གསུང་མགུར 53 – Psalm 53

1  གླེན་པའི་སེམས་ནང་དཀོན་མཆོག་མེད་ཅེས་ཟེར།  དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་ལྷད་ཅན་ཡིན།  དེ་ཚོས་འཇིགས་སུ་རུང་བའི་ལས་རྣམས་བྱེད་ཡོད་ཅིང་།  བདེན་པའི་ལས་རྣམས་བྱེད་མཁན་སུ་ཡང་མེད།

2  ཤེས་རབ་ཅན་དང་ཁོང་ལ་མཆོད་མཁན་སུ་ཡོད་དམ།  དཀོན་མཆོག་མཐོ་རིས་གནས་ནས་མི་རིགས་འཚོལ་ཕྱིར་གཟིགས།

3  འོན་ཀྱང་དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་ཁོང་ནས་ཁ་སྒྱུར་ཡོད།  དེ་ཚོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དེ་བཞིན་ངན་པ་ཡིན།  བདེན་པའི་ལས་རྣམས་བྱེད་མཁན་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མེད།

4  དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་བཀའ་དྲི་གནང་བ།  དེ་ཚོས་ཅི་ཡང་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མེད་དམ།  ལས་ངན་བྱེད་མཁན་དེ་ཚོ་བླུན་རྨོངས་ཅན་ཡིན་ནམ།  དེ་ཚོས་ངའི་འབངས་བཅོམ་ནས་འཚོ་བ་སྐྱེལ།  ང་ལ་ནམ་ཡང་སྨོན་ལམ་མི་འདེབས་སོ།

5  འོན་ཀྱང་དེ་ཚོར་འཇིགས་སྣང་བྱུང་བར་འགྱུར།  དེ་འདྲའི་འཇིགས་སྣང་ནམ་ཡང་བྱུང་མེད་དེ།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ནི།  རང་གི་འབངས་ཀྱི་དགྲ་ཚོའི་རུས་པ་སྟོར་བ་གནང་།དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་དེ་ཚོར་སྤངས་ཡོད་ཅིང་།  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་ནི་དེ་ཚོར་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཐོབ།

6  ཛི་ཡོན་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ང་ཡི་ཇི་ཙམ་མང་བ་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས།  རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ཕྱོགས་སུ་སླེབས་པར་ཤོག།  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་སྐྱར་དུ་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ལ།  ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་གནང་དུས་དེ་ཚོ་ཇི་འདྲ་དགའ་བར་འགྱུར༎

 

 

1 The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, doing abominable iniquity; there is none who does good.

2 God looks down from heaven on the children of man to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God.

3 They have all fallen away; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one.

4 Have those who work evil no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and do not call upon God?

5 There they are, in great terror, where there is no terror! For God scatters the bones of him who encamps against you; you put them to shame, for God has rejected them.

6 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When God restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.

 

 

གསུང་མགུར 52 – Psalm 52

1  སྟོབས་ཆེན་མི་རང་གི་ལས་ངན་ཅི་ལ་ངོམ།  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་དམ་ཚིག་མཐའ་བར་གནས།

2  གཞན་ལ་འཇིག་པའི་བྱུས་ངན་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་བྱས།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ལྕེ་ནི་རྣོ་བའི་གྲི་དང་འདྲ།

ཁྱོད་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་རྫུན་གཏམ་བཟོ་བཞིན་ཡོད།

3  བཟང་པོ་ལས་ཀྱང་ངན་པར་དགའ།  བདེན་པའི་གཏམ་ལས་རྫུན་གྱི་གཏམ་ལ་དགའ།

4  ཁྱོད་རྫུན་ཤོད་མཁན།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཚིག་གིས་གཞན་སེམས་སྐྱོ་བར་དགའ།

5  དེར་བརྟེན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱོད་ལ་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཆེད་དུ་ཚར་གཅོད་འགྱུར།

ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་བཟུང་ནས་ཁྱིམ་ནས་འཁྱེར་བར་གནང་།

