གསུང་མགུར 121 – Psalm 121

1  རི་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ངའི་མིག་ཡར་ལ་འདེགས།  ང་ལ་མགོན་སྐྱབས་ས་ཕྱོགས་གང་ནས་སླེབས་ཡོང་ངམ།

2  མཐོ་རིས་དང་ས་གཞི་བཀོད་མཁན་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ནས། ང་ཡི་མགོན་སྐྱབས་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར།

3  ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ནམ་ཡང་རིལ་མི་འཇུག།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བསྲུང་མཁན་ཁོང་ནི་ནམ་ཡང་མནལ་ཅོག་གཟིམ་མི་འགྱུར།

4  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་གྱི་བསྲུང་མཁན་ཁོང་ཉིད་ནི། མནལ་ཅོག་གཟིམ་ནས་ནམ་ཡང་བཞུགས་མི་འགྱུར།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་གནང་།  ཁོང་ནི་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྲུང་ཕྱིར་ཁྱོད་ཕྱོགས་བཞུགས་ཡོད་དོ།

6  ཉིན་མོར་ཉི་མས་ཁྱོད་ལ་གནོད་འཚེ་མི་བྱེད་དོ། མཚན་མོར་ཟླ་བས་ཁྱོད་ལ་གནོད་འཚེ་མི་བྱེད་དོ།

7  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་འཇིགས་པ་ཀུན་ལས་སྐྱབས་གནང་ཞིང་།  ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཁམས་བཟང་འཇོག་པར་འགྱུར།

8  ཁྱོད་ནི་ཕྱི་ལ་ཐོན་ཞིང་ནང་དུ་འཛུལ་བ་དང་།  ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ད་ལྟ་དང་རྒྱུན་དུ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་གནང་བར་འགྱུར༎

 

 

1 I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come?

2 My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

3 He will not let your foot be moved; he who keeps you will not slumber.

4 Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand.

6 The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord will keep you from all evil; he will keep your life.

8 The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

 

གསུང་མགུར 120 – Psalm 120

1  ང་ནི་དཀའ་ངལ་སྐབས་སུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བོས་པ་དང།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་བྱུང་ངོ་།

2  རྫུན་གྱི་མཆུ་ལྟོ་དང་ནི་གཡོ་སྒྱུ་ཅན་གྱི་ལྕེ་ལས།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།

3  ཁྱོད་རྫུན་སྨྲས་མཁན་ཚོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་ཅི་ཞིག་གནང་ཡོང་ངམ།  ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་ཉེས་ཆད་ཇི་འདྲ་ཞིག་ནི་གཏོང་གནང་ངམ།

4  དམག་མིའི་མདའ་རྣོ་བོ་དང་མེ་འབར་བཞིན་པའི་སོལ་བས།  ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོར་ཉེས་ཆད་བཏང་གནང་བར་འགྱུར།

5  ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་ཁྲོད་དུ་སྡོད་རྒྱུ་དེ་ནི་མེ་ཤེག་དུ་ཡང་ན་ཀེ་དར་ཡི་མི་རྣམས་ཀྱི།  ཁྲོད་དུ་སྡོད་པ་བཞིན་ངན་པ་འདུག།

6  ཞི་བདེར་ཞེན་ལོག་བྱེད་མཁན་ཚོ་དང་མཉམ་དུ་ནི། ང་ནི་ཡུན་ཧ་ཅང་རིང་པོ་བསྡད་པ་ཡིན།

7  ང་ཡི་ཞི་བདེའི་ཆེད་དུ་གཏམ་བྱེད་སྐབས།  དེ་ཚོ་འཐབ་འཛིང་བྱེད་པར་གྲ་སྒྲིག་བྱས་བཞིན་འདུག།

 

 

1 In my distress I called to the Lord, and he answered me.

2 Deliver me, O Lord, from lying lips, from a deceitful tongue.

3 What shall be given to you, and what more shall be done to you, you deceitful tongue?

4 A warrior’s sharp arrows, with glowing coals of the broom tree!

5 Woe to me, that I sojourn in Meshech, that I dwell among the tents of Kedar!

6 Too long have I had my dwelling among those who hate peace.

7 I am for peace, but when I speak, they are for war!

169  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་སྐྱབས་ཕྱིར་ང་ཡི་འོད་ཁྱེད་དྲུང་སླེབས་པར་ཤོག།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཆེ་བཞིན་དུ་ང་ལ་བློ་གྲོས་གནང་བར་མཛོད།

170  ང་ཡི་སྨོན་ལམ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་གསོན་རོགས་གནང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ཆེ་བཞིན་དུ་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།

171  ང་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་འབུལ་གྱི་ཡིན།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ང་ལ་བསླབ་པའི་ཕྱིར།

172  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་སྐོར་ལ་མགུར་མ་ལེན།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་ནི་དྲང་པོ་ཡིན།

173  ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་ཕྱིར་རྒྱུན་དུ་གྲ་སྒྲིགས་བཞུགས་རོགས་གནང་།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྣམས་ང་ཡིས་སྲུང་།

174  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་པའི་རོགས་རམ་ཆེད་དུ་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ལ་སྒུག་བསྡད་ཡོད།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲམས་ནང་དུ་ང་ལ་དགའ་སྤྲོ་ཐོབ།

175  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ང་ལ་སྲོག་གནང་ང་ཡི་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་སློབ་སྟོན་ནང་ནས་ང་ལ་མགོན་སྐྱབས་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག།

176  རླག་པའི་ལུག་དང་འདྲ་བ་ང་ནི་འཁྱམས་བཞིན་ཡོད།  དེར་བརྟེན་ཕེབས་ནས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བྲན་གཡོག་ང་ལ་འཚོལ་བར་མཛོད།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་ངས་སྣང་མེད་དུ་བོར་མེད་དོ༎

 

 

169 Let my cry come before you, O Lord; give me understanding according to your word!

170 Let my plea come before you; deliver me according to your word.

171 My lips will pour forth praise, for you teach me your statutes.

172 My tongue will sing of your word, for all your commandments are right.

173 Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.

174 I long for your salvation, O Lord, and your law is my delight.

175 Let my soul live and praise you, and let your rules help me.

176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant, for I do not forget your commandments.
