1མོ་ཤེ་རི་ནས་མར་མ་ཡོང་བར་རྒྱུན་རིང་འགོར་བས། མི་མང་ཚོས་ཨ་རོན་ལ་མཐའ་བསྐོར་ནས་སྨྲས་པ། ང་ཚོ་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་འཁྲིད་ཡོང་མཁན་མོ་ཤེ་ཟེར་བའི་མི་དེ་ལ་གང་བྱུང་བ་ཡིན་ནམ་ང་ཚོས་མི་ཤེས་པས། ང་ཚོར་དབུ་འཁྲིད་བྱེད་མཁན་ལྷ་ཞིག་བཟོ་རོགས་གནང་།

2ཨ་རོན་གྱིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་སྐྱེས་དམན་དང་བུ་དང་བུ་མོས་བཏགས་པའི་གསེར་གྱི་རྣ་ལོང་རྣམས་བཀྲོལ་ནས་ངའི་རྩར་འཁྱེར་ཤོག 3མི་མང་ནས་གསེར་གྱི་རྣ་ལོང་རྣམས་བཀྲོལ་ནས་ཨ་རོན་གྱི་རྩར་འཁྱེར་ཕྱིན་ནོ། 4ཁོས་དེ་དག་ལེན་ནས་མེ་ལ་བཞུས་ཏེ་ལུག་རྒྱབ་ནས་གསེར་གྱི་བེའུ་ཞིག་བཟོས་སོ། དེ་ནས་མི་མང་གིས་སྨྲས་པ། ཀྱེ་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་པ་ཚོ་འདི་ནི་ང་ཚོ་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་འཁྲིད་ཡོང་མཁན་ལྷ་དེ་ཡིན་ནོ།

5དེ་ནས་ཨ་རོན་གྱིས་གསེར་གྱི་བེའུའི་མདུན་དུ་མཆོད་ཁྲི་ཞིག་བཞེངས་ནས། སང་ཉིན་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔགས་ཞུས་པའི་དུས་སྟོན་ཞིག་ཡིན་ནོ་ཞེས་སྨྲས་སོ། 6སང་ཞོག་སྔ་པོ་དེ་ཚོས་སེམས་ཅན་ཁ་ཤས་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གི་མཆོད་པར་འབུལ་བ་དང་། ཁ་ཤས་མཐུན་གྲོགས་ཀྱི་མཆོད་པར་དམིགས་ནས་ཟ་བའི་ཕྱིར་འཁྲིད་ཡོང་ངོ་། དེ་ནས་མི་མང་རྣམས་དུས་སྟོན་ལ་བཟའ་འཐུང་བྱས་ནས་བསྡད་པ་དང་། རྗེས་སུ་དུས་སྟོན་དེ་ནི་ཆང་རག་འཐུང་བ་དང་ཆགས་པ་སྤྱོད་པའི་རྐྱེན་ཞིག་ཏུ་འགྱུར་རོ།

7གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་མོ་ཤེ་ལ་བཀའ་གནང་བ། ཁྱོད་ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་མར་ལོག་དགོས། གང་ལག་ཟེར་ན། ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་འཁྲིད་ཡོང་བའི་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་མི་མང་ཚོས་སྡིག་པར་ལྷུང་ཞིང་ང་ལ་སྤངས་ཡོད་པ་དང་། 8ངས་བཀའ་བཀོད་བྱས་པ་ཚང་མ་འདོར་ཏེ། དེ་ཚོས་གསེར་བཞུས་ནས་བེའུ་བཟོས་པ་དང་། དེ་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་ཤིང་དམར་མཆོད་སོགས་འཕུལ་ལོ། དེ་ནི་ཁོ་ཚོ་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་འདོན་མཁན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན་ཞེས་སྨྲ་བཞིན་འདུག་གོ 9མི་དེ་ཚོ་སེམས་གཤིས་གྱོང་པོ་ཇི་ལྟར་ཡིན་མིན་དེ་ངས་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཡོད། 10ད་ངའི་ཁྲོ་བ་དེ་ཁོ་ཚོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་འབར་ཡོད་པས། ངས་ཁོ་ཚོ་མེད་པར་བཟོ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པས་ངར་མ་བཀག་ཅིག འོན་ཀྱང་ངས་ཁྱོད་དང་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རིགས་བརྒྱུད་རྣམས་མི་རིགས་ཆེན་པོ་ཞིག་ཏུ་བཟོ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

