གསུང་མགུར 5 – Psalm 5

1  ང་ཡི་ཞུ་འབུལ་དང་ནི་ཤུགས་མནར་ལ།  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གསན་དུ་གསོལ།

2  ང་ཡི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་མངའ་བདག་ཁྱེད།  སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་ཞུས་པའི་ང་ཡི་ཞུ་འབོད་གསན་དུ་གསོལ།

3  སྔ་དྲོ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ཡི་སྐད་ལ་གསན་གནང་ངོ།  ཉི་ཤར་སྐབས་སུ་ངས་ནི་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས།

ཁྱེད་ནས་བཀའ་ལན་ཐོབ་ཕྱིར་སྒུག་སྡོད་བྱེད།

4  ཁྱེད་ནི་ལས་ངན་རྣམས་ལ་ཐུགས་མི་མཉེས།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ངན་པ་གནས་མི་བཅུག།

5  ང་རྒྱལ་ཅན་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གཟིགས་མི་ཐུབ།  མི་ངན་རྣམས་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཞེན་ལོག་མཛད།

6  རྫུན་ཅན་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཚར་བཅད་མཛད།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མི་དྲག་ཤུལ་ཅན་རྣམས་དང་།

གཡོ་སྒྱུ་ཅན་ལ་སྡང་དགྲ་མཛད།

7  འོན་ཀྱང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་ཆེན་པོར་བརྟེན།

ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་ཁང་དམ་པའི་ནང་།

བཅར་ནས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྙེན་བཀུར་ཞུ་རྒྱུ་དང་།  དད་གུས་ཆེན་པོས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ཞུ་ནུས་སོ།

8  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་དགྲ་བོ་དུ་མ་ཡོད།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དགོངས་བཞིན་འགྲུལ་བསྐྱོད་ཐུབ་པའི་དབུ་འཁྲིད་གནང་བར་མཛོད།

ང་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་འགྲུལ་ལམ་དྲང་པོ་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།

9  ང་ཡི་དགྲ་བོའི་གཏམ་ལ་ནམ་ཡང་བློ་བཅོལ་མི་ཐུབ།

དེ་ཚོས་རྒྱུན་དུ་འཇིག་སྐྱོན་གཏོང་བར་འདོད།

དེ་ཚོས་ཚིག་སྙན་བརྗོད་དེ་ངོ་བསོ་བྱེད།  འོན་ཀྱང་དེ་ཚོའི་གཏམ་ནི་གཡོ་སྒྱུས་གང་།

10  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་དེ་ཚོར་སྐྱོན་བརྗོད་དང་ནི་ཉེས་ཆད་གནང་བར་མཛོད།

དེ་ཚོས་བརྩམས་པའི་བྱུས་ངན་རྣམས་ནི།  རང་ཉིད་ཕུང་བའི་རྒྱུ་རུ་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག།

དེ་ཚོས་ཁྱེད་ལ་ངོ་ལོག་ཞུས་པ་སོགས།  ཉེས་སྡིག་མང་པོ་བསགས་པའི་ཉེས་ལན་དུ།

ཉིད་ཀྱི་མདུན་ནས་དེ་ཚོ་མཐར་སྐྲོད་མཛོད།

11  འོན་ཀྱང་ཁྱེད་ནས་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་ཐོབ་པ་རྣམས།  དགའ་ཞིང་རྒྱུན་དུ་དགའ་བདེའི་གླུ་ལེན་ཐུབ།

ཁྱེད་ལ་བརྩེ་མཁན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ།  ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བཙན་པོ་གནང་བར་མཛོད།

ཁྱེད་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་དེ་ཚོ་བདེན་པར་དགའ་བར་གྱིས།

12  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ནི།  ཉིད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་སྲུང་མཁན་རྣམས་ལ།

བྱིན་རླབས་མཛད་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་ཡིས།  ཕུབ་བཞིན་དེ་དག་སྐྱབས་པར་མཛད༎

 

1 Give ear to my words, O Lord; consider my groaning. 2 Give attention to the sound of my cry, my King and my God, for to you do I pray. 3 O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice; in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch.

4 For you are not a God who delights in wickedness; evil may not dwell with you. 5 The boastful shall not stand before your eyes; you hate all evildoers. 6 You destroy those who speak lies; the Lord abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.

7 But I, through the abundance of your steadfast love, will enter your house. I will bow down toward your holy temple in the fear of you.

8 Lead me, O Lord, in your righteousness because of my enemies; make your way straight before me. 9 For there is no truth in their mouth; their inmost self is destruction; their throat is an open grave; they flatter with their tongue. 10 Make them bear their guilt, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; because of the abundance of their transgressions cast them out, for they have rebelled against you.

11 But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you. 12 For you bless the righteous, O Lord; you cover him with favor as with a shield.

