གསུང་མགུར 116 – Psalm 116

1  ང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བྱམས་ཀྱི་ཡོད།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་གསན་པ་དང་།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཡི་སྨོན་ལམ་གསན།

2  ང་ཡི་ཇི་ཙམ་འབོད་ཀྱང་ཁོང་གིས་གསན།

3  ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་ང་ལ་འཆི་བའི་ཉེན་ཁ་ཡོད།  འཆི་བའི་དངངས་སྐྲག་གི་ང་ལ་འགེབས།  ང་ལ་འཇིག་སྣང་དང་སེམས་འཁྲལ་གང་ཡོད་དོ།

4  དེ་ནས་ང་ཡིས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་འབོད།  ཐུགས་རྗེས་གཟིགས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་རོགས་གནང།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཅན་དང་བཟང་པོ་ཡིན།  ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཅན་ཡིན་ནོ།

6  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་གྲོགས་མེད་རྣམས་ལ་སྲུང་།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་ཉེན་ཁའི་དུས་སུ་སྐྱབས།

7  ང་ཡི་སེམས་ཉིད་ཁྱོད་ནི་བློ་ཁལ་པོ་བྱོས་ཞིག།  གང་ལ་ཟེར་ན་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་ང་ལ་བཟང་པོ་གནང་།

8  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་འཆི་བ་ལས་ནི་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས།  ཁོང་གིས་ང་ཡི་མིག་ཆུ་ཕྱི་གནང་ཞིང་།  ང་ལ་ཕམ་རྒུད་སོགས་ལས་སྐྱབས་པ་གནང་།

9  དེར་བརྟེན་ང་ནི་གསོན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གླིང་དུ།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་དྲུང་འགྲུལ་གྱི་ཡོད།

10  ང་ནི་ཆ་ཚང་མེད་པར་སོང་ཡོད།  སྨྲས་སྐབས།

11  ང་འཇིགས་ནས། སུ་ལ་ཡང་བློ་ཁལ་མི་ཐུབ།  ཞེས་སྨྲས་པའི་སྐབས་སུ།  དེ་དུས་ཡང་ངས་ཡིད་ཆེས་བྱེད་རྒྱུ་སྤངས་མེད་དོ།

12  ང་ཡི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་དྲིན་ཕྱིར།  ང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་ཅི་འབུལ་ཐུབ།

13  ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་ཕྱིར་གཏང་རག་འབུལ་བའི་ཕྱིར།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་དྲུང་རྒུན་ཆང་འབུལ་བ་འཕུལ་གྱི་ཡིན།

14  ང་ནི་ཁོང་གི་མི་མང་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་ཚོགས་ཁྲོད།  དམ་བཅའ་ཞུས་པ་རྣམས་ཁོང་ལ་འབུལ།

15  ཁོང་གི་མི་མང་ནས་མི་ཞིག་འཆི་སྐབས།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་དཀའ་ངལ་ཇི་ཙམ་ཡོང་།

16  ང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བྲན་གཡོག་ཡིན།  ངའི་ཨ་མའི་གནང་བ་ལྟར་ངས་ཁྱེད་ལ་ཞབས་ཕྱི་ཞུ་གི་ཡིན།  ང་ལ་འཆི་བ་ལས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སྐྱབས་གནང་བྱུང་།

17  ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ལ་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་དམར་མཆོད་འབུལ།  ཁྱེད་ལ་ང་ཡི་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས་ཀྱི་ཡིན།

18-19  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མི་འབངས་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཚོགས་པའི་སར།  དམ་པའི་མཆོད་ཁང་ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་དུ།  ང་ཡིས་དམ་བཅའ་བྱེད་པ་རྣམས་ཁྱེད་ལ་འབུལ།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་ནི་བསྟོད་བསྔགས་ཤིག།

 

 

1 I love the Lord, because he has heard my voice and my pleas for mercy.

2 Because he inclined his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live.

3 The snares of death encompassed me; the pangs of Sheol laid hold on me; I suffered distress and anguish.

4 Then I called on the name of the Lord: “O Lord, I pray, deliver my soul!”

5 Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; our God is merciful.

6 The Lord preserves the simple; when I was brought low, he saved me.

7 Return, O my soul, to your rest; for the Lord has dealt bountifully with you.

8 For you have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling;

9 I will walk before the Lord in the land of the living.

10 I believed, even when I spoke: “I am greatly afflicted”;

11 I said in my alarm, “All mankind are liars.”

12 What shall I render to the Lord for all his benefits to me?

13 I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the Lord,

14 I will pay my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people.

15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.

16 O Lord, I am your servant; I am your servant, the son of your maidservant. You have loosed my bonds.

17 I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the Lord.

18 I will pay my vows to the Lord in the presence of all his people, 19 in the courts of the house of the Lord, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Praise the Lord!
