གསུང་མགུར 131 – Psalm 131

1  ངས་རང་གི་ང་རྒྱལ་སྤངས་ཡོད་གཙོོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག། ཧམ་པ་ལས་ང་ཡི་སེམས་ནི་ཕྱིར་ལོག་གྱིས།  བྱ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་དཀའ་བའི་དོན་ཚོར་ང་ཡིས་དོ་སྣང་མི་བྱེད་དོ།

2  དེ་ཡི་ཚབ་ཏུ་ང་ནི་ཚིམས་པ་དང་ཞི་བདེར་ཡོད། ཇི་ལྟར་ཕྲུ་གུ་ཨ་མའི་པང་པར་ཁུ་སིམ་ཉལ་བ་བཞིན།  ང་ཡི་སེམས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་རང་ཉིད་ཞི་བདེ་ཡོད།

3  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ཁྱོད་ནི་ད་ལྟ་དང་ནི་དུས་རྒྱུན་དུ། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་ཞིག།

 

 

1 O Lord, my heart is not lifted up; my eyes are not raised too high; I do not occupy myself with things too great and too marvelous for me.

2 But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.

3 O Israel, hope in the Lord from this time forth and forevermore.