11མོ་ཤེས་རང་གི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ཞུ་བ་འབུལ་བ། ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་མི་མང་འདི་རྣམས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་དང་ནུས་པ་ཆེན་པོས་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་སྐྱབས་ཏེ་འཁྲིད་ཕེབས་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། ད་ཁོ་ཚོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་འདྲ་ཅི་ལ་བཞེས། 12ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མི་མང་དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་རིའི་ཁར་གསོད་ཐབས་བྱེད་ཕྱིར་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་འཁྲིད་དོ། ཞེས་ཨི་ཇིབ་པ་ཚོས་བཤད་ཉེན་ཡོད་པས། ཁོ་ཚོས་དེ་ལྟར་ཤོད་རྒྱུའི་གོ་སྐབས་གནང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ནམ། དེ་བས་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་ཞི་བར་མཛད་དེ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མི་དམངས་ལ་རྐེན་ངན་མི་ཡོང་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཐུགས་དགོངས་འགྱུར་གནང་བར་མཛོད། 13ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ཕྱི་ཨབ་ར་ཧམ་དང་ཨི་སཱག་དང་། ཡ་ཀོབ་བཅས་ཐུགས་དྲན་གསོས་པར་མཛོད། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཁོ་ཚོའི་བུ་བརྒྱུད་ནམ་མཁའི་སྐར་ཚོགས་བཞིན་ཁྱབ་སྤེལ་གནང་རྒྱུ་དང་། ཁོང་ཚོར་གཏོགས་པའི་ས་ཆ་རྣམས་དུས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཁོ་ཚོའི་བུ་བརྒྱུད་ཚོའི་བདག་དབང་དུ་གནངརྒྱུའི་དམ་བཅའ་དེ་ཐུགས་དྲན་གསོས་པར་མཛོད། 14དེ་ནས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དགོངས་འགྱུར་བ་གནང་ནས། སྔར་མི་མང་ལ་གནོད་འཚེ་གཏོང་བ་གནང་གི་ཡིན་ཞེས་བཀའ་གནང་བ་དེ་བཞིན་ཕྱིར་འཐེན་གནང་བ་རེད།

15མོ་ཤེས་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམས་རྒྱབ་མདུན་གཉིས་ཀར་བྲིས་ཡོད་པའི་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་འཁྱེར་ནས་རི་ནས་མར་བབས་སོ། 16དཀོན་མཆོག་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་རྡོ་ལེབ་དེ་དག་བཟོས་པ་གནང་ཞིང་། དེའི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམས་བརྐོས་པ་གནང་ཡོད།

17ཡོ་ཤུ་ཨས་མི་མང་གི་སྐད་ཅོར་ཐོས་ནས་མོ་ཤེ་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ངས་སྒར་སའི་ནང་དུ་དམག་གི་འུར་སྒྲ་ཞིག་གོ་གི་འདུག

18མོ་ཤེས་སྐད་དེ་ནི་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཐོབ་པའི་སྐད་འདྲ་པོའམ་ཕམ་པའི་ངུ་སྐད་འདྲ་པོ་ཡང་མི་འདུག དེ་ནི་གླུ་དབྱངས་ལེན་པའི་སྒྲཞིག་རེད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ།

19དེ་ནས་མོ་ཤེ་སྒར་གྱི་ཐག་ཉེ་བར་སླེབས་ནས་བེའུ་དེའི་མདུན་དུ་མི་མང་རྣམས་ཞབས་བྲོ་རྒྱབ་བཞིན་པ་མཐོང་བས་ཁོང་ཁྲོ་ཆེན་པོ་ལངས་ཤིང་། ཁོས་འཁྱེར་ཡོང་བའི་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་པོ་དེ་རི་བོའི་རྩ་བར་རྡབ་ནས་དེ་གཉིས་བཅག་གོ 20དེ་རྗེས་ཁོས་དེ་དག་གིས་བཟོས་པའི་བེའུ་དེ་བླངས་ནས་མེར་བཞུར་ཞིང་། ཕྱེ་མ་ཞིབ་པར་བཟོས་ནས་ཆུ་དང་མཉམ་་དུ་འདྲེས་ཏེ། ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་མི་མང་ཚོར་དེ་འཐུང་བཅུག་གོ 21དེ་ནས་ཁོས་ཨ་རོན་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་འདི་ཚོར་འདི་ལྟ་བུའི་སྡིག་པ་ཚབ་ཆེ་བསགས་བཅུག་པ་དེ་མི་དམངས་ཚོས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ག་རེ་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནམ།

