གསུང་མགུར 141 – Psalm 141

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་འབོད་ཀྱི་ཡོད། ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་ང་ལ་མགོན་སྐྱབས་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།  ང་ཡིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་འབོད་དུས་ང་ལ་གསན་དུ་གསོལ།

2  ང་ཡི་འདེབས་པའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བདུག་སྤོས་ལྟར།  ང་ཡིས་འདེགས་པའི་ལག་པ་དགོང་དྲོའི་དམར་མཆོད་ལྟར་བཞེས་ཤིག།

3  ང་ཡི་ཁ་ལ་སྲུང་མཁན་འཇོག་ཅིག་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ང་ཡི་མཆུ་ལྟོའི་སྒོར་སྒོ་སྲུང་གཅིག་ནི་འཇོག་པར་མཛོད།

4  ང་ལ་ངན་ལས་བྱེད་པའི་འདོད་སེམས་དང།  མི་ངན་པའི་ངན་ལས་ལ་ལག་འབྲེལ་བྱེད་པ་ལས་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།  ང་ནི་དེ་ཚོའི་ཐུགས་སྤྲོར་ནམ་ཡང་མི་བསྡད་ཤོག།

5  མི་བཟང་པོས་ང་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་སྒོ་ནས་ཉེས་ཆད་བཀལ་བ་དང་བཀའ་སྐྱོན་གནང་ཡོང།  འོན་ཀྱང་མི་ངན་ནས་ང་ནམ་ཡང་གུས་ཞབས་ལེན་མི་ཡོང་།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དེ་ཚོས་ལས་ངན་གྱི་རྒྱབ་རྒལ་དུ། ང་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་བཞིན་ཡོད།

6  དེ་ཚོའི་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་པ་རྣམས་བྲག་ངོས་གཟར་པོ་ནས་སྐྱུར་བའི་དུས།  ང་ཡི་གཏམ་རྣམས་བདེན་ཟེར་མི་ཚོས་བརྗོད་པར་འགྱུར།

7  ཤིང་གཤགས་ནས་དུམ་བུར་བཟོས་པ་ལྟར། དུར་གྱི་འགྲམ་དུ་དེ་ཚོའི་རུས་པ་རྣམས་གཏོར་ཡོད་དོ།

8  འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་བཞིན་བསྡད་ང་ཡི་བླ་མེད་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བཙལ་བཞིན་ཡོད། ང་འཆི་རུ་མ་འཇུག་ཅིག།

9  དེ་ཚོས་ངའི་ཕྱིར་བཙུགས་པའི་རྙི་ལས། ལས་ངན་བྱེད་མིས་ཞགས་པའི་རྙི་རྣམས་ལས་ང་སྲུང་ཤིག།

10  ངན་པས་བཙུགས་པའི་རྙི་ནང་རང་ཉིད་ཚུད་པར་ཤོག། ང་ནི་གནོད་པ་མེད་པར་ཐར་བར་ཤོག།

1  O Lord, I call upon you; hasten to me! Give ear to my voice when I call to you!

2 Let my prayer be counted as incense before you, and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice!

3 Set a guard, O Lord, over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips!

4 Do not let my heart incline to any evil, to busy myself with wicked deeds in company with men who work iniquity, and let me not eat of their delicacies!

5 Let a righteous man strike me—it is a kindness; let him rebuke me—it is oil for my head; let my head not refuse it. Yet my prayer is continually against their evil deeds.

6 When their judges are thrown over the cliff, then they shall hear my words, for they are pleasant.

7 As when one plows and breaks up the earth, so shall our bones be scattered at the mouth of Sheol.

8 But my eyes are toward you, O God, my Lord; in you I seek refuge; leave me not defenseless!

9 Keep me from the trap that they have laid for me and from the snares of evildoers!

10 Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I pass by safely.

