གསུང་མགུར 128 – Psalm 128

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་སྲུང་མཁན་དང་།  ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་རྣམས་བཞིན་འགྲུལ་མཁན་ཚོ་བདེའོ།

2  ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རང་གི་ལས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་ཟ་བ་དང། བདེ་ཞིང་ཁྱོད་ལ་འཕེལ་རྒྱས་ཆེན་པོ་ཡོང་བར་འགྱུར།

3  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཁྱིམ་དུ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཆུང་མ་ནི་འབྲས་བུ་ཅན་རྒུན་ཤིང་འདྲ་བ་དང།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་བུ་ཕྲུག་རྣམས་ནི་ཁ་སྐྱུར་ལྗོན་ཤིང་ཆུང་ཆུང་འདྲ་བ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཅོག་གརྩིའི་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་བསྡད།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་སྲུང་མཁན་མིས།  ངས་གཏན་དེ་འདྲ་བ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཛི་ཡོན་ནས་བྱིན་རླབས་གནང་བར་ཤོག།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་གང་ཡེ་རུ་ཤ་ལེམ་ཡར་རྒྱས་ཕྱིན་པ་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག།

6  ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་རང་གི་ཚ་བོ་ཚ་མོ་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག། ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་སྟེང་དུ་ཞི་བདེ་བྱུང་བར་ཤོག།

 

 

1 Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways!

2 You shall eat the fruit of the labor of your hands; you shall be blessed, and it shall be well with you.

3 Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table.

4 Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who fears the Lord.

5 The Lord bless you from Zion! May you see the prosperity of Jerusalem all the days of your life!

6 May you see your children’s children! Peace be upon Israel!