22དེའི་ལན་དུ་ཨ་རོན་གྱིས་སྨྲས་པ། ང་ལ་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་མ་གནང་ཞིག། མི་མང་འདི་ཚོས་སྔོན་ནས་ལས་ངན་བྱེད་རྒྱུར་བློ་ཐག་བཅད་ཡོད་པ་དེ་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མཁྱེན་གསལ་རེད། 23ཁོ་ཚོས་ང་ལ་བརྗོད་གསལ། ངེད་རྣམས་ཨི་ཇིབ་ནས་ཕྱིར་འདོན་གནང་མཁན་མོ་ཤེ་ཟེར་བའི་མི་དེ་ལ་ག་རེ་བྱུང་བ་ང་ཚོས་མི་ཤེས་པས། ད་ང་ཚོར་ལམ་སྣ་འདྲེན་མཁན་ལྷ་ཞིག་བཟོ་དགོས། 24དེ་ནས་ངས་ཁོ་ཚོར་གསེར་གྱི་རྒྱན་ཆ་ཡོད་པ་རྣམས་འཁྱེར་ཤོག་ཅེས་སྨྲས་པས། རྒྱན་ཆ་ཡོད་པ་ཚོས་དེ་བཀྲོལ་ནས་ང་ལ་སྤྲད་པ་དང་། ངས་དེ་དག་མེ་ལ་བླུགས་པས་དེ་ལས་བེའུ་འདི་ཐོན་ནོ།

25ཨ་རོན་གྱིས་མི་དམངས་རྣམས་རང་འདོད་བཞིན་བྱེད་བཅུག་ནས། ཁོ་ཚོ་དགྲ་བོའི་མདུན་དུ་དམའ་འབེབས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་རུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དེ་མོ་ཤེས་མཐོང་ངོ་། 26དེ་ནས་ཁོ་སྒར་གྱི་རྒྱལ་སྒོར་བསྡད་ནས་སྐད་ཤུགས་ཆེན་པོས་བརྒྱབས་སོ། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཡོད་པ་རྣམས་འདི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཤོག ལེ་ཝི་པ་ཚང་མ་ཁོའི་མཐའ་འཁོར་དུ་བསྡུས་སོ། 27དེ་ནས་མོ་ཤེས་དེ་ཚོར་སྨྲས་པ། ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་བཀའ་གནང་གསལ། ཁྱོད་ཚོ་མི་རེ་རེས་རང་རང་སོ་སོའི་རལ་གྲི་བཏགས་ཏེ་སྒར་གྱི་རྒྱལ་སྒོ་འདི་ནས་ཕར་ཕྱོགས་བར་སོང་ལ། རང་རང་སོ་སོའི་སྤུན་དང་ཉེ་གྲོགས་དང་ཁྱིམ་མཚེས་བཅས་གསོད་ཅིག 28ལེ་ཝི་པ་ཚོས་བཀའ་དེ་ཉན་ནས་དེ་ཉིན་མི་གྲངས་སུམ་སྟོང་ཙམ་བསད་དོ། 29མོ་ཤེས་ལེ་ཝི་པ་ཚོར་སྨྲས་པ། རང་གི་བུ་རྣམས་དང་སྤུན་རྣམས་ལ་གསད་ནས་དེ་རིང་རང་ལ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཞབས་ཞུ་ཕྱིར་བླ་མའི་ཚུལ་དུ་བསྔོ་འབུལ་བྱེད་ཡོད། དེའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་བྱིན་རླབས་གནང་ཡོད་དོ།

30དེའི་སང་ཉིན་མོ་ཤེས་མི་དམངས་ལ་སྨྲས་པ། ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཉེན་འཚབ་ཆེ་བའི་སྡིག་པ་བསགས་ཡོད་དོ། འོན་ཀྱང་ད་ལྟ་ང་ཡང་ཀྱར་རི་བོའི་སྟེང་དུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་བཅར་ནས་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་ཆེད་དུ་སྡིག་བཤགས་ཞུ་ཐབས་བྱེད་རྒྱུ་ཡིན། 31དེ་ནས་མོ་ཤེས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་དྲུང་དུ་ཕྱིར་ལོག་ནས། མི་མང་འདི་ཚོས་གསེར་ལས་ལྷ་ཞིག་བཟོས་ནས་དེ་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་ཞུས་ཏེ་ཧ་ཅང་ཉེན་འཚབ་ཆེ་བའི་སྡིག་པ་ཞིག་བསགས་ཡོད། 32དེ་དག་གི་སྡིག་པར་བཟོད་གསོལ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་། གལ་སྲིད་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེ་བཞིན་མ་གནང་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མིང་བྲིས་ཡོད་པའི་དེབ་ཀྱི་ནང་ནས་ངའི་མིང་དེ་སུབ་པ་གནང་རོགས་གནང།

