གསུང་མགུར 62 – Psalm 62

1  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་པའི་ཕྱིར།  ང་ནི་བཟོ་སྲན་གྱིས་སྒུག་བསྡད་ཡོད།  ང་ནི་ཁོང་ལ་གཅིག་པོར་བློ་བཅོལ་ལོ།

2  ཁོང་གཅིག་པོའི་ང་ལ་སྲུང་ཞིང་སྐྱབས།  ཁོང་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྲུང་མཁན་ཡིན་པས་ང་ནམ་ཡང་མི་ཕམ།

3  སྟོབས་མེད་མི་དེ་གཞིག་པའི་ར་བ་འདྲ།  ཁྱོད་ཚོ་ནམ་བར་དེ་ལ་ཕར་རྒོལ་བྱེད།

4  ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཁོ་ལ་གོ་གནས་ཕབ་པར་འདོད།  ཁྱོད་ཚོ་རྫུན་གྱི་གཏམ་ལ་དགའ་བ་དང་།  ཁྱོད་ཚོས་བྱིན་རླབས་གཏམ་སོགས་སྨྲ་ན་ཡང་།  སེམས་ནང་ཁོ་ལ་སྨོན་ལོག་འདེབས་ཀྱིས་ཡོད།

5  ང་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཅིག་པུར་བློས་འཁེལ་ཞིང་།  ང་ནི་ཁོང་ལ་རེ་བ་བཅོལ་གྱི་ཡོད།

6  ཁོང་གཅིག་པོའི་ང་ལ་སྲུང་ཞིང་སྐྱབས།  ཁོང་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྲུང་མཁན་ཡིན་པས་ང་ནམ་ཡང་མི་ཕམ།

7  ང་ཡི་ཐར་ལམ་དང་ཆེ་བསྟོད་ཆེད།  ང་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བློ་བཀལ་གྱི་ཡོད།  ཁོང་ནི་ང་ཡི་དབང་ལྡན་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་ཡིན།  ཁོང་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྐྱབས་བཅོལ་ཞུ་གནས་ཡིན།

8  ང་ཡི་མི་རྣམས་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཁོང་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་ཞིག།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཁོང་ལ་ཞུས།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁོང་ནི་ང་ཚོའི་སྐྱབས་གནས་ཡིན།

9  མི་ཡི་སྲོག་ནི་དབུགས་ལེན་གཅིག་དང་འདྲ།  ཆེ་དང་ཆུང་བ་དོན་མེད་ཡིན་པ་དང་།  དེ་ཚོ་སྲང་ནང་འདེབས་ན་ལྗིད་ཚད་མེད།  དེ་ཚོ་དབུགས་ལས་ཀྱང་ཡང་བ་ཡོད་པ་ཡིན།

10  དྲག་ཤུལ་ལ་ཡིད་གཏན་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག།  འཕྲོག་བཅོམ་སྒོ་ནས་ཁེ་བཟང་གང་ཞིག་ཐོབ་པའི་རེ་བ་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག།  ནོར་རྣམས་འཕེལ་ཀྱང་དེ་ལ་བློས་མ་བཀལ།

11  ཐེངས་གཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་མིན་པར་ཐེངས་མང་པོར།  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་དབང་ནི་ཁོང་གི་ཡིན་པ་དང།

12  ཁོང་གི་བརྩེ་བ་རྒྱུན་དུ་གཅིག་རང་ཡིན་ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ང་ཡིས་ཐོས།  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་ཁྱེད་རང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཚང་མ་ལ།  རང་གི་ལས་བཞིན་འབྲས་བུ་གནང་ངོ༎

 

 

1 For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.

2 He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken.

3 How long will all of you attack a man to batter him, like a leaning wall, a tottering fence?

4 They only plan to thrust him down from his high position. They take pleasure in falsehood. They bless with their mouths, but inwardly they curse. Selah

5 For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.

6 He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be shaken.

7 On God rests my salvation and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God.

8 Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah

9 Those of low estate are but a breath; those of high estate are a delusion; in the balances they go up; they are together lighter than a breath.

10 Put no trust in extortion; set no vain hopes on robbery; if riches increase, set not your heart on them.

11 Once God has spoken; twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God, 12 and that to you, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For you will render to a man according to his work.