གསོན་པོའི་ཡུལ་ནས་ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱིར་འབུད་གནང་།

6  དེ་ཚོ་མཐོང་ནས་དྲང་བདེན་མི་རྣམས་འཇིགས་པ་དང་།

དེ་ནས་དེ་ཚོས་ཁྱོད་ལ་གད་ཅིང་འདི་ལྟར་སྨྲས་པར་འགྱུར།

7  ལྟོས་ཤིག་འདི་རུ་འདི་འདྲའི་མི་ཞིག་ཡོད།  སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་ཕྱིར་དུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་བློ་མི་བཅོལ།

འོན་ཀྱང་རང་གི་རྒྱུ་དངོས་མང་པོར་བློ་བཅོལ་བྱས།  ངན་པའི་ནང་ན་ཁོ་ཡིས་རང་གི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བཙལ།

8  འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་མཆོད་ཁང་ནང་།  སྐྱེས་པའི་ཁ་སྐྱུར་ཤིང་གི་སྡོང་པོ་འདྲ་བ་ཡོད།

ཁོང་གི་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེར་མཐའ་མའི་བར་དུ་བློ་གཏད་བྱས།

9  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཇི་ལྟར་མཛད་པ་ལ།  དེའི་ཕྱིར་ང་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཁྱེད་ལ་གཏང་རག་འབུལ།

ཁྱེད་ནི་བཟང་པོ་ཡིན་ཟེར་ངས་ནི།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མདུན་དུ་དཔང་པོ་བྱ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན༎

 

 

1 Why do you boast of evil, O mighty man? The steadfast love of God endures all the day.

2 Your tongue plots destruction, like a sharp razor, you worker of deceit.

3 You love evil more than good, and lying more than speaking what is right. Selah

4 You love all words that devour, O deceitful tongue.

5 But God will break you down forever; he will snatch and tear you from your tent; he will uproot you from the land of the living. Selah

6 The righteous shall see and fear, and shall laugh at him, saying,

7 “See the man who would not make God his refuge, but trusted in the abundance of his riches and sought refuge in his own destruction!”

8 But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God. I trust in the steadfast love of God forever and ever.

9 I will thank you forever, because you have done it. I will wait for your name, for it is good, in the presence of the godly.

1  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེས་ང་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་གནང།

རླབས་ཆེན་སྙིང་རྗེས་ང་ཡི་སྡིག་པ་སེལ་བར་མཛོད།

2  ང་ཡི་ངན་པ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཁྲུས་གནང་ནས།  སྡིག་པ་ཀུན་ལས་ང་ལ་གཙང་བར་མཛོད།

3  ང་ཡི་ཉེས་སྡིག་ང་ཡི་ངོས་ལེན་བྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཡོད།  ང་ཡི་སྡིག་པ་རྒྱུན་དུ་ངའི་མདུན་ཡོད།

4  ཁྱེད་དང་འགལ་བའི་ང་ཡི་སྡིག་པ་གྱིས།  ཁྱེད་མདུན་ངན་པ་ཇི་ཡིན་ང་ཡི་བྱས།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་ཁྲིམས་གཅོད་གནང་བ་ལེགས།  ང་ལ་སྐྱོན་བཛོད་གནང་བ་དྲང་བདེན་ཡིན།

5  ང་ནི་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཉིན་མོ་དེ་ནས་བཟུང་ངན་པ་ཡིན།

མངལ་ནང་ཆགས་པའི་དུས་ནས་སྡིག་ཅན་འགྱུར་ཡོད་དོ།

6  ཁྱེད་ནི་དྲང་ཞིང་བདེན་པར་ཐུགས་མཉེས་ཏེ།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་ནི་ངའི་སེམས་གང་བར་མཛོད།

7  ང་ལ་སྡིག་སེལ་གནང་ཤིག་ང་ནི་གཙང་བར་འགྱུར།  ང་ལ་ཁྲུས་ནས་ཁ་བ་ལས་ཀྱང་དཀར་པོར་འགྱུར།