གསུང་མགུར 140 – Psalm 140

1  ང་ལ་མི་ངན་ལས་སྐྱོབ་ཅིག་ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  དྲག་པོའི་མི་ལས་ང་ལ་བརྟེན་པོ་ཛོགས་རོགས་གནང།

2  རྒྱུན་དུ་དེ་ཚོས་བྱུས་ངན་བརྩོམ་ནས་བསྡད་པ་དང་། རྒྱུན་དུ་འཁྲུག་པ་དཀྲུགས་བཞིན་བསྡད།

3  དེ་ཚོའི་ལྕེ་ནི་དུག་སྦྲུལ་བཞིན་ཡིན་པ་དང་། དེ་ཚོས་སྨྲས་པའི་གཏམ་ནི་དུག་སྦྲུལ་གྱི་དུག་བཞིན་དུ་ཡོད།

4  ང་ལ་ངན་པའི་སྟོབས་ལས་སྲུང་ཞིག་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ངའི་ཕྱིར་བྱུས་ངན་བརྩོམ་མཁན་དྲག་པོའི་མི་ལས་བརྟེན་པོར་མཛོད།

5  ང་རྒྱལ་ཅན་གྱི་མི་ཚོས་ང་ལ་རྙི་བཙུགས་ཡོད། དེ་ཚོས་རང་གི་རྙི་རྣམས་བཀྲམས་ནས་ཡོད།  ང་ལ་བཟུང་ཕྱིར་ལམ་གྱི་གཡས་གཡོན་རྙི་རྣམས་བཙུགས་ཡོད།

6  ང་ཡིས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ཞུས། ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཡི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན་པ་དང་།  མགོན་སྐྱོབས་ཕྱིར་དུ་ང་ཡི་ཞུ་བར་གསན་པར་མཛོད་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།

7  ང་ཡི་སྟོབས་དང་ལྡན་པའི་སྐྱོབ་མཁན་བླ་མེད་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་དམག་སར་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་གནང་ཡོད་དོ།

8  ངན་པས་ཇི་འདོད་དེ་ཚོར་མ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  དེ་ཚོའི་བྱུས་ངན་རྣམས་ལམ་ལྷོང་ཡོང་མ་བཅུག།

9  ང་ཡི་དགྲ་བོ་རྣམས་ལ་རྒྱལ་དུ་མ་བཅུག་ཅིག། དེ་ཚོས་ང་ལ་བསྐུལ་བའི་འཇིགས་བརྡ་དེ་རྣམས།  དེ་ཚོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་ཕོག་བཅུག་ཅིག།

10  འབར་བའི་སོལ་བ་རྣམས་དེ་ཚོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་བབས་པར་ཤོག། དེ་ཚོ་དོང་དུ་དབྱུགས་ནས་མ་ཐོན་ཤོག།

11  གཞན་ལ་རྫུན་གྱི་སྐྱོན་འདོག་མཁན་རྣམས་ལམ་ལྷོང་མ་ཡོང་བར་ཤོག།  མི་དྲག་པོར་རྐྱེན་ངན་གྱིིས་རྗེས་ཟིན་ནས་ཚར་གཅོད་ཤོག།

12  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དབུལ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གནས་ཚུལ་དང་།  དགོས་མཁོ་ཅན་གྱི་དབང་ཆ་གི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབས་གནང་བ་དེ་ང་ཡིས་ཤེས།

13  དྲང་བདེན་ཚོས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔགས་འབུལ་བར་འགྱུར། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲུང་དུ་དེ་ཚོ་གནས་པར་འགྱུར༎

1 Deliver me, O Lord, from evil men; preserve me from violent men, 2 who plan evil things in their heart and stir up wars continually.

3 They make their tongue sharp as a serpent’s, and under their lips is the venom of asps. Selah

4 Guard me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; preserve me from violent men, who have planned to trip up my feet.

5 The arrogant have hidden a trap for me, and with cords they have spread a net; beside the way they have set snares for me. Selah

6 I say to the Lord, You are my God; give ear to the voice of my pleas for mercy, O Lord!

7 O Lord, my Lord, the strength of my salvation, you have covered my head in the day of battle.

8 Grant not, O Lord, the desires of the wicked; do not further their evil plot, or they will be exalted! Selah

9 As for the head of those who surround me, let the mischief of their lips overwhelm them!

10 Let burning coals fall upon them! Let them be cast into fire, into miry pits, no more to rise!

11 Let not the slanderer be established in the land; let evil hunt down the violent man speedily!

12 I know that the Lord will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and will execute justice for the needy.

13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks to your name; the upright shall dwell in your presence.
