གསུང་མགུར 94 – Psalm 94

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ནི་ཉེས་ཆད་གནང་མཁན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་སྟོན་པར་མཛོད།

2  ཁྱེད་ནི་མི་རིགས་ཀུན་གྱི་ཁྲིམས་དཔོན་ཡིན།  ང་རྒྱལ་ཅན་ཚོར་འབྲས་བུ་ཇི་ཐོབ་དེ་ཚོར་གནང་།

3  ངན་པས་ནམ་ཞིག་བར་དུ་དགའ་སྐྱིད་སྤྱོད་ཐུབ་བམ།  ད་དུང་ནམ་ཞིག་བར་དུ་བྱུང་ཡོང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།

4  ད་དུང་ག་དུས་བར་དུ་མི་ནག་ཅན་དེ་ཚོས་ང་རྒྱལ་བྱས།  རང་གི་ཁྲིམས་འགལ་གྱི་ལས་ལ་སྦོར་ཤོབ་བཤད་རྒྱུ་ཐོབ་བམ།

5  དེ་ཚོས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མི་མང་ལ་དུམ་བུར་བཟོས།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་འབངས་དེ་ཚོར་མནར་གཅོད་གཏོང་བཞིན་འདུག།

6  དེ་ཚོས་ཡུག་མོ་དང་ད་ཕྲུག་རྣམས་ལ་བསད།  ང་ཚོའི་ཡུལ་ནང་སྡོད་མི་ཕྱི་རྒྱལ་བ་ཚོར་སྲོག་གཅོད་བྱས།

7  དེ་ཚོས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཚོར་མི་མཐོང་ཟེར།  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་དོ་སྣང་ཡོད་མ་རེད།

8  ང་ཡི་མི་མང་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ཇི་ལྟར་གླེན་པ་འབྱུང་ཐུབ་བམ།  ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ག་དུས་བར་དུ་སློབ་སྦྱོང་བྱས་མམ།

9  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཚོའི་རྣ་བ་བཟོས།  ཁོང་གིས་གསན་མི་ཐུབ་བམ།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཚོའི་མིག་བཟོས་གནང་བ་རེད།  ཁོང་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མཐོང་མི་ཐུབ་བམ།

10  ཁོང་གིས་མི་རིགས་་ཚོ་ལ་བཀའ་བཀྱོན་གནང་བ་དང་།  ཁོང་གིས་དེ་ཚོར་ཉེས་ཆད་མི་གནང་ངམ།  ཁོང་ནི་མི་རྣམས་ཀུན་གྱི་སློབ་དཔོན་ཡིན།  ཁོང་ལ་ཡོན་ཏན་མེད་པར་ཇི་ལྟར་སྲིད་ཐུབ་བམ།

11  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་དེ་ཚོའི་བསམ་ཚུལ་མཁྱེན་པ་དང་།  དེ་ཚོའི་བསམ་བློ་ཇི་ལྟར་ཆོ་མེད་ཡིན་པ་ཁོང་གི་མཁྱེན་།

12  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སུ་ལ་སློབ་སྟོན་གནང་བ་དང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་བསླབ་པ་དེ་ཚོ་ཇི་འདྲ་དགའ།

13  དཀའ་ངལ་དུས་ནས་ངན་པ་ཚོ་ཚུད་པའི་ས་དོང་གྲ་སྒྲིག་མ་བྱས་བར་དུ།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེ་ཚོར་ངལ་གསོ་གནང་།

14  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་རང་གི་འབངས་ལ་མི་སྤངས་ཤིང་།  ཁོང་གི་ཇི་ཡིན་མི་རྣམས་ཁོང་གིས་སྤངས་མི་ཡོང་།

15  ཁྲིམས་ཁང་ནང་དུ་སྐྱར་དུ་ཁྲིམས་དྲང་ཐོབ་པ་དང་།  དྲང་ལྡན་མི་ཚོས་དེ་ལ་རྒྱབ་སྐྱོར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར།

16  ངན་པའི་གདོང་དུ་ངའི་ཕྱོགས་ཏོགས་སུ་ཞིག་ལངས་སོང་ངམ།  ངན་སྤྱོད་བྱེད་མཁན་གདོང་དུ་ངའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཞིག་བྱེད་དམ།

17  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་རོགས་མ་གནང་བ་ཡིན་ན།  ང་ནི་མགྱོགས་པོར་འཆི་བའི་ཡུལ་དུ་སླེབས་པ་ཡོད།

18  ང་ནི་འདྲེད་བདར་ཤོར་གྲབ་ཡོད་ཆེས་ང་ཡིས་སྨྲས།  འོན་ཀྱང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེས་ང་ལ་བཟུང་ནས་བཞག།

