གསུང་མགུར 119: 1-8 – Psalm 119: 1-8

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་བཞིན་དུ་སྤྱོད་མཁན་དང་།  ཉེས་མེད་མི་ཚེ་སྐྱེལ་མཁན་དེ་ཚོ་བདེའོ།

2  ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་བཞིན་དུ་འགྲུལ་མཁན་དང་།  རང་གི་སེམས་ཀྱི་གཏིང་ནས་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་ལ་བརྩིས་མཁན་དེ་ཚོ་བདེའོ།

3  དེ་ཚོས་ནམ་ཡང་ནོར་འཁྲུལ་མི་བྱེད་ཅིང་།  དེ་ཚོ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་འགྲུལ་ལམ་ནང་དུ་འགྲོ།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ཚོར་རང་གི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་གནང་།  དེ་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་ལྡན་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་སྲུང་ང་ཚོར་གསུངས།

5  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་སློབ་རྣམས་ནི་དམ་ཚིག་ངང་།  ང་ཡིས་སྲུང་བར་ཐུབ་པའི་རེ་བ་ང་ལ་ཡོད།

6  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ཚང་མ་ང་ཡིས་སྲུང་ཐུབ་ན།  ང་ངོ་ནི་ཚ་མི་དགོས་སོ།

7  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་དྲང་བདེན་ཁྲིམས་རྣམས་ང་ཡི་བསླབ་པའི་དུས།  ང་ཡི་སེམས་ནི་གཙང་མའི་སྒོ་ནས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད།

8  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་རྣམས་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྲུང་གིས་ཡིན།  ང་ལ་ནམ་ཡང་སྤངས་བར་མ་གནང་ཞིག།

 

 

1 Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the Lord!

2 Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole heart, 3 who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways!

4 You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.

5 Oh that my ways may be steadfast in keeping your statutes!

6 Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all your commandments.

7 I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous rules.

8 I will keep your statutes; do not utterly forsake me!