8  དགའ་ཞིང་དགའ་མགུའི་སྒྲ་རྣམས་ངས་ཐོས་ཤོག།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་དུམ་བུར་བཟོས་ཀྱང་ང་སླར་ཡང་དགའ་བར་འགྱུར།

9  ང་ཡི་སྡིག་པར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་བཙུམ་རོགས་གནང།

ངའི་ནང་ཡོད་པའི་ལས་ངན་ཚང་མ་སེལ་བར་མཛོད།

10  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ངའི་ནང་སེམས་གཙང་མ་བཀོད་རོགས་གནང་།

ངའི་ནང་སེམས་ཉིད་གསར་པ་དང་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན་གནང་རོགས་གནང་།

11  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲུང་ནས་ང་ལ་ཕྱིར་འབུད་མ་གནང་རོགས།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དམ་པའི་ཐུགས་ཉིད་ང་ནས་མ་བསྣམས་རོགས།

12  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཐར་པའི་དགའ་བ་སྐྱར་དུ་ང་ལ་གནོང་།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ང་ལ་སྲུང་འདོད་གནང་བར་མཛོད།

13  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་སྡིག་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་བསླབ་ཀྱིས་ཡིན།

དེ་ནས་དེ་ཚོ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཕྱིར་ལོག་ཡོང་།

14  དཀོན་མོཆག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ངའི་སྲོག་སྐྱོབ་རོགས་གནང་།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲང་བདེན་སྐོར་ལ་དགའ་ཞིང་ཁྱབ་བསྒྲགས་བྱས་ཀྱི་ཡིན།

15  གཙོ་བོ་ང་ལ་གཏམ་གླེང་བྱ་རྒྱུ་རོགས་པ་གནང་།  དེའི་ཕྱིར་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔགས་སོ།

16  ཁྱེད་ནི་དམར་མཆོད་ལ་མི་མཉེས།  དེ་མིན་ངས་དེ་འབུལ་ལོ།

སྦྱིན་སྲེག་གི་འབུལ་བ་ལའང་ཁྱེད་མི་མཉེས།

17  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  སྙིམ་ཆུང་སེམས་ཉིད་ནི་ང་ཡི་དམར་མཆོད་ཡིན།

སྙིམ་ཆུང་འགྱོད་སེམས་ཅན་ལ་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སྤངས་མི་ཡོང།

18  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཛི་ཡོན་ཐོག་ཏུ།  ཐུགས་རྗེ་གཟིགས་ནས་དེ་ལ་རོགས་གནང་།

ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་གྱི་ནི་རྩིག་པ་གསར་བཟོ་མཛོད།

19  དེ་ནས་ཁྱེད་ནི་འོས་པའི་དམར་མཆོད་རྣམས་ལ་ཐུགས་མཉེས་ཤིང་།

སྦྱིན་སྲེག་དམར་མཆོད་རྣམས་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཐུགས་མཉེས།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་ཁྲིར་གླང་གི་དམར་མཆོད་འབུལ་བར་འགྱུར༎

 

 

1 Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions.

2 Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin!

3 For I know my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me.

4 Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you may be justified in your words and blameless in your judgment.

5 Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.

6 Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart.

7 Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.

8 Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones that you have broken rejoice.

9 Hide your face from my sins, and blot out all my iniquities.

10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.

11 Cast me not away from your presence, and take not your Holy Spirit from me.

12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.

13 Then I will teach transgressors your ways, and sinners will return to you.

14 Deliver me from blood-guiltiness, O God, O God of my salvation, and my tongue will sing aloud of your righteousness.

15 O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise.

16 For you will not delight in sacrifice, or I would give it; you will not be pleased with a burnt offering.

17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.

18 Do good to Zion in your good pleasure; build up the walls of Jerusalem; 19 then will you delight in right sacrifices, in burnt offerings and whole burnt offerings; then bulls will be offered on your altar.
