 “Know, therefore, that the Lord your God is not giving you this good land to possess because of your righteousness, for you are a stubborn people. 7 Remember and do not forget how you provoked the Lord your God to wrath in the wilderness. From the day you came out of the land of Egypt until you came to this place, you have been rebellious against the Lord. 8 Even at Horeb you provoked the Lord to wrath, and the Lord was so angry with you that he was ready to destroy you. 9 When I went up the mountain to receive the tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant that the Lord made with you, I remained on the mountain forty days and forty nights. I neither ate bread nor drank water. 10 And the Lord gave me the two tablets of stone written with the finger of God, and on them were all the words that the Lord had spoken with you on the mountain out of the midst of the fire on the day of the assembly. 11 And at the end of forty days and forty nights the Lord gave me the two tablets of stone, the tablets of the covenant. 12 Then the Lord said to me, ‘Arise, go down quickly from here, for your people whom you have brought from Egypt have acted corruptly. They have turned aside quickly out of the way that I commanded them; they have made themselves a metal image.’

13 “Furthermore, the Lord said to me, ‘I have seen this people, and behold, it is a stubborn people. 14 Let me alone, that I may destroy them and blot out their name from under heaven. And I will make of you a nation mightier and greater than they.’ 15 So I turned and came down from the mountain, and the mountain was burning with fire. And the two tablets of the covenant were in my two hands. 16 And I looked, and behold, you had sinned against the Lord your God. You had made yourselves a golden calf. You had turned aside quickly from the way that the Lord had commanded you. 17 So I took hold of the two tablets and threw them out of my two hands and broke them before your eyes. 18 Then I lay prostrate before the Lord as before, forty days and forty nights. I neither ate bread nor drank water, because of all the sin that you had committed, in doing what was evil in the sight of the Lord to provoke him to anger. 19 For I was afraid of the anger and hot displeasure that the Lord bore against you, so that he was ready to destroy you. But the Lord listened to me that time also. 20 And the Lord was so angry with Aaron that he was ready to destroy him. And I prayed for Aaron also at the same time. 21 Then I took the sinful thing, the calf that you had made, and burned it with fire and crushed it, grinding it very small, until it was as fine as dust. And I threw the dust of it into the brook that ran down from the mountain.

22 “At Taberah also, and at Massah and at Kibroth-hattaavah you provoked the Lord to wrath. 23 And when the Lord sent you from Kadesh-barnea, saying, ‘Go up and take possession of the land that I have given you,’ then you rebelled against the commandment of the Lord your God and did not believe him or obey his voice. 24 You have been rebellious against the Lord from the day that I knew you.

25 “So I lay prostrate before the Lord for these forty days and forty nights, because the Lord had said he would destroy you. 26 And I prayed to the Lord, ‘O Lord God, do not destroy your people and your heritage, whom you have redeemed through your greatness, whom you have brought out of Egypt with a mighty hand. 27 Remember your servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Do not regard the stubbornness of this people, or their wickedness or their sin, 28 lest the land from which you brought us say, “Because the Lord was not able to bring them into the land that he promised them, and because he hated them, he has brought them out to put them to death in the wilderness.” 29 For they are your people and your heritage, whom you brought out by your great power and by your outstretched arm.’
