གསུང་མགུར 119: 41-48 – Psalm 119:41-48

41  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་ཇི་ལྟར་གཅེས་པར་སྟོན།  རང་གི་ཞལ་ཆེ་བཞིན་དུ་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།

42  དེ་ནས་ང་ལ་འཕྱ་མཁན་དེ་ཚོར་ངས་ལན་སྤྲོད་ཐུབ་བོ།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ལ་ངས་བློ་གཏད།

43  རྒྱུན་དུ་དྲང་གཏམ་བཤད་པས་ནུས་པ་ང་ལ་གནང་།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཁྲིམས་དཔྱོད་ལ་རེ་བ་ཡོད།

44  ང་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་སྲུང་གི་ཡིན།

45  ང་ནི་རང་དབང་སྒོ་ནས་གསོན་པོར་གནས་ཀྱི་ཡིན།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ངས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་སྲུང་ཐབས་བྱས།

46  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཁྲོད་དུ་ཤོད་ཀྱི་ཡིན།  ང་ནི་ངོ་ཚའི་ནང་དུ་ཚུད་མི་འགྱུར།

47  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་སྲུང་དུས་ང་ལ་དགའ་བ་ཐོབ།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ང་ནི་དེ་ལ་གཅེས་ཀྱི་ཡོད།

48  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་ལ་ང་ནི་གུས་ཤིང་གཅེས་པ་ཡིན།  ངས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་དེ་ཚོར་ང་ཡིས་སྒོམ་གྱི་ཡོད༎

 

 

41 Let your steadfast love come to me, O Lord, your salvation according to your promise; 42 then shall I have an answer for him who taunts me, for I trust in your word.

43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth, for my hope is in your rules.

44 I will keep your law continually, forever and ever, 45 and I shall walk in a wide place, for I have sought your precepts.

46 I will also speak of your testimonies before kings and shall not be put to shame, 47 for I find my delight in your commandments, which I love.

48 I will lift up my hands toward your commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on your statutes.

 

གསུང་མགུར 119: 33-40 – Psalm 119:33-40

33  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་དོན་དེ་ང་ལ་སློབ།  ང་ནི་དེ་ལ་དུས་རྒྱུན་དུ་སྲུང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

34  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་དེ་ཡི་འགྲེལ་བཤད་ང་ལ་གནང་།  ང་ཡི་སྙིང་ནི་ཧྲིལ་པོས་བཀའ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྲུང་།

 

35 ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་སྲུང་ཕྱིར་ང་ལ་ཉན་པོ་བཟོས་རོགས་གནང་།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དེའི་ནང་ང་ལ་དགའ་བ་ཐོབ།

36  ང་ནི་ཕྱུག་པོ་འགྱུར་འདོད་ལས་ཀྱང་ལྷག་པ་ནི།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་སྲུང་བའི་འདོད་པ་ང་ལ་གནང་།

37  ང་ལ་དོན་མེད་གཏམ་ལ་དོ་སྣང་བྱེད་མ་འཇུག་རོགས་གནང།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཆེ་བཞིན་དུ་ང་ལ་བཟང་པོ་མཛོད།

38  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་སྲུང་མཁན་མཉམ་དུ་འཇོག་པའི་ཞལ་ཆེ་དེ།  ང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བྲན་གཡོག་མཉམ་དུ་འཇོག་པར་མཛོད།

39  ངས་འཇིགས་པའི་དམའ་འབེབས་ནས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཁྲིམས་དཔྱོད་རྣམས་ཇི་ལྟར་ཡ་མཚན་ཆེ་བ་ཡོད།

40  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྣམས་སྲུང་བའི་འདོད་པ་ཡོད།  ང་ལ་མི་ཚེ་གསར་པ་གནང་གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ནི་དྲང་བདེན་ཡིན༎

 

 

33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of your statutes; and I will keep it to the end.

34 Give me understanding, that I may keep your law and observe it with my whole heart.

35 Lead me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in it.

36 Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to selfish gain!

37 Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give me life in your ways.

38 Confirm to your servant your promise, that you may be feared.

39 Turn away the reproach that I dread, for your rules are good.

40 Behold, I long for your precepts; in your righteousness give me life!

 

གསུང་མགུར 119: 25-32 – Psalm 119-25-32

25  ང་ནི་འཕམ་ཞིང་ཐལ་བར་བསྡད་ཡོད་ཅིང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཆེ་བཞིན་དུ་ང་ལ་སླང་བར་མཛོད།

26  ང་ཡིས་བྱེད་པ་རྣམས་ཁས་ལེན་ནས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཕེབས་ལམ་ནང་དུ་འགྲུལ་ཕྱིར་ང་ལ་སློབ།

27  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་རྟོགས་ཕྱིར་ང་ལ་རོགས་མཛོད་ཅིག།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ངོ་མཚར་ཅན་སློབ་སྟོན་ཐོག་སྒོམ་གྱི་ཡིན།

28  ང་ནི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲག་པོས་མནར་ནས་ཡོད་པ་དང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཆེ་བཞིན་དུ་ང་ལ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་བཟོས།

29  ངན་པའི་ལམ་དུ་འགྲོ་བར་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་རོགས་གནང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཟང་བ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ངང་ང་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་བསླབ་པར་མཛོད།

30  ང་ཡིས་བདེན་པའི་ལམ་དེ་འདམས་ཡོད།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམས་ལ་ནི་ང་ཡིས་དོ་སྣ་བྱེད་ཡོད།

31  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་རྣམས་ལ་ང་ཡིས་ཉན།  ང་ལ་ངོ་ཚའི་ནང་དུ་ཚུད་དུ་མ་འཇུག་ཅིག།

32  ང་ནི་འདོད་མོས་ཆེན་པོས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྣམས་སྲུང་གི་ཡིན།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ང་ལ་ད་དུང་བློ་གྲོས་གནང་༎

 

 

25 My soul clings to the dust; give me life according to your word!

26 When I told of my ways, you answered me; teach me your statutes!

27 Make me understand the way of your precepts, and I will meditate on your wondrous works.

28 My soul melts away for sorrow; strengthen me according to your word!

29 Put false ways far from me and graciously teach me your law!

30 I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I set your rules before me.

31 I cling to your testimonies, O Lord; let me not be put to shame!

32 I will run in the way of your commandments when you enlarge my heart!
