གསུང་མགུར 119: 105-112 – Psalm 119:105-112

105  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ནི་ང་ལ་སྣེ་འཁྲིད་བྱེད་མཁན་བཞུ་མར་དང།  ང་ལ་འགྲོ་ལམ་སྟོན་མཁན་འོད་ནི་དེ་རང་ཡིན།

106  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་དྲང་པོ་རྣམས་སྲུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་ངས།  ཕུལ་བའི་དོ་དམ་གྱི་ཁས་ལེན་ཚང་མ་སྒྲུབ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

107  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྣམས་ཤིན་ཏུ་འཇིགས་སུ་རུང་བ་ཡོད།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཆེ་བཞིན་དུ་ང་ལ་གསོན་པོ་འཇོག་རོགས་གནང།

108  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་སྨོན་ལམ་ངོས་ལེན་གནང་རོགས་གནང།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་ང་ལ་སློབ་སྟོན་གནང་དུ་གསོལ།

109  ང་ཡི་སྲོག་ནི་ཉན་ཁ་གདོང་ལེན་བྱེད་པར་གྲ་སྒྲིགས་ཡོད།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ང་ཡི་རྗེད་མེད་དོ།

110  མི་ངན་འདི་ཚོས་ང་ལ་རྙི་བཙུགས་ཡོད།  འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ཡི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་སྲུང་ཡོད་དོ།

111  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་ནི་ང་ཡི་མཐའ་མེད་པ་བདག་བཟུང་དང་།  དེ་ནི་ང་ཡི་སེམས་ཀྱི་དགའ་བའི་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་ནོ།

112  ང་ནི་འཆི་བའི་ཉིན་མོ་དེ་ཡི་བར་དུ་ནི།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་སྲུང་ཕྱིར་ང་ཡི་སེམས་ཐག་བཅད༎

 

 

105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

106 I have sworn an oath and confirmed it, to keep your righteous rules.

107 I am severely afflicted; give me life, O Lord, according to your word!

108 Accept my freewill offerings of praise, O Lord, and teach me your rules.

109 I hold my life in my hand continually, but I do not forget your law.

110 The wicked have laid a snare for me, but I do not stray from your precepts.

111 Your testimonies are my heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.

112 I incline my heart to perform your statutes forever, to the end.

97  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ལ་ཧ་ཅང་གཅེས་བཞིན་ཡོད།  ཉིན་གང་དེ་ཡི་སྐོར་ལ་ང་ནི་བསམ་གྱི་ཡོད།

98  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་གཏན་དུ་ང་དང་མཉམ་དུ་ཡོད།  དེ་ཡིས་ང་ལ་དགྲ་བོ་ལས་ཀྱང་ཤེས་རབ་ཅན་དུ་འགྱུར།

99  སློབ་དཔོན་ཀུན་ལས་ལྷག་པ་ང་ཡི་ཤེས་ཀྱི་ཡོད།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་རྣམས་ང་ཡིས་སྒོམ།

100  མི་རྒན་ཀུན་ལས་ལྷག་པས་ཤེས་རབ་ང་མཉམ་ཡོད།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་སྲུང་།

101  ང་ཡི་སྤྱོད་ལམ་ངན་པ་འདི་ཚོ་ལེན་མེད་ཅིང་།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཉན་འདོད་ཡོད།

102  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་རྣམས་ང་ཡིས་སྣང་མེད་བྱེད་མེད་དོ།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཉིད་ནི་ང་ཡི་སློབ་དཔོན་ཡིན།

103  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་རྣམས་ཇི་ལྟར་མངར་མོ་ཡོད།  སྦྲང་རྩི་ལས་ཀྱང་མངར་བ་ཡོད།

104  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ནས་ང་ལ་ཤེས་རབ་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་ཡོད།  དེའི་རྐྱེན་ང་ཡིས་བྱ་སྤྱོད་ངན་པ་ཚང་མར་སྡང་པོ་བྱས༎

 

 

97 Oh how I love your law! It is my meditation all the day.

98 Your commandment makes me wiser than my enemies, for it is ever with me.

99 I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation.

100 I understand more than the aged, for I keep your precepts.

101 I hold back my feet from every evil way, in order to keep your word.

102 I do not turn aside from your rules, for you have taught me.

103 How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

104 Through your precepts I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.

89  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་གནས་པར་འགྱུར།  འདི་ནི་མཐོ་རིས་གནས་སུ་མཐའ་མེད་གནས་པར་འགྱུར།

90  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དམ་ཚིག་བསྐལ་པའི་བར་དུ་གནས་པ་དང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ས་གཞི་གནས་སུ་འཇོག་པས་འདི་ནི་གཡོ་མི་འགྱུར།

91  ད་བར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཡིས་ཚང་མ་ལུས་ཡོད་དོ།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དེ་རྣམས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བྲན་གཡོག་ཡིན།

92  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ངའི་དགའ་བའི་འབྱུང་ཁུངས་མ་ཡིན་པ་ཡིན་ན།  ང་ངའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ནང་འཆི་ཟིན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ།

93  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་ནམ་ཡང་སྣང་མེད་དུ་གཏོང་གི་མིན།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དེ་ཡི་སྒོ་ནས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་གསོན་པོར་འཇོག།

94  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡིན་པས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།  ངས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་སྲུང་བའི་ཐབས་ཤེས་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོད།

95  ང་ལ་གསོད་ཕྱིར་ངན་པས་འཇབ་ནས་སྒུག་བསྡད་ཡོད།  འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ཐོག་སྒོམ་གྱི་ཡིན།

96  དོན་གནད་ཚང་མར་མཐའ་མ་ཡོད་པ་ངས་ཤེས་པས།  འོན་ཀྱང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐྱོན་མེད་ལགས༎

 

 

89 Forever, O Lord, your word is firmly fixed in the heavens.

90 Your faithfulness endures to all generations; you have established the earth, and it stands fast.

91 By your appointment they stand this day, for all things are your servants.

92 If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.

93 I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.

94 I am yours; save me, for I have sought your precepts.

95 The wicked lie in wait to destroy me, but I consider your testimonies.

96 I have seen a limit to all perfection, but your commandment is exceedingly broad.
