གསུང་མགུར 124 – Psalm 124

1  ང་ཚོའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་མེད་པ་ཡིན་ན་ཅི་བྱུང་ཡོང་། ཀྱེ་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ལན་རྒྱབ་ཤིག།

2  ང་ཚོའི་སྟེང་དུ་དགྲ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྒོལ་བའི་སྐབས། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་མེད་ཡིན་ན།

3  ང་ཚོའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཡོད་པའི་འབར་བའི་ཁྲོ་བའི་ནང་།  དེ་ཚོས་ང་ཚོར་གསོན་པོར་གྱུར་མིག་གཏོང་བ་ཡོད།

4  དེ་ནས་ང་ཚོར་ཆུ་ལོག་ནང་དུ་འཁྱེར་བ་དང་། ཆུས་ང་ཚོར་བཀབ་པ་ཡོད།

5  འཁྲུགས་པའི་ཆུ་ཡི་རྦ་རླབ་ཀྱིས་ནི་ང་ཚོར་སྣུབ་པ་ཡོད།

6  ང་ཚོ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་བར་གྱིས།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཚོའི་དགྲ་བོར་ང་ཚོ་མེད་པར་བཟོས་བཅུག་མེད་དོ།

7  ཁྱི་རའི་རྙི་ལས་ཐར་བའི་བྱ་འདྲ་ང་ཚོ་ཐར། རྙི་ནི་རལ་བའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ང་ཚོ་ཐར་བ་ཡིན།

8  མཐོ་རིས་དང་ས་གཞི་བཀོད་མཁན་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ནས། ང་ཚོའི་མགོན་སྐྱབས་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་ཡོད༎

 

 

1 If it had not been the Lord who was on our side— let Israel now say— 2 if it had not been the Lord who was on our side when people rose up against us, 3 then they would have swallowed us up alive, when their anger was kindled against us; 4 then the flood would have swept us away, the torrent would have gone over us; 5 then over us would have gone the raging waters.

6 Blessed be the Lord, who has not given us as prey to their teeth!

7 We have escaped like a bird from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped!

8 Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

 

གསུང་མགུར 123 – Psalm 123

1  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡར་མཐོ་རིས་གནས་སུ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་སར།  ང་ཡི་མིག་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཡར་འདེགས་ཡོད།

2  རང་གི་སྦྱིན་བདག་ལ་ནི་གཡོག་པོས་བློས་བཅོལ་ཞིང་།  གཡོག་མོས་རང་གི་ལྕམ་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་བྱེད་པ་བཞིན།  དེ་བཞིན་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལགས།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སྙིང་རྗེ་གི་ཆེད་དུ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ང་ཚོས་ལྟ་བཞིན་སྡོད་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

3  ང་ཚོའི་སྟེང་དུ་སྙིང་རྗེ་གནང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་སྙིང་རྗེ་གནང་རོགས་གནང་།  ང་ཚོར་ཧ་ཅང་སྨད་སྒྲ་མང་པོས་གང་ནས་ཡོད།

4 ཡུན་ཧ་ཅང་རིང་བར་དུ་ཕྱུག་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ང་ཚོར་འཕྱ་བ་དང་།  བཙན་གནོན་བྱེད་མི་ང་རྒྱལ་ཅན་ཚོས་ང་ཚོར་བརྙས་བཅོས་བྱས་ཡོད་དོ༎

 

 

1 To you I lift up my eyes, O you who are enthroned in the heavens!

2 Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maidservant to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, till he has mercy upon us.

3 Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us, for we have had more than enough of contempt.

4 Our soul has had more than enough of the scorn of those who are at ease, of the contempt of the proud.

 

གསུང་མགུར 122 – Psalm 122

1  དེ་ཚོས་ང་ལ་ང་ཚོ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི། མཆོད་ཁང་ནང་དུ་འགྲོའོ་ཟེར་དུས་ང་དགའོ།

2  ད་ལྟ་ང་ཚོ་འདི་རུ་ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་གྱི། གཞུང་སྒོ་ནང་དུ་ལངས་བསྡད་ཡོད།

3  གཅིག་ཏུ་འབྲེལ་བའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་མཛེས་པོ་ཞིག་ལྟ་བུ། ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་སྐྱར་དུ་བཟོས་ནས་ཡོད།

4  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་སྡེ་རྣམས་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་བཞིན་དུ།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་ཕྱིར་གནས་དེར་ཡོང་།

5  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ཡི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནི། རང་གི་འབངས་ལ་ཁྲིམས་གཅོད་ཕྱིར་དུ་གནས་འདིར་བསྡད།

6  ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་ཆེད་དུ་ཞི་བདེའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ།  ཁྱོད་ལ་བྱམས་བརྩེ་བྱེད་མིར་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་ཤོག།

7  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ལྕགས་རི་རྣམས་ནང་དུ་ཞི་བདེ་ཡོང་བར་ཤོག།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཕོ་བྲང་རྣམས་ནང་དུ་ཁམས་བཟང་ཡོང་བར་ཤོག།

8  ང་ཡི་སྤུན་རྣམས་དང་གྲོགས་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ། ངས་ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་ལ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཞི་བདེ་བྱུང་ཤོག་ཟེར།

9  ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་ཕོ་བྲང་གི་དོན་དུ།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་ཕྱིར་དུ་ང་ཡིས་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས༎

 

 

1 I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord!”

2 Our feet have been standing within your gates, O Jerusalem!

3 Jerusalem—built as a city that is bound firmly together, 4 to which the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, as was decreed fora Israel, to give thanks to the name of the Lord.

5 There thrones for judgment were set, the thrones of the house of David.

6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem! “May they be secure who love you!

7 Peace be within your walls and security within your towers!”

8 For my brothers and companions’ sake I will say, “Peace be within you!”

9 For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good.
