གསུང་མགུར 70 – Psalm 70

1  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་པར་མཛོད།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་ད་ལྟ་སྐབས་གྲོགས་གནང།

2  ང་ལ་གསོད་ཕྱིར་ཐབས་ཤེས་འཚོལ་མཁན་རྣམས།  ཕམ་པ་དང་ནི་མགོ་འཐོམ་པར་ཤོག།  ང་ལ་ཕན་པོ་བྱུང་བར་འདོད་མཁན་རྣམས།  ཕྱིར་ནུས་རྒྱབ་སྟེ་ངོ་ཚའི་ནང་ཚུད་ཤོག།

3  ང་ལ་འཕྱ་མཁན་རྣམས་ནི།  རང་གི་ཕམ་པའི་རྐྱེན་གྱི་ཡི་སྨུག་པར་ཤོག།

4  ཁྱེད་ཙར་ཡོང་མཁན་མི་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི་དགའ་བ་དང་མགུ་བར་ཤོག།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐར་ལམ་དེ་ལ་དྲིན་གཟོ་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནི།  དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ནི་ཇི་འདྲ་རླབས་ཆེན་ཟེར་རྒྱུན་དུ་སྨྲ་བར་ཤོག།

5  ང་ནི་དབུལ་བ་དང་ནི་འཕོང་ནས་ཡོད།  ང་ཡི་རྩ་རུ་མྱུར་ཕེབས་ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྐྱབས་མགོན་ཡིན་ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག།  ང་ལ་རོགས་བྱེད་ཕྱིར་མ་འགོར་མཛོད༎

 

 

1 Make haste, O God, to deliver me! O Lord, make haste to help me!

2 Let them be put to shame and confusion who seek my life! Let them be turned back and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt!

3 Let them turn back because of their shame who say, “Aha, Aha!”

4 May all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you! May those who love your salvation say evermore, “God is great!”

5 But I am poor and needy; hasten to me, O God! You are my help and my deliverer; O Lord, do not delay!
