གསུང་མགུར 56 – Psalm 56

1  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་གནང་རོགས་གནང།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དགྲ་བོས་ངའི་སྟེང་རྒོལ།  དེ་ཚོས་ང་ལ་རྒྱུན་དུ་སྡུག་པོ་གཏོང་།

2  རྒོལ་མི་དེ་ཚོས་ང་དང་ཉིན་གང་འཐབ།  ང་དང་འཐབ་མཁན་དེ་ཚོ་མང་པོ་འདུག།

3  ང་ལ་འཇིགས་སྣང་བྱུང་བའི་དུས་སྐབས་སུ།  ཀྱེ་ཀུན་དབང་ལྡན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཡོད།

4  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་བྱེད་པས་ང་མི་འཇིགས།  ཁོང་གི་དམ་བཅའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་ངས་ཁོང་བསྟོད།  འགྲོ་བ་མིས་ང་ལ་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱེད་ཐུབ་བམ།

5  དགྲ་བོས་ང་ལ་ཉིན་གང་སྡུག་པོ་གཏོང་།  རྒྱུན་དུ་དེ་ཚོས་ང་ལ་ངན་བྱུས་བརྩམ།

6  དེ་ཚོ་གསང་བའི་ས་གནས་ཁག་ཏུ་འཛོམས།  ང་ལ་གསོད་ཕྱིར་ངའི་བྱས་པ་ཚང་མ་དེ་ཚོས་བལྟ།

7  དེ་ཚོའི་ངན་པའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་དེ་ཚོར་ཉེས་ཆད་གནང་ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཁྲོའི་ངང་དེ་ཚོར་ཕམ་པར་གནང།

8  ང་ནི་དཀའ་ངལ་ནང་ཚུད་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མཁྱེན། ང་ཡི་མིག་ཆུའི་ཐོ་འགོད་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་འཇོག་གནང་ཡོད།  ཐོ་དེ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དེབ་ནང་བཞག་མེད་དམ།

9  ང་ཡི་ཁྱེད་ལ་ཞུ་འབོད་བྱེད་པའི་ཉིན།  ང་ཡི་དགྲ་བོ་དེ་ཚོ་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར།  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ནི་ངའི་ཕྱོགས་ཡོད་པ་ཤེས།

10  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་དམ་བཅར་བསྟོད་བསྔགས་ཕུལ་གྱིས་ཡོད།

11  ཁོང་ནང་བློ་བཅོལ་བྱེད་པས་ང་མི་འཇིགས།  འགྲོ་བ་མིས་ང་ལ་ཅི་ཞིག་བྱེད་ཐུབ་བམ།

12  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་དམ་བཅའ་གང་བྱས་པ།  དེ་ཚོ་ང་ཡི་ཁྱེད་ལ་འབུལ་གྱི་ཡིན། ངེད་ཀྱི་ཁྱེད་ལ་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་བར་འགྱུར།

13  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་འཆི་བ་ལས།  ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་ཤིང་ཕམ་རྒུད་བྱུང་བཅུག་མེད།  དེའི་ཕྱིར་ང་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲུང་།  གསོན་པོ་དེ་ཚོའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་འོད་ཟེར་ནང་འགྲུལ་གྱི་ཡིན༎

 

 

1 Be gracious to me, O God, for man tramples on me; all day long an attacker oppresses me; 2 my enemies trample on me all day long, for many attack me proudly.

3 When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. 4 In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?

5 All day long they injure my cause; all their thoughts are against me for evil.

6 They stir up strife, they lurk; they watch my steps, as they have waited for my life.

7 For their crime will they escape? In wrath cast down the peoples, O God!

8 You have kept count of my tossings; put my tears in your bottle. Are they not in your book?

9 Then my enemies will turn back in the day when I call. This I know, that God is for me. 10 In God, whose word I praise, in the Lord, whose word I praise, 11 in God I trust; I shall not be afraid. What can man do to me?

12 I must perform my vows to you, O God; I will render thank offerings to you.

13 For you have delivered my soul from death, yes, my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.
