གསུང་མགུར 131 – Psalm 131

1  ངས་རང་གི་ང་རྒྱལ་སྤངས་ཡོད་གཙོོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག། ཧམ་པ་ལས་ང་ཡི་སེམས་ནི་ཕྱིར་ལོག་གྱིས།  བྱ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་དཀའ་བའི་དོན་ཚོར་ང་ཡིས་དོ་སྣང་མི་བྱེད་དོ།

2  དེ་ཡི་ཚབ་ཏུ་ང་ནི་ཚིམས་པ་དང་ཞི་བདེར་ཡོད། ཇི་ལྟར་ཕྲུ་གུ་ཨ་མའི་པང་པར་ཁུ་སིམ་ཉལ་བ་བཞིན།  ང་ཡི་སེམས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་རང་ཉིད་ཞི་བདེ་ཡོད།

3  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ཁྱོད་ནི་ད་ལྟ་དང་ནི་དུས་རྒྱུན་དུ། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་ཞིག།

 

 

1 O Lord, my heart is not lifted up; my eyes are not raised too high; I do not occupy myself with things too great and too marvelous for me.

2 But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.

3 O Israel, hope in the Lord from this time forth and forevermore.

1  སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་ནི་དཀའ་ངལ་སོགས་ཀྱི་མནར་བའི་དུས།  ང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ལ་འབོད་ཀྱི་ཡོད།

2  ང་ཡི་ཞུ་བར་གསན་ཞིག་གཙོ་བོ་ལགས། མགོན་སྐྱབས་ཕྱིར་ང་ཡི་ཞུ་བར་གསན་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།

3  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ང་ཚོའི་སྡིག་པའི་རྩིས་རྣམས་བཞག་གནང་ན།  ཉེས་ཆད་དེ་ལས་སུ་ཞིག་ཐར་བར་བྱེད་ནུས་སམ།

4  འོན་ཀྱང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ཚོར་སྡིག་བཤགས་གནང་བ་དང་།  དེ་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ང་ཚོ་འཇིགས་ཤིང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲུང་དུ་ལངས་ཐུབ་བོ།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་མགོན་སྐྱབས་ཆེད་དུ་ང་ནི་འདོད་པ་ཆེན་པོས་སྒུག་བསྡད་ཡོད།  ང་ནི་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་བཞིན་ཡོད།

6  སྒོ་སྲུང་པ་ཡི་ནམ་ལངས་པ་སྒུག་པ་ལྟར། སྒོ་སྲུང་པ་ཡིས་ནམ་ལངས་སྒུག་ལས་ལྷག།

ང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་སྒུག་བསྡད་ཡོད།

7  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་ཞིག།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁོང་གི་བྱམས་པ་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཡིན་པ་དང།  ཁོང་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་སྐྱོབ་ཕྱིར་གྲ་སྒྲིགས་བཞུགས་ཡོད་དོ།

8  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་རང་གི་མི་འབངས་ལ་ཁོང་གིས་ནི།  སྡིག་པ་ཀུན་ལས་དེ་ཚོར་སྐྱབས་པར་མཛད་གནང་ངོ་༎

 

 

1 Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord!

2 O Lord, hear my voice! Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my pleas for mercy!

3 If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?

4 But with you there is forgiveness, that you may be feared.

5 I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in his word I hope; 6 my soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.

7 O Israel, hope in the Lord! For with the Lord there is steadfast love, and with him is plentiful redemption.

8 And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