33དེའི་ལན་དུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས། ངའི་བཀའ་ལ་མ་རྩིས་བར་སྡིག་པ་བྱེད་མཁན་ཚོའི་མིང་རྣམས་ངའི་དེབ་ནས་སུབ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པས། 34ད་ཁྱོད་སོང་ལ་ངས་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྨྲས་པའི་གནས་དེར་མི་མང་རྣམས་ལ་འགོ་འཁྲིད་བྱེད་ནས་འཁྲིད་ཅིག་དང་། ངའི་ཕོ་ཉ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་སྔོན་དུ་འགྲོ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ནོ། ཡིན་ན་ཡང་དེ་ཚོ་ལ་ཉེས་ཆད་བཏང་བའི་དུས་ཚོད་རན་པའི་རྗེས་སུ་ངས་དེ་ཚོའི་སྡིག་པར་ཉེས་ཆད་གཏོང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ།

35དེ་ནས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་མི་མང་ཚོར་ནད་ཡམས་ཤིག་གཏོང་བ་གནང་ངོ་། གང་ལ་ཟེར་ན། ཁོང་ཚོས་ཨ་རོན་ལ་གསེར་གྱི་བེའུ་དེ་བཟོ་བཅུག་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ༎

Exodus 32

1 When the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mountain, the people gathered themselves together to Aaron and said to him, “Up, make us gods who shall go before us. As for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.” 2 So Aaron said to them, “Take off the rings of gold that are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me.” 3 So all the people took off the rings of gold that were in their ears and brought them to Aaron. 4 And he received the gold from their hand and fashioned it with a graving tool and made a golden calf. And they said, “These are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!” 5 When Aaron saw this, he built an altar before it. And Aaron made a proclamation and said, “Tomorrow shall be a feast to the Lord.” 6 And they rose up early the next day and offered burnt offerings and brought peace offerings. And the people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to play.

7 And the Lord said to Moses, “Go down, for your people, whom you brought up out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves. 8 They have turned aside quickly out of the way that I commanded them. They have made for themselves a golden calf and have worshiped it and sacrificed to it and said, ‘These are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!’” 9 And the Lord said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and behold, it is a stiff-necked people. 10 Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them, in order that I may make a great nation of you.”

11 But Moses implored the Lord his God and said, “O Lord, why does your wrath burn hot against your people, whom you have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand? 12 Why should the Egyptians say, ‘With evil intent did he bring them out, to kill them in the mountains and to consume them from the face of the earth’? Turn from your burning anger and relent from this disaster against your people. 13 Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, your servants, to whom you swore by your own self, and said to them, ‘I will multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven, and all this land that I have promised I will give to your offspring, and they shall inherit it forever.’” 14 And the Lord relented from the disaster that he had spoken of bringing on his people.

15 Then Moses turned and went down from the mountain with the two tablets of the testimony in his hand, tablets that were written on both sides; on the front and on the back they were written. 16 The tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, engraved on the tablets. 17 When Joshua heard the noise of the people as they shouted, he said to Moses, “There is a noise of war in the camp.” 18 But he said, “It is not the sound of shouting for victory, or the sound of the cry of defeat, but the sound of singing that I hear.” 19 And as soon as he came near the camp and saw the calf and the dancing, Moses’ anger burned hot, and he threw the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain. 20 He took the calf that they had made and burned it with fire and ground it to powder and scattered it on the water and made the people of Israel drink it.

21 And Moses said to Aaron, “What did this people do to you that you have brought such a great sin upon them?” 22 And Aaron said, “Let not the anger of my lord burn hot. You know the people, that they are set on evil. 23 For they said to me, ‘Make us gods who shall go before us. As for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.’ 24 So I said to them, ‘Let any who have gold take it off.’ So they gave it to me, and I threw it into the fire, and out came this calf.”

