གསུང་མགུར 54 – Psalm 54

1  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་རོགས་གནང་།  རང་གི་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་ཐར་པ་གནོང་།

2  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ང་ཡི་སྨོན་ལམ་གསན་རོགས་གནང་།  ང་ཡི་ཞུས་པའི་ཚིག་རྣམས་ལ་གསན་རོགས་གནང་།

3  མི་ང་རྒྱལ་ཅན་རྣམས་ང་ལ་འཐབ་ཕྱིར་ཡོང་བ་དང་།  མི་དྲག་ཤུལ་ཅན་ཚོས་ང་ལ་གསོད་ཐབས་བྱས།  མི་དེ་ཚོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་སྐོར་དོ་སྣང་མི་བྱེད་དོ།

4  འོན་ཀྱང་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་རོགས་གནང་མཁན་དང་།  གཙོ་བོ་ང་ཡི་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་གནང་མཁན་ཡིན།

5  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་དེ་ཚོའི་རང་གི་ལས་ངན་སྒོ་ནས་དགྲ་བོར་ཉེས་ཆད་གནང་།  ཁོང་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན་ཡིན་པས་དེ་ཚོ་ཚར་གཅོད་འགྱུར།

6  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ང་ནི་དགའ་ཞིང་ཁྱེད་ལ་དམར་མཆོད་འབུལ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།  ཁྱེད་ནི་བཟང་པོ་ཡིན་པས་ངས་ནི་བཏང་རག་འབུལ།

7  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཡོངས་ལས་སྐྱོབ་གནང་ཡོད།  རང་གི་དགྲ་རྣམས་ཕམ་པ་ང་ཡིས་མཐོང་ཡོད་དོ༎

 

 

1 O God, save me by your name, and vindicate me by your might.

2 O God, hear my prayer; give ear to the words of my mouth.

3 For strangers have risen against me; ruthless men seek my life; they do not set God before themselves. Selah

4 Behold, God is my helper; the Lord is the upholder of my life.

5 He will return the evil to my enemies; in your faithfulness put an end to them.

6 With a freewill offering I will sacrifice to you; I will give thanks to your name, O Lord, for it is good.

7 For he has delivered me from every trouble, and my eye has looked in triumph on my enemies.
