གསུང་མགུར 138 – Psalm 138

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་རང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་གཏིང་ནས་ཁྱེད་ལ་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་གྱི་ཡོད།  ལྷ་རྣམས་མདུན་དུ་ང་ཡིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་དབྱངས་འབུལ་གྱི་ཡོད།

2  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་དང་དམ་ཚིག་ལྡན་ཚུལ་གྱི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ནི།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དམ་པའི་མཆོད་ཁང་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ང་ཁ་བལྟས་ཡོད།  ཁྱེད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བྱ་ཞིང་ཁྱེད་མཚན་བསྟོད་ཀྱི་ཡོད། གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རང་གི་མཚན་དང་།  བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་ཆེ་ཤོས་ཡིན་ཟེར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་གནང་ཡོད།

3  ང་ཡིས་འབོད་སྐབས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་བ་དང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ནུས་པས་ང་ལ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་བཟོས་གནང་ངོ་།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ས་གཞི་ནང་གི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཚང་མས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་འབུལ་བར་འགྱུར།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དེ་ཚོས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཆེ་རྣམས་ཐོས་ཡོད།

5  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གནང་བའི་མཛད་པ་རྣམས་དང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གཟི་བརྗིད་རླབས་ཆེན་སྐོར་ལ་དེ་ཚོས་མགུར་མ་ལེན།

6  ཁྱེད་ནི་འདི་འདྲ་མཐོན་པོར་བཞུགས་ཡོད་ན་ཡང་།  ཉམས་ཐག་ཅན་ཚོར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཐུགས་འཁུར་བཞེས་པ་དང་།  ང་རྒྱལ་ཅན་རྣམས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ནས་གབ་མི་ཐུབ།

7  དཀའ་ངལ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་བསྐོར་ནས་ཡོད་སྐབས། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་ཁམས་བཟང་འཇོག་པ་གནང་ངོ་།  ང་ལ་ཁྲོ་མཁན་དགྲ་བོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་རྒོལ་བ་དང་། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ནུས་པས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་པར་མཛད།

8  རང་གི་དམ་བཅའ་གནང་བ་རྣམས་ནི་སྒྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མོཆ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བྱམས་པ་དེ་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་གནས།  རང་གི་འགོ་ཚུགས་པ་ཡི་ལས་རྣམས་ཆ་ཚང་སྒྲུབ་པར་མཛད༎

1 I give you thanks, O Lord, with my whole heart; before the gods I sing your praise;

2 I bow down toward your holy temple and give thanks to your name for your steadfast love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things your name and your word.

3 On the day I called, you answered me; my strength of soul you increased.

4 All the kings of the earth shall give you thanks, O Lord, for they have heard the words of your mouth, 5 and they shall sing of the ways of the Lord, for great is the glory of the Lord.

6 For though the Lord is high, he regards the lowly, but the haughty he knows from afar.

7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me.

8 The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.

གསུང་མགུར 137 – Psalm 137

1  ང་ཚོ་བྷེ་བྷི་ལོན་གྱི་གཙང་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་འགྲམ་བསྡད། དེ་གར་ང་ཚོས་ཛི་ཡོན་དྲན་ནས་ངུས།

2  དེ་གའི་འགྲམ་གྱི་ཤིང་ལྕང་སྡོང་སྟེང། ང་ཚོས་རང་གི་པི་ཝང་བཏགས་པ་ཡིན།

3  ང་ཚོར་བཙོན་དུ་འཁྱེར་མཁན་ཚོས་ང་ཚོར་གླུ་ལེན་བཅུག།  ཁོ་ཚོའི་སེམས་དགའ་ཕྱིར་ང་ཚོར་འདི་ལྟར་སྨྲས། ང་ཚོར་ཛི་ཡོན་སྐོར་ལ་གླུ་གཏོང་ཞིག་།

4  ཇི་ལྟར་གཞན་གྱི་ཡུལ་དུ་ང་ཚོ་ཡིས། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་གླུ་ལེན་ནམ།

5  ང་ཡིས་ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་ཁྱོད་བརྗེད་ན། ང་ཡིས་ནམ་ཡང་པི་ཝང་གཏོང་མི་ཐུབ་པར་ཤོག།

6  ང་ཡིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་དྲན་གསོ་མ་བྱས་ན། ཁྱོད་ལ་རང་གི་དགའ་སྤྲོ་ཆེ་ཤོས་དེ་བཞིན་རྩིས་ནས་མ་དྲན་ན།  ང་ཡིས་ནམ་ཡང་མགུར་མ་ལེན་མི་ཐུབ་པར་ཤོག།

7  ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་དབང་དུ་བསྡུ་བའི་ཉིན། ཨེ་དོམ་པ་ཚོས་གང་བྱེད་པ་དྲན་པར་མཛོད།  དེ་ཚོས་མུ་མཐུད་འདི་ལྟར་སྨྲས་པའི་གཏམ་ལ་དྲན་པར་མཛོད། དེ་ལ་མེད་པར་བྱས་ཏེ་སའི་ཁར་དབྱུགས།

8  བྷེ་བྷི་ལོན་ཁྱོད་མེད་པར་བཟོ་པར་འགྱུར། ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ང་ཚོར་ཇི་བྱས་པའི་ཆེད་དུ།  ཁྱོད་ལ་དགྲ་ཤ་ལེན་མཁན་མི་ཚོ་དགའོ།

9  དེ་ཚོས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཁྱེའུ་ཆུང་རྣམས་ཀྱང་འཁྱེར། དེ་ནས་དེ་ཚོ་བྲག་ཁར་བརྡབ་པར་འགྱུར༎

1 By the waters of Babylon, there we sat down and wept, when we remembered Zion.

2 On the willows there we hung up our lyres.

3 For there our captors required of us songs, and our tormentors, mirth, saying, “Sing us one of the songs of Zion!”

4 How shall we sing the Lord’s song in a foreign land?

5 If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget its skill!

6 Let my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth, if I do not remember you, if I do not set Jerusalem above my highest joy!

7 Remember, O Lord, against the Edomites the day of Jerusalem, how they said, “Lay it bare, lay it bare, down to its foundations!”

8 O daughter of Babylon, doomed to be destroyed, blessed shall he be who repays you with what you have done to us!

9 Blessed shall he be who takes your little ones and dashes them against the rock!