 

 

གསུང་མགུར 4 – Psalm 4

1  ཀྱེ་ང་ཡི་སྲུངསྐྱོབ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལགས།  ང་ཡིས་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས་སྐབས་ང་ལ་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་།

ང་ནི་དཀའ་ངལ་ནང་དུ་ཡོད་སྐབས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་མཛད་གནང་ངོ།

ད་ནས་ཐུགས་རྗེས་གཟིགས་ཏེ་སྨོན་ལམ་གསན་པར་མཛོད།

2  ག་དུས་བར་དུ་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ང་ལ་འཕྱ།  ག་དུས་བར་དུ་དངོས་པོ་མཁོ་མེད་དང་།

རྫུན་གྱི་རྗེས་སུ་ཁྱོད་ཚོ་འབྲངས།

3  དྲང་བདེན་ཅན་ལ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས།  རང་གི་ཆེད་དུ་འདམས་ཀ་མཛད་པར་སེམས་ལ་དྲན་པར་གྱིས།

ང་ཡིས་ཞུ་འབོད་བྱེད་སྐབས་ཁོང་གིས་གསན།

4  བག་སེམས་ཆེན་པོས་ལུས་པོ་འདར་ཞིང།  སྡིག་སྤྱོད་བྱེད་པར་མཚམས་འཇོག་གིས།

ཁ་ཁུ་སིམ་པོར་ཉལ་ཁྲིར་ངལ་གསོའི་སྐབས།  དེའི་སྐོར་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བསམ་བློ་ཞིབ་པར་གཏོང་།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་འོས་པའི་དམར་མཆོད་འབུལ་ཞིག་དང།  ཁོང་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་ཞུས།

6  སྐྱེ་བོ་མང་པོས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་ནང་།  ང་ཚོར་ཐུགས་རྗེས་གཟིགས་སྐྱོངས་མཛད་གནང་སྟེ། བྱིན་བརླབ་རྒྱས་པར་གནང་ཞེས་ཞུ་འབུལ་བྱ།

7  འོན་ཀྱང་དེ་ཚོར་འབྲུ་དང་རྒུན་ཆང་སོགས།  ཐོབ་ནས་བྱུང་བའི་བདེ་ལས་ཀྱང་།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་གནང་བའི་བདེ་བ་ཆེ།

8  ང་ནི་ཞེ་བདེའི་ངང་དུ་གཉིད་ཉལ་སྐབས།  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཉིད་གཅིག་པུ་ཡིས།

ང་ལ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་གནང་༎

 

1 Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness! You have given me relief when I was in distress. Be gracious to me and hear my prayer!

2 O men, how long shall my honor be turned into shame? How long will you love vain words and seek after lies? Selah 3 But know that the Lord has set apart the godly for himself; the Lord hears when I call to him.

4 Be angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent. Selah

5 Offer right sacrifices, and put your trust in the Lord.

6 There are many who say, “Who will show us some good? Lift up the light of your face upon us, O Lord!” 7 You have put more joy in my heart than they have when their grain and wine abound.

8 In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.

 

གསུང་མགུར 3 – Psalm 3

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་ནི།  རྒོལ་སེམས་བྱེད་མཁན་དགྲ་བོ་དུ་མ་ཡོད།

2  དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ནི་ཁོ་ལ་གྲོགས་མི་མཛད།  ཟེར་ཞིང་དེ་ཚོས་ངའི་སྐོར་གཏམ་བཤད་དོ།

3  འོན་ཀྱང་ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ནི་དུས་རྒྱུན་དུ།  ང་ཡི་ཕུབ་བཞིན་ཉན་ག་ཀུན་ལས་སྐྱོབ།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་རྒྱལ་ཁ་གནང་བ་དང།  ང་ཡི་སེམས་ཤུགས་ལྷག་པར་རྒྱས་པར་མཛད།

4  སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་ཞུས་ཕྱིར་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ།  ང་ཡིས་ཞུ་འབུལ་བྱེད་དེ་འབོད་པའི་སྐབས།

ཁོང་གིས་རི་བོ་དམ་པའི་གནས་མཆོག་ནས།  ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་བར་མཛད།

5  ང་ས་ལ་ཕབ་ནས་ཉལ་བ་ཡིན།  མཚན་གང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་གནང་ངོ་།

6  ང་ལ་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་བསྐོར་ནས་བསྡད་ཡོད་པའི།  དགྲ་བོ་སྟོང་གི་ཚོགས་ལ་ང་མི་འཇིགས།

7  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཕེབས་རོགས་གནང།  ང་ཡི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་མཛོད།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ཡི་དགྲ་བོ་ཀུན་ལ་ཉེས་ཆད་གནང་།  དེ་ཚོས་ང་ལ་གནོད་འཚེ་མི་བྱེད་ཕྱིར།

དེ་ཚོའི་སྟོབས་དང་ནུས་པ་གཅོག་པར་མཛད་གནང་ངོ།

8  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཁ་གནང་།

ཉིད་ཀྱི་མི་འབངས་རྣམས་ལ་བྱིན་རླབས་གནང་བར་ཤོག།

 

1 O Lord, how many are my foes! Many are rising against me; 2 many are saying of my soul, “There is no salvation for him in God.” Selah

3 But you, O Lord, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head. 4 I cried aloud to the Lord, and he answered me from his holy hill. Selah

5 I lay down and slept; I woke again, for the Lord sustained me. 6 I will not be afraid of many thousands of people who have set themselves against me all around.

7 Arise, O Lord! Save me, O my God! For you strike all my enemies on the cheek; you break the teeth of the wicked.

8 Salvation belongs to the Lord; your blessing be on your people! Selah
