གསུང་མགུར 100 – Psalm 100

1  ས་གཞི་ཡོངས་ཀྱིས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག།

2  དགའ་བའི་ངང་ནས་ཁོང་ལ་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ།  དགའ་ཞིང་མགུར་མ་ལེན་ནས་ཁོང་དྲུང་ཤོག།

3  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན་པ་ཁས་ལེན་ཅིག།  ང་ཚོ་ཁོང་གིས་བཟོས་པས་ང་ཚོ་ཁོང་གི་ཡིན།  ང་ཚོ་ཁོང་གི་མི་འབངས་དང་ལུག་ཚོགས་ཡིན།

4  ཁོང་གི་མཆོད་ཁང་སྒོར་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་ནས་འཛུལ།  དེའི་ཁྱམས་རར་བསྟོད་བསྔགས་ལེན་བཞིན་སོང་།  གཏང་རག་འབུལ་ཞིང་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ནི་བཟང་ཞིང་།  ཁོང་གི་བྱམས་པ་མཐའ་མེད་དོ།  ཁོང་གི་དམ་ལྡན་ཚུལ་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་གནས༎

 

 

1 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!

2 Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!

3 Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!

5 For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

 

གསུང་མགུར 99 – Psalm 99

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ནི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡིན།  མི་རྣམས་ནི་ཐམས་ཅད་འདར་བཞིན་འདུག།  ཁོང་ཀེ་རུབ་རྣམས་སྟེང་དུ་རྒྱལ་ཁྲིར་བཞུགས་ཡོད། ས་གཞི་འགུལ་བཞིན་འདུག།

2  ཛི་ཡོན་དུ་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཀུན་དབང་ལགས།  ཁོང་ནི་མི་རིགས་ཀུན་ཐོག་ཆེས་མཐོ་ཡིན།

3  ཚང་མས་ཁོང་གི་མཚན་ཆེན་དང་གཟི་བརྗིད་ལྡན་པར་བསྟོད།  ཁོང་ནི་དམ་པ་ཡིན།

4  ཀུན་དབང་ལྡན་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་བདེན་པ་ཡིན་པར་གཅེས་འཛིན་གནང་།  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ཁྲོད་དུ་ཞལ་ཆེ་བརྟན་པོར་བཙུགས།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲང་བདེན་དང་དྲང་པོ་འཁྲིད།

5  ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད།  ཁོང་གི་རྒྱལ་ཁྲིའི་མདུན་དུ་མཆོད།  ཁོང་ནི་དམ་པ་ཡིན།

6  མོ་ཤེས་དང་ནི་ཨ་རོན་ཁོང་གི་བླ་མ་ཡིན།  ཁོང་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་མཁན་གཅིག་དེ་ཤ་མུ་ཨེལ་ཡིན།  དེ་ཚོས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ཞུས་པས་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་།

7  ཁོང་གིས་སྤྲིན་གྱི་ཀ་བའི་ནང་ནས་དེ་ཚོར་གསུང་གླེང་གནང་།  ཁོང་གི་གནང་བའི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་དེ་ཚོས་སྲུང་།

8  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མི་འབངས་ཚོར་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དེ་ཚོར་སྡིག་པའི་ཉེས་ཆད་གནང་ན་ཡང་།  ཁྱེད་ནི་སྡིག་སེལ་གནང་མཁན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན་པ་དེ་ཚོར་སྟོན།

9  ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད།  ཁོང་གི་རི་བོ་དམ་པར་མཆོད་པར་འབུལ།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ནི་དམ་པ་ཡིན༎

 

 

1 The Lord reigns; let the peoples tremble! He sits enthroned upon the cherubim; let the earth quake!

2 The Lord is great in Zion; he is exalted over all the peoples.

3 Let them praise your great and awesome name! Holy is he!

4 The King in his might loves justice. You have established equity; you have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.

5 Exalt the Lord our God; worship at his footstool! Holy is he!

6 Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel also was among those who called upon his name. They called to the Lord, and he answered them.

7 In the pillar of the cloud he spoke to them; they kept his testimonies and the statute that he gave them.

8 O Lord our God, you answered them; you were a forgiving God to them, but an avenger of their wrongdoings.

9 Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy mountain; for the Lord our God is holy!

 

གསུང་མགུར 98 – Psalm 98

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་མགུར་མ་གསར་པ་ལེན།  ཁོང་གིས་མཚར་ཆེ་བའི་བྱ་བ་གནང་།  རང་གི་དམ་པའི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ཁོང་ནི་རྒྱལ།

2  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་རང་གི་རྒྱལ་ཁའི་སྐོར་ལ་སྒྲགས།  སྐྱོབ་ཐུབ་པའི་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཀྱི་སྐོར་ལ་ཁོང་རང་གིས།  མི་རིགས་ཀུན་ལ་ཁོང་གིས་གསུངས་གནང་མཛད།

3  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ཆེད་དུ་ཡོད་པའི་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་དང་།  དམ་ཚིག་སྒོ་ནས་དེ་ཚོ་མཉམ་དུ་གནང་བའི་དམ་བཅའ་བཞག།  ས་གནས་ཀུན་གྱི་མི་རྣམས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ནས།  ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཐོབ་པ་མཐོང་།

4  འཇིག་རྟེན་ཀུན་གྱི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་དགའ་གླུ་ལེན། དགའ་བའི་གླུ་དང་སྒྲ་ཡི་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག།  པི་ཝང་བཏང་ནས་མགུར་མ་ལེན།

6  དུང་དང་རག་དུང་སོགས་ཀྱི་ང་རོ་སྒྲོག།  ང་ཚོའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔོགས་ཤིག།

7  མཚོ་དང་དེའི་ནང་ཡོད་སྲོག་ཆགས་ཚང་མས་ངར་སྐད་རྒྱོབ་ཅིག།  ས་གཞི་དང་དེའི་ནང་གནས་ཚང་མས་དགའ་གླུ་ལེན།

8  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་དྲུང་དུ་གཙང་པོ་རྣམས་ལག་པ་རྡོབས།  རི་རྣམས་ཕྱོགས་གཅིག་བྱེད་ནས་དགའ་བའི་ངང་གླུ་ལེན།

9  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁོང་ནི་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་ཕྱིར་ས་གཞིར་ཕེབས།  ཁོང་གིས་དྲང་པོའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཁྲིམས་དྲང་ལྟར།  ས་གཞིའི་མིའི་ཐོག་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་བསྐྱངས༎

 

 

1 Oh sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him.

2 The Lord has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations.

3 He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

4 Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises!

5 Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre, with the lyre and the sound of melody!

6 With trumpets and the sound of the horn make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord!

7 Let the sea roar, and all that fills it; the world and those who dwell in it!

8 Let the rivers clap their hands; let the hills sing for joy together 9 before the Lord, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with equity.