19  ནམ་ཡིན་རུང་ང་ལ་སེམས་འཁྲལ་མང་པོ་བྱུང་བའི་དུས།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་སེམས་གསོ་གནང་བས་བློ་བདེར་གྱིས།

20  ཁྲིམས་དྲང་མེད་པ་ལ་ཁྲིམས་མཐུན་བཟོས་མཁན།  ཁྲིམས་དཔོན་མཉམ་དུ་ཁྱེད་ལ་དོན་དག་ཅི་ཡང་མེད།

21  དེ་ཚོས་མི་བཟང་པོ་ཚོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་བྱུས་ངན་བརྩོམ་པ་དང།  ཉེས་མེད་ཅན་ལ་སྲོག་གི་ཉེས་པ་བཏང་ངོ་།

22  འོན་ཀྱང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབས་གནང།  ང་ཡི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབས་མཛད།

23  ཁོང་གིས་དེ་ཚོའི་ལས་ངན་ཆད་དུ་ཆད་པ་གནང་།  རང་གི་སྡིག་པའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་དེ་ཚོར་ཚར་བཅད་ཅིང་།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་དེ་ཚོར་ཚར་བཅད་འགྱུར༎

 

 

1 O Lord, God of vengeance, O God of vengeance, shine forth!

2 Rise up, O judge of the earth; repay to the proud what they deserve!

3 O Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked exult?

4 They pour out their arrogant words; all the evildoers boast.

5 They crush your people, O Lord, and afflict your heritage.

6 They kill the widow and the sojourner, and murder the fatherless; 7 and they say, “The Lord does not see; the God of Jacob does not perceive.”

8 Understand, O dullest of the people! Fools, when will you be wise?

9 He who planted the ear, does he not hear? He who formed the eye, does he not see?

10 He who disciplines the nations, does he not rebuke? He who teaches man knowledge— 11 the Lord—knows the thoughts of man, that they are but a breath.

12 Blessed is the man whom you discipline, O Lord, and whom you teach out of your law, 13 to give him rest from days of trouble, until a pit is dug for the wicked.

14 For the Lord will not forsake his people; he will not abandon his heritage; 15 for justice will return to the righteous, and all the upright in heart will follow it.

16 Who rises up for me against the wicked? Who stands up for me against evildoers?

17 If the Lord had not been my help, my soul would soon have lived in the land of silence.

18 When I thought, “My foot slips,” your steadfast love, O Lord, held me up.

19 When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.

20 Can wicked rulers be allied with you, those who frame injustice by statute?

21 They band together against the life of the righteous and condemn the innocent to death.

22 But the Lord has become my stronghold, and my God the rock of my refuge.

23 He will bring back on them their iniquity and wipe them out for their wickedness; the Lord our God will wipe them out.

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡིན།  ཁོང་གི་སྟོབས་དང་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཀྱི་ན་བཟའ་གསོལ།  ས་གཞིའི་རྨང་གཞི་བརྟན་པོ་བཞག་ཡོད་པས། དེ་ནི་ནམ་ཡང་གཡོ་བར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ།

2  སྔོན་ནས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཞུགས་ཁྲི་བརྟན་པོ་ཡོད།  དུས་ཚོད་མགོ་ཚུགས་པའི་སྔོན་ནས་ཁྱེད་བཞུགས་ཡོད།

3  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  རྒྱལ་མཚོའི་ཏིང་ནས་སྐད་ཅོར་རྒྱབ།  དེ་ཚོ་སྐད་ཤུགས་ཆེན་པོས་ངར་བཞིན་འདུག།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་མཐོ་རིས་སུ།  བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གནང་ནས་བཞུགས།  རྒྱ་མཚོའི་འུར་སྒྲ་ལས་ཀྱང་ཆེ། རྒྱ་མཚོའི་རྦ་རླབ་ལས་ཀྱང་སྟོབས་ཆེན་པོསེ།  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་བར་འགྱུར།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམས་ཐོག་མཐའ་མེད་ཡོད་པ་དང།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་ཁང་ངས་པར་རྒྱུན་ཆད་མེད་པར་དམ་པ་ཡོད༎

 

 

1 The Lord reigns; he is robed in majesty; the Lord is robed; he has put on strength as his belt. Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved.

2 Your throne is established from of old; you are from everlasting.

3 The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring.

4 Mightier than the thunders of many waters, mightier than the waves of the sea, the Lord on high is mighty!

5 Your decrees are very trustworthy; holiness befits your house, O Lord, forevermore.
