གསུང་མགུར 59 – Psalm 59

1  ངའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་དགྲ་ལས་སྐྱོབ།  རྒོལ་མཁན་དེ་ཚོའི་ལག་ནས་ངར་སྐྱོབ་མཛོད།

2  མི་ངན་དེ་ཚོའི་ལག་ནས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ།  སྲོག་གཅོད་བྱེད་མཁན་ལག་ནས་ང་ལ་སྲུང་།

3-4  གཟིགས་ཤིག་དེ་ཚོས་ང་ལ་གསོད་ཕྱིར་སྒུག་བསྡད་ཡོད།  མི་སྡུག་རྩུབ་ཅན་ཚོས་ང་ལ་རྒོལ་ཕྱིར་འཛོམས།  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  དེ་ཚོ་བྲེལ་ཚབས་ངང་རང་གནས་འགྲོ་བཞིན་འདུག།  འོན་ཀྱང་ངེད་ཀྱི་བྱེད་པའི་སྡིག་པའམ་ནོར་འཁྲུལ།  ཡང་ན་ང་ཡིས་བྱས་པའི་སྐྱོན་གྱི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ།

5  ཀྱེ་ཀུན་དབང་ལྡན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལགས།  བཞེངས་ནས་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་རོགས་གནང་བར་ཕེབས།  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གཟིགས་རོགས་གནང།  ཡར་བཞེངས་ནས་ཀླ་ཀློ་ཚོར་ཉེས་ཆད་གཏོང་རོགས་གནང།  ཡུལ་ཚོང་མཁན་ངན་པ་ཚོ་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་མ་མཛད་ཅིག།

6  དེ་ཚོ་དགོང་དྲོ་ལོག་ནས་ཡོང་།  དེ་ཚོ་ཁྱི་བཞིན་ངར་ནས་གྲོང་གི་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་འཁྱམས།

7  དེ་ཚོས་སྨྲས་པའི་དམའ་འབེབས་དང་ནི་དཀྲོག་གཏམ་གསན་རོགས་གནང་།  དེ་ཚོའི་ལྕེ་ནི་རལ་གྲི་འདྲ་བ་འདུག།  ཡིན་ཡང་དེ་ཚོས་སུ་ཞིག་ཁོང་ཚོར་གོ་མེད་དོ་བསམ་མོ།

8  འོན་ཀྱང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེ་ཚོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་ཞད་གད་ཤོར།  དད་མེད་རྣམས་ལ་གད་ཅིང་འཕྱ་སྨད་གནང་།

9  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དབང་ལ་ང་ཡིས་བློ་གཏད་བྱས།  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྐྱབས་གནས་ཡིན།

10  ང་ཡི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་བྱམས་པས་ངའི་རྩར་ཕེབས།  ཁོང་གིས་ངའི་དགྲ་ཕམ་པ་མཐོང་བཅུག་འོང་།

11  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེ་ཚོར་མ་གསོད་རོགས།  དེ་མིན་ངེད་ཀྱི་འབངས་ཚོས་དེ་ཚོར་བརྗེད་ཀྱང་སྲིད།  རང་གི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་དེ་ཚོར་རྒྱལ་ནས་སྟོར་བར་མཛོད།  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་ང་ཚོའི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་ལགས།

12  དེ་ཚོའི་མཆུ་ཏོར་སྡིག་པ་ཡོད།  དེ་ཚོའི་གཏམ་རྣམས་སྡིག་པས་གང་།  རང་གི་ང་རྒྱལ་གྱི་རྙི་ནང་ཚུད་པར་ཤོག།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དེ་ཚོས་དམོད་མོ་འདེབས་ཤིང་སྐྱག་རྫུན་བཤད།

13  རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོའི་ངང་དུ་དེ་ཚོར་ཚར་གཅོད་མཛོད། དེ་ཚོར་རྩ་མེད་བཟོས་པར་མཛོད།  དེ་ནས་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ཐོག།  རྒྱལ་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་བ་ཚང་མས་ཤེས་པར་འགྱུར།  ཁོང་གི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཡོངས་སུ་ཁྱབ་འགྱུར།

14  ངེད་ཀྱི་དགྲ་རྣམས་དགོང་དྲོ་ལོག་ནས་ཡོང་།  དེ་ཚོ་ཁྱི་བཞིན་ངར་ནས་གྲོང་གི་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་འཁྱམས།

15  དེ་རྣམས་ཁ་ཟས་འཚོལ་ཀྱང་མ་རྙེད་པས། ངར་ངར་ངུར་ངུར་བྱེད་མཁན་ཁྱི་དང་འདྲ།

16  འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་སྐོར་ལ་གླུ་ལེན་ནོ།  རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེའི་སྐོར་ལ་སྔ་དྲོ་སྐད་ཤུགས་ཆེན་པོས་གླུ་ལེན་ནོ།  དཀའ་ངལ་དུས་སུ་ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྐྱབས་གནས་འགྱུར།

17  ང་ཡི་སྲོག་སྐྱོབ་མཁན་ཁྱེད་ལ་ང་ནི་བསྟོད་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།  ང་ཡི་སྐྱབས་གནས་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན།  ང་ལ་བརྩེ་བ་གནང་མཁན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན༎

 

1 Deliver me from my enemies, O my God; protect me from those who rise up against me; 2 deliver me from those who work evil, and save me from bloodthirsty men.

