གསུང་མགུར 86 – Psalm 86

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་ཞུ་བར་གསན་ནས་ལན་གནང་རོགས་གནང།  ང་ནི་མགོན་སྐྱབས་མེད་པའི་དབུལ་པོ་ཡིན།

2  འཆི་བ་ལས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཕྱོགས་དམ་ཚིག་ཅན་ཡོད།  ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་རོགས་གནང་གང་ལ་ཟེར་ན་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ཕྱི་ཡིན་པས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བློ་བཅོལ་ལོ།

3  ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཡི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན། དེའི་ཕྱིར་ང་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་གནང་དུ་གསོལ།  ང་ནི་ཉིན་གང་ཁྱེད་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ།

4  རང་གི་ཞབས་ཕྱི་དགའ་བཅུག་ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ། གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ངའི་སྨོན་ཁྱེད་ཕྱོགས་ཡོད།

5  ཁྱེད་ནི་བཟང་ཞིང་སྡིག་སེལ་གནང་མཁན་ཡིན། ཁྱེད་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས་མཁན་དེ་ཚོའི་ཐོག།  ཁྱེད་ནི་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་ལགས་སོ།

6  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཡི་སྨོན་ལམ་གསན་མཛོད། རོགས་རམ་ཕྱིར་ང་ཡི་ཞུ་བར་གསན་པར་མཛོད།

7  ང་ལ་དཀའ་ངལ་དུས་སུ་ཁྱེད་ལ་འབོད་གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྨོན་ལམ་དེ་ལ་ལན་འདེབས་གནང་།

8  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་ཁྱེད་དང་འདྲ་བའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་སུ་ཡང་མེད། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཛད་པ་དེ་འདྲ་སུས་ཡང་བྱེད་མེད།

9  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་བཀོད་པས་མི་རིགས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཀྱིས། ཁྱེད་དྲུང་ཡོང་ནས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བར་འགྱུར།  དེ་ཚོས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་ལ་བསྟོད་པར་འགྱུར།

10  ཁྱེད་ནི་ཆེ་ཞིང་ཡ་མཚན་མཛད་པ་གནང་། ཁྱེད་རང་གཅིག་པུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན།

11  ང་ཡིས་གང་བྱེད་དགོས་པ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ལབ་རོགས་གནང།  ཁྱེད་ལ་ང་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་གཙང་མའི་ཐོག་ཉན་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ལ་མོས་གུས་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ང་ལ་སློབས་སྟོན་གནང་བར་མཛོད།

12  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་ང་ཡི་དཀོན་མཚོག་ལགས། ངའི་སེམས་ཡོངས་ནས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད་བསྔགས་ཤིང་།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རླབས་ཆེན་རྒྱུན་དུ་གསལ་བགྲགས་བྱ་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

13  ངའི་སྟེང་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་ཧ་ཅང་ཆེ། དུར་ནས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་གནང་ངོ་།

14  ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་རྒྱལ་ཅན་རྣམས་ངའི་སྟེང་ལངས་ཡོད་དོ།  སྡུག་ཙུབ་ཅན་མི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ངའི་སྲོག་འཚོལ་བཞིན་ཡོད། དེ་ཚོས་ཁྱོད་ལ་དོ་སྣང་མི་བྱེད་དོ།

15  འོན་ཀྱང་གཙོ་བོ་ཁྱེད་ནི་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཅན་དང་ཐུགས་བརྩེའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན།  ཁྱེད་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་བཟོད་སྲན་ཅན་དང་ནི་དྲིན་ཆེན་དང་དམ་ལྡན་ཡིན།

16  ངའི་ཕྱོགས་ཞལ་བསྒྱུར་ང་ལ་སྙིང་རྗེ་གནང། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མཐུ་སྟོབས་གནང་ནས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབས།  གང་ལ་ཟེར་ན་ངའི་མ་ཡིས་ཞབས་ཕྱི་ཞུས། ད་ལྟར་ང་ཡིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་ཞབས་ཕྱི་ཞུས།

17  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཟང་པོའི་རྟགས་ཤིག་བསྟན་དུ་གསོལ།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་སེམས་གསོ་དང་རོགས་གནང་དེ་ཚོས་མཐོང་། ང་ལ་མི་འདོད་མཁན་རྣམས་ངོ་ཚར་ཚུད༎

 

 

1 Incline your ear, O Lord, and answer me, for I am poor and needy.

2 Preserve my life, for I am godly; save your servant, who trusts in you—you are my God.

3 Be gracious to me, O Lord, for to you do I cry all the day.

4 Gladden the soul of your servant, for to you, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.

5 For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.

6 Give ear, O Lord, to my prayer; listen to my plea for grace.

7 In the day of my trouble I call upon you, for you answer me.

8 There is none like you among the gods, O Lord, nor are there any works like yours.

9 All the nations you have made shall come and worship before you, O Lord, and shall glorify your name.

10 For you are great and do wondrous things; you alone are God.

11 Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth; unite my heart to fear your name.

12 I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name forever.

13 For great is your steadfast love toward me; you have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol.

14 O God, insolent men have risen up against me; a band of ruthless men seeks my life, and they do not set you before them.

15 But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.

16 Turn to me and be gracious to me; give your strength to your servant, and save the son of your maidservant.

17 Show me a sign of your favor, that those who hate me may see and be put to shame because you, Lord, have helped me and comforted me.
