གསུང་མགུར 112 – Psalm 112

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་བསྟོད་པ་འབུལ།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་གུས་ཞབས་ཞུ་མཁན་དང།  ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ཉན་ཕྱིར་དགའ་བ་གྱིས། མི་དེ་ཤིན་ཏུ་བདེ་བ་ཡིན།

2  བཟང་པོའི་མི་ཡི་ཕྲུ་གུ་ཡུལ་དུ་སྟོབས་ལྡན་འགྱུར།  དེ་ཡི་རིགས་བརྒྱུད་དེ་ཚོར་བྱིན་རླབས་ཐོབ།

3  ཁོ་ཡི་ནང་མིར་རྒྱུ་དངོས་གསོགས་པ་དང་།  རྒྱུན་དུ་ཁོ་ལ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་འགྱུར།

4  མི་བཟང་པོའི་ཕྱིར་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཅན་དང་དྲིན་ཅན་དང་དྲང་པོའི་ཆེད་དུ་མུན་པར་འོད་འཚེར་རོ།

5  གཏོང་ཕོད་ཆེན་པོ་བྱས་ཏེ་བུ་ལོན་སྤྱོད་མཁན་དང་།  རང་གི་ཚོང་ཟོག་ལ་དྲང་པོར་སྤྱོད་མཁན་མི་དེ་བདེ།

6  བཟང་པོའི་མི་ནི་ནམ་ཡང་འཁྱོར་མི་ཡོང་།  མི་ཚོས་ཁོ་ལ་རྒྱུན་དུ་དྲན་པར་འགྱུར།

7  གནས་ཚུལ་ངན་པ་ཐོས་ཀྱང་ཁོ་མི་འཇིགས།  ཁོ་ཡི་དད་པ་སྟོབས་ཅན་དང་ཁོ་ཡིས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་གྱི་ཡོད་དོ།

8  ཁོ་ལ་སེམས་འཁྲལ་འཇིགས་པ་བྱུང་མེད།  དགྲ་རྣམས་འཕམ་པ་ཁོ་ཡིས་ངེས་པར་མཐོང་བར་འགྱུར།

9  དགོས་མཁོ་ཅན་ལ་གཏོང་ཕོད་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐོག་ནས་སྦྱིན་པར་བཏང་། ཁོ་ཡི་དྲིན་ནམ་ཡང་ཉམས་མི་ཡོང་།  ཁོ་ནི་སྟོབས་དང་ལྡན་ཞིང་གུས་ཞབས་ཐོབ།

10  ངན་པས་དེ་ཚོ་མཐོང་ནས་ཁྲོས།  མིག་གིས་མིག་ལོག་བལྟ་བཞིན་དེ་ཚོ་ཡལ།  དེ་ཚོའི་རེ་བ་ཚང་མ་མེད་པར་འགྱུར༎

 

 

1 Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments!

2 His offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.

3 Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.

4 Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous.

5 It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice.

6 For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered forever.

7 He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the Lord.

8 His heart is steady; he will not be afraid, until he looks in triumph on his adversaries.

9 He has distributed freely; he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever; his horn is exalted in honor.

10 The wicked man sees it and is angry; he gnashes his teeth and melts away; the desire of the wicked will perish!

 

གསུང་མགུར 111 – Psalm 111

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་བསྟོད་པ་འབུལ་ཞུག།  ཁོང་གི་མི་འབངས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དབུས་སུ་ངའི་སེམས་ནས།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་བར་བྱ།

2  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་མཛད་འཕྲིན་ཇི་ལྟར་ངོ་མཚར་ཆེ།  དེ་ཚོ་དགའ་མཁན་ཚང་མས་དེ་ཚོ་ཤེས་པར་འདོད།

3  ཁོང་གི་མཛད་པ་ཚང་མ་གུས་ཞབས་དང་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཀྱིས་གང་ནས་ཡོད།  ཁོང་གི་དྲང་བ་ཉིད་ནི་མཐའ་མེད་ཡིན་པ་དང་།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་ངོ་མཚར་མཛད་འཕྲིན་རྣམས་ང་ཚོར་བརྗེད་མ་བཅུག།  ཁོང་ནི་དྲིན་ཆེན་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཅན་ཡིན།

5  ཁོང་ལ་གུས་བཀུར་ཞུས་མིར་ཁོང་གིས་ཁ་ཟས་གནང་།  ཁོང་གི་དམ་བཅའ་དེ་ནི་ཁོང་གི་ནམ་ཡང་བརྗེད་མི་ཡོང་།

6  ཕྱི་རྒྱལ་བའི་ས་ཞིང་རང་གི་འབངས་ལ་གནང་ནས།ཁོང་གིས་རང་གི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་དེ་ཚོར་སྟོན་གནང་ངོ་།