25 And when Moses saw that the people had broken loose (for Aaron had let them break loose, to the derision of their enemies), 26 then Moses stood in the gate of the camp and said, “Who is on the Lord’s side? Come to me.” And all the sons of Levi gathered around him. 27 And he said to them, “Thus says the Lord God of Israel, ‘Put your sword on your side each of you, and go to and fro from gate to gate throughout the camp, and each of you kill his brother and his companion and his neighbor.’” 28 And the sons of Levi did according to the word of Moses. And that day about three thousand men of the people fell. 29 And Moses said, “Today you have been ordained for the service of the Lord, each one at the cost of his son and of his brother, so that he might bestow a blessing upon you this day.”

30 The next day Moses said to the people, “You have sinned a great sin. And now I will go up to the Lord; perhaps I can make atonement for your sin.” 31 So Moses returned to the Lord and said, “Alas, this people has sinned a great sin. They have made for themselves gods of gold. 32 But now, if you will forgive their sin—but if not, please blot me out of your book that you have written.” 33 But the Lord said to Moses, “Whoever has sinned against me, I will blot out of my book. 34 But now go, lead the people to the place about which I have spoken to you; behold, my angel shall go before you. Nevertheless, in the day when I visit, I will visit their sin upon them.”

35 Then the Lord sent a plague on the people, because they made the calf, the one that Aaron made.

1གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་མོ་ཤེ་ལ་བཀའ་གནང་བ། 2ངས་ཡ་ཧུ་དཱའི་སྡེ་རིགས་ནས་ཨུ་རིའི་བུའམ་ཧུར་གྱི་ཚ་བོ་བྷེ་ཛ་ལེལ་ལ་འདེམས་བསྐོས་བྱས་ཡོད། 3ཁོ་ལ་ངའི་ཐུགས་གཉིད་ཀྱི་བཀང་ཡོད། ཁོ་ལ་དྲན་དབང་དང་ལག་ཤེས་དང་མི་འདྲ་བའི་རིག་རྩལ་ཚང་མའི་འཇོན་ཐང་སྤྲད་ཡོད། 4གཞན་ཡང་བཟོ་རྟའི་འཆར་གཞི་བཀོད་ཆོག་སྐོར་དང་། བཟོ་རྟ་དེ་གསེར་དངུལ་དང་ལིའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་རྐོད་བརྒྱབ་པ་དང་། 5ཕྲ་རྒྱན་སྒྲིགས་པའི་ཕྱིར་བཅད་པ་དང་། ཤིང་ལ་རྐོས་བརྒྱབ་པ་དང་། གཞནཡང་ལག་ཤེས་མི་འདྲ་བ་ཚང་མའི་རིག་ཙལ་སྤྲད་ཡོད། 6ཁོ་མཉམ་དུ་ལས་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་ངས་དཱན་གྱི་སྡེ་རིགས་ནས་ཨ་ཧི་ས་མག་གི་བུ་ཨོ་ཧོ་ལི་ཨབ་ལ་འདམས་ཡོད། ངས་ཇི་ལྟར་བཀའ་འགོད་པ་བཞིན་བཟོ་བསྐྲུན་ཐུབ་ཕྱིར་ངས་རིག་རྩལ་ལྡན་པའི་བཟོ་པ་ཚང་མར་འབྱོན་སྟངས་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྲད་ཡོད། 7ཁོ་ཚོས་བཟོ་བསྐྲུན་བྱེད་དགོས་པའི་དངོས་པོ་རྣམས་ནི། ང་གནས་པའི་དབུ་གུར་དམ་དང་། དམ་བཅའི་སྒྲོམ་དང་དེའི་ཁེབས་དང་དབུ་གུར་དམ་པའི་དངོས་པོ་རྣམས་དང་། 8རྒྱ་ལྕོག་དང་དེའི་ཡོ་བྱད་རྣམས་དང་གསེར་བཙོ་མས་བཟོས་པའི་སྒྲོན་མེའི་བཏེགས་དང་། དེའི་ཡོ་བྱད་དང་། སྤོས་བདུག་པའི་མཆོད་ཁྲི་དང་། 9སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གི་འབུལ་བའི་མཆོད་ཁྲི་དང་དེའི་མཁོ་བྱད་རྣམས་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་ཁྲུས་གཞོང་དང་དེའི་ཞབས་ར་དང་། 10བླ་མའི་ཞབས་ཞུ་སྐབས་ཨ་རོན་དང་ཁོའི་བུ་ཚོས་གྱོན་དགོས་པའི་བླ་མའི་ཆོས་གོས་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཅན་དང་། 11བསྔོ་འབུལ་གྱི་སྣུམ་དང་གནས་དམ་པའི་ཕྱིར་བདུག་སྤོས་དྲི་ཞིམ་བཅས་སོ། དངོས་རིགས་དེ་རྣམས་བཟོ་སྐབས་ངས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་སྨྲས་པ་བཞིན་ཁོ་ཚོས་དེ་ལྟར་བྱས་དགོས་སོ༎

12གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་མོ་ཤེ་ལ་བཀའ་གནང་བ། 13ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་མི་དམངས་རྣམས་ལ་སྨྲོས་ཤིག། ངའི་ངལ་གསོ་བའི་ཞག་དེ་སྲུང་རྩི་བྱེད་དགོས། གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན། དེ་ང་དང་ཁྱོད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བར་དུས་རྟག་ཏུ་གནས་པའི་མངོན་རྟགས་མཚོན་བྱེད་ཅིག་ཡིན་པས། དེའི་སྒོ་ནས་ང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁྱོད་རྣམས་ངའི་མི་དམངས་ཀྱི་ཁོངས་སུ་གཏོགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་དེ་ཤེས་རྟོགས་བྱེད་ཐུབ་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། 14ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ངལ་གསོའི་ཉི་མ་དེ་ངེས་པར་དུ་སྲུང་རྩི་བྱེད་དགོས། གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན། ཉིན་མོ་དེ་ནི་དམ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། མི་སུ་ཞིག་གིས་དེ་སྲུང་རྩི་མ་བྱས་པར་དེ་ཉིན་ལས་ཀ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ན། དེར་ཉེས་ཆད་སྲོག་ཐོག་གཏོང་རྒྱུ་དང་། 15ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ལས་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་ཉིན་ཞག་དྲུག་ཡོད་པ་དང་། ཉིན་བདུན་པ་དེ་ནི་ངལ་གསོའི་ཉི་མ་ཡིན་པས། དེ་ནི་ངའི་ཉིན་ཞག་དམ་པའོ། སུ་ཞིག་གིས་དེ་ཉིན་ལས་ཀ་བྱས་པ་ཡིན་ན་དེ་ལ་ཉེས་པ་སྲོག་ཐོག་ཏུ་གཏོང་དགོས། 16ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་མི་དམངས་ཚོས་ཉིན་ཞག་དེ་ནི་དམ་བཅའི་མངོན་རྟགས་སུ་སྲུང་རྩི་བྱེད་དགོས། 17དེ་ནི་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་མི་མང་དང་ངའི་བར་ལ་གཏན་དུ་གནས་པའི་མངོན་རྟགས་ཞིག་ཡིན། གང་ཡིན་ཟེར་ན། ང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ནམ་མཁའ་དང་ས་གཞི་ཉིན་ཞག་དྲུག་གི་ནང་དུ་བཟོས་ཏེ། ཉིན་ཞག་བདུན་པར་ངས་ལས་ཀ་བར་མཚམས་བཞག་ནས་ངལ་གསོ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ།

18རི་བོ་སི་ནཨེའི་སྒང་དུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་མོ་ཤེ་ལ་བཀའ་མོལ་གནང་གྲུབ་རྗེས་དཀོན་མཆོག་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བྲིས་གནང་མཛད་པའི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་རྡོ་ལེབ་གཉིས་ཁོ་ལ་གནང་ངོ་༎

Exodus 31

1 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, 3 and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship, 4 to devise artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze, 5 in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, to work in every craft. 6 And behold, I have appointed with him Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. And I have given to all able men ability, that they may make all that I have commanded you: 7 the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is on it, and all the furnishings of the tent, 8 the table and its utensils, and the pure lampstand with all its utensils, and the altar of incense, 9 and the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the basin and its stand, 10 and the finely worked garments, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, for their service as priests, 11 and the anointing oil and the fragrant incense for the Holy Place. According to all that I have commanded you, they shall do.”

12 And the Lord said to Moses, 13 “You are to speak to the people of Israel and say, ‘Above all you shall keep my Sabbaths, for this is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I, the Lord, sanctify you. 14 You shall keep the Sabbath, because it is holy for you. Everyone who profanes it shall be put to death. Whoever does any work on it, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 15 Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day shall be put to death. 16 Therefore the people of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, observing the Sabbath throughout their generations, as a covenant forever. 17 It is a sign forever between me and the people of Israel that in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested and was refreshed.’”

18 And he gave to Moses, when he had finished speaking with him on Mount Sinai, the two tablets of the testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.
