གསུང་མགུར 126 – Psalm 126

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཚོ་ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་དུ།  ཕྱིར་ལོག་འཁྲིད་ཕེབས་གནང་བ་གནས་ཚུལ་དེ་གཉིད་ལམ་འདྲ་བ་འདུག།

2  ང་ཚོས་གད་ནས་དགའ་བའི་གླུ་དབྱངས་ལེན་པ་དང་།  མི་རིགས་གཞན་ཚོས་ང་ཚོའི་སྐོར་ལ་འདི་ལྟར་སྨྲས།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་དེ་ཚོའི་ཆེད་དུ་རླབས་ཆེན་གྱི་མཛད་པ་གནང་ངོ།

3  བདེན་པར་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཚོའི་ཆེད་དུ་རླབས་ཆེན་གྱི། མཛད་པ་གནང་བས་ང་ཚོར་དགའ་བ་ཐོབ།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གཙང་པོ་སྐམ་པོར་ཆར་པས་ཆུ་འཁྱེར་བ་ལྟར།  དེ་བཞིན་ང་ཚོར་ཡང་སྐྱར་དར་རྒྱས་ཡོང་བ་བཟོས་རོགས་གནང།

5  མཆི་མ་མཉམ་དུ་ས་བོན་འདེབས་མཁན་ཚོས། དགའ་བའི་སྒོ་ནས་སྟོན་ཐོག་དེ་ནི་རྔ་བར་འགྱུར།

6  ངུ་བཞིན་ས་བོན་འཁྱེར་ནས་འདེབས་པར་འགྲོ་མཁན་ཚོས།  དགའ་ཞིང་གླུ་དབྱངས་ལེན་བཞིན་སྟོན་ཐོག་བསྡུ་ནས་ལོག་ཡོང་བར་འགྱུར༎

 

 

1 When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dream.

2 Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.”

3 The Lord has done great things for us; we are glad.

4 Restore our fortunes, O Lord, like streams in the Negeb!

5 Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy!

6 He who goes out weeping, bearing the seed for sowing, shall come home with shouts of joy, bringing his sheaves with him.

 

གསུང་མགུར 125 – Psalm 125

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་བློས་བཅོལ་མཁན། དེ་ཚོ་ནི་ནམ་ཡང་མི་གཡོ་བ་དང་མི་སྒུལ་བའི་ཛི་ཡོན་རི་བོ་འདྲ།

2  ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་རི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་བ་ལྟར། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་རང་གི་མི་འབངས་ལ།  ད་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་རྒྱུན་དུ་བསྐོར་ནས་ཡོད།

3  དྲང་བདེན་གྱི་ཡུལ་དུ་ངན་པས་རྒྱུན་དུ་སྲིད་མི་སྐྱོང། དེ་འདྲ་བྱུང་ན་དྲང་བདེན་གྱིས་ངན་ལས་བྱས།

4  བཟང་པོ་བྱེད་ཅིང་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་སྲུང་མཁན་ལ།  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཟང་པོ་གནང་བར་མཛོད།

5  འོན་ཀྱང་ངན་པར་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ཉེས་ཆད་གནང་བའི་དུས།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་འགྲོ་ལམ་སྤངས་མིར་ཡང་ཉེས་ཆད་གནང་། ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ལ་ཞི་བདེ་ཡོང་བར་ཤོག།

 

 

1 Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever.

2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people, from this time forth and forevermore.

3 For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the land allotted to the righteous, lest the righteous stretch out their hands to do wrong.

4 Do good, O Lord, to those who are good, and to those who are upright in their hearts!

5 But those who turn aside to their crooked ways the Lord will lead away with evildoers! Peace be upon Israel!

 

གསུང་མགུར 124 – Psalm 124

1  ང་ཚོའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་མེད་པ་ཡིན་ན་ཅི་བྱུང་ཡོང་། ཀྱེ་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་ལན་རྒྱབ་ཤིག།

2  ང་ཚོའི་སྟེང་དུ་དགྲ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྒོལ་བའི་སྐབས། གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་མེད་ཡིན་ན།

3  ང་ཚོའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཡོད་པའི་འབར་བའི་ཁྲོ་བའི་ནང་།  དེ་ཚོས་ང་ཚོར་གསོན་པོར་གྱུར་མིག་གཏོང་བ་ཡོད།

4  དེ་ནས་ང་ཚོར་ཆུ་ལོག་ནང་དུ་འཁྱེར་བ་དང་། ཆུས་ང་ཚོར་བཀབ་པ་ཡོད།

5  འཁྲུགས་པའི་ཆུ་ཡི་རྦ་རླབ་ཀྱིས་ནི་ང་ཚོར་སྣུབ་པ་ཡོད།

6  ང་ཚོ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་བར་གྱིས།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཚོའི་དགྲ་བོར་ང་ཚོ་མེད་པར་བཟོས་བཅུག་མེད་དོ།

7  ཁྱི་རའི་རྙི་ལས་ཐར་བའི་བྱ་འདྲ་ང་ཚོ་ཐར། རྙི་ནི་རལ་བའི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་ང་ཚོ་ཐར་བ་ཡིན།

8  མཐོ་རིས་དང་ས་གཞི་བཀོད་མཁན་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ནས། ང་ཚོའི་མགོན་སྐྱབས་ཐོབ་ཀྱི་ཡོད༎

 

 

1 If it had not been the Lord who was on our side— let Israel now say— 2 if it had not been the Lord who was on our side when people rose up against us, 3 then they would have swallowed us up alive, when their anger was kindled against us; 4 then the flood would have swept us away, the torrent would have gone over us; 5 then over us would have gone the raging waters.

6 Blessed be the Lord, who has not given us as prey to their teeth!

7 We have escaped like a bird from the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we have escaped!

8 Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth.