7  ཁོང་གིས་མཛད་པ་ཚང་མར་ཁོང་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན་དང་ཁྲིམས་དྲང་པོ་ཡོད།  ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ཚང་མ་བློས་འཁེལ་པོ་ཡོད།

8  དེ་ཚོ་བདེན་པ་དང་དྲང་བདེན་ངང་གནང་བ་ཡིན།  དུས་གཏན་གྱི་ཕྱིར་དུ་གནས།

9  རང་གི་མི་འབངས་ལ་ཁོང་གིས་རང་དབང་གནང་བ་དང་།  དུས་མཐའ་མེད་པའི་དམ་བཅའ་དེ་ཚོ་མཉམ་དུ་འཇོག་གནང་ངོ་།  ཁོང་ནི་དམ་པ་དང་ནི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཅན་ལགས་སོ།

10  ཤེས་རབ་ལྡན་པར་ཡོང་རྒྱུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་གུས་བཀུར་ཞུས།  ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་དེ་ཚོ་སྲུང་མཁན་རྣམས་ལ་ནི།  ཤེས་རབས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་རླབས་གནང་བར་འགྱུར།  ཁོང་ལ་དུས་ནི་རྟག་ཏུ་བསྟོད་དགོས་སོ༎

 

 

1 Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart, in the company of the upright, in the congregation.

2 Great are the works of the Lord, studied by all who delight in them.

3 Full of splendor and majesty is his work, and his righteousness endures forever.

4 He has caused his wondrous works to be remembered; the Lord is gracious and merciful.

5 He provides food for those who fear him; he remembers his covenant forever.

6 He has shown his people the power of his works, in giving them the inheritance of the nations.

7 The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy; 8 they are established forever and ever, to be performed with faithfulness and uprightness.

9 He sent redemption to his people; he has commanded his covenant forever. Holy and awesome is his name!

10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!

 

གསུང་མགུར 110 – Psalm 110

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཡི་གཙོ་བོ་ལ་གསུངས།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་དགྲ་རྣམས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རྐང་འོག་མ་བཅུག་བར།  འདི་རུ་ང་ཡི་ལག་གཡས་ལངས་ནས་སྡོད་ཅིག།

2  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་ཛི་ཡོན་གྱི་གནས་ནས།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སྟོབས་ཤུག་འཕེལ་དུ་བཅུག་པ་དང་།  ཁོང་གིས་དགྲ་བོོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་གསུངས།

3  རང་གི་དགྲ་བོ་རྣམས་དང་འཐབ་པའི་ཉིན་མོ་དེར།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མི་མང་རང་ཉིད་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲངས་ནས་ཡོང་།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ན་གཞོན་རྣམས་ནི་སྔ་དྲོའི་ཟིལ་པ་ལྟར།  དམ་པའི་རི་བོའི་གནས་སུ་དེ་ཚོ་ཡོང་བར་འགྱུར།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་ཞལ་ཆེ་དྲག་པོ་ཞིག་གནང་ཡོད་པ་དང་དེ་ནི་ཕྱིར་མི་བཞེས།  མེལ་ཀི་ཛེ་དེག་གི་གོ་གནས་སུ་ཁྱོད་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་བླ་མར་འགྱུར།

5  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་གཡས་སུ་གཙོ་བོ་བཞུགས་ཡོད་དོ།  ཁོང་ནི་ཁྲོ་དུས་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་འཕམ་བཅུག་གོ།

 

6  མི་རིགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཁྲོད་དུ་ཞལ་ཆེ་གཅོད་པ་དང་།  དམག་སའི་ཐང་ནི་མི་རོས་ཡོངས་སུ་གང་བར་འགྱུར།  ས་གཞི་ཀུན་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་འཕམ་བཅུག་ཡོང་།

7  ལམ་འགྲམ་གྱི་རྒྱུག་ཆུའི་ཆུ་རྒྱལ་པོས་འཐུང་བ་དང་།  སྟོབས་ཤུགས་སྐྱེས་ནས་ཁོང་ནི་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར༎

 

 

1 The Lord says to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.”

2 The Lord sends forth from Zion your mighty scepter. Rule in the midst of your enemies!

3 Your people will offer themselves freely on the day of your power, in holy garments; from the womb of the morning, the dew of your youth will be yours.

4 The Lord has sworn and will not change his mind, “You are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.”

5 The Lord is at your right hand; he will shatter kings on the day of his wrath.

6 He will execute judgment among the nations, filling them with corpses; he will shatter chiefs over the wide earth.

7 He will drink from the brook by the way; therefore he will lift up his head.