3 For behold, they lie in wait for my life; fierce men stir up strife against me. For no transgression or sin of mine, O Lord, 4 for no fault of mine, they run and make ready. Awake, come to meet me, and see!

5 You, Lord God of hosts, are God of Israel. Rouse yourself to punish all the nations; spare none of those who treacherously plot evil. Selah

6 Each evening they come back, howling like dogs and prowling about the city.

7 There they are, bellowing with their mouths with swords in their lips— for “Who,” they think, “will hear us?”

8 But you, O Lord, laugh at them; you hold all the nations in derision.

9 O my Strength, I will watch for you, for you, O God, are my fortress.

10 My God in his steadfast love will meet me; God will let me look in triumph on my enemies.

11 Kill them not, lest my people forget; make them totter by your power and bring them down, O Lord, our shield!

12 For the sin of their mouths, the words of their lips, let them be trapped in their pride. For the cursing and lies that they utter, 13 consume them in wrath; consume them till they are no more, that they may know that God rules over Jacob to the ends of the earth. Selah

14 Each evening they come back, howling like dogs and prowling about the city.

15 They wander about for food and growl if they do not get their fill.

16 But I will sing of your strength; I will sing aloud of your steadfast love in the morning. For you have been to me a fortress and a refuge in the day of my distress.

17 O my Strength, I will sing praises to you, for you, O God, are my fortress, the God who shows me steadfast love.

 

གསུང་མགུར 58 – Psalm 58

1  ཁྱེད་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཁྲིམས་དྲང་པོའི་ཐག་གཅོད་ནི་ནམ་བཅོད་དམ།  ཁྱེད་རྣམས་དྲང་པོའི་ཐོག་ནས་མི་ཚོར་ཁྲིམས་གཅོད་དམ།

2  མ་ཡིན།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ངན་པ་གང་ཡིན་བྱེད་ཐུབ་པའི་བསམ་བློ་འཁོར།  ཡུལ་ནང་དྲག་ཤུལ་གྱིས་ཟིངས་འཁྲུགས་བཅོལ།

3  མི་ངན་འདི་ཚོ་ཚེ་གང་ལས་ངན་བྱས།  དེ་ཚོས་སྐྱེས་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་རྫུན་གཏམ་སྨྲ།

4  དེ་ཚོ་སྦྲུལ་དང་འདྲ་བ་དུག་གིས་གང་།  དེ་ཚོ་དུག་སྦྲུལ་འོན་པ་ཞིག་ལྟར་རྣ་བ་བཀབ་བོ།

5  དེ་ཡིས་སྦྲུལ་འགུགས་མཁན་མི་སྐད་འདྲ།  ཡང་ན་སྤྱང་དྲུང་སྒྱུ་མ་མཁན་གྱི་ངན་སྔགས་ལ་མི་ཐོས།

6  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་འཇིགས་རུང་སེང་གེའི་སོ་རྣམས་གཅོག་པར་མཛོད།

7  དེ་ཚོ་འཛག་པའི་ཆུ་ལྟར་ཡལ་བ་དང་།  ལམ་དུ་ཡོད་པའི་རྩྭ་ངན་འདྲ་དེ་ཚོ་བརྫིས།

8  དེ་ཚོ་འདམ་ནང་ཡལ་ནས་འགྲོ་བའི་སྐྱོགས་ལྟོ་འབུ་དང་འདྲ།  འོད་ནི་ནམ་ཡང་མི་མཐོང་བའི་སྐྱེས་དུས་ནས་ཤི་བའི་ཕྲུ་གུ་ལྟ་བུ་དེ་ཚ་ཡོང་བར་ཤོག།

9  མ་ཤེས་སྔོན་དུ་རྩྭ་ངན་འདྲ་བ་བཅད།  གསོན་པོ་ཡོད་དུས་དཀོན་མཆོག་རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོ་དྲག་པོའི་ནང་།  དེ་ཚོར་རླུང་གིས་ལྟར་འབུད་གནང་ངོ།

10  སྡིག་སྤྱོད་རྣམས་ལ་ཉེས་ཆད་ཕོག་དུས་དྲང་བདེན་རྣམས་ནི་དགའ།  མི་ངན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཁྲག་ནང་རང་གི་རྐང་པས་འགྲུལ།

11  དྲང་བདེན་མི་ཚོར་བདེན་པར་བྱ་དགའ་ཐོབ་ཟེར་མི་ཚོས་ཟེར།  འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཞལ་ཆེ་གཅོད་པར་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཅིག་ནི་བདེན་པར་བཞུགས་ཡོད་དོ༎

 

 

1 Do you indeed decree what is right, you gods? Do you judge the children of man uprightly?

2 No, in your hearts you devise wrongs; your hands deal out violence on earth.

3 The wicked are estranged from the womb; they go astray from birth, speaking lies.

4 They have venom like the venom of a serpent, like the deaf adder that stops its ear, 5 so that it does not hear the voice of charmers or of the cunning enchanter.

6 O God, break the teeth in their mouths; tear out the fangs of the young lions, O Lord!

7 Let them vanish like water that runs away; when he aims his arrows, let them be blunted.

8 Let them be like the snail that dissolves into slime, like the stillborn child who never sees the sun.

9 Sooner than your pots can feel the heat of thorns, whether green or ablaze, may he sweep them away!

10 The righteous will rejoice when he sees the vengeance; he will bathe his feet in the blood of the wicked.

11 Mankind will say, “Surely there is a reward for the righteous; surely there is a God who judges on earth.”
