གསུང་མགུར 142- Psalm 142

1  ང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལ་རོགས་པ་གནང་ཕྱིར་འབོད།  ང་ནི་ཁོང་དང་མཉམ་དུ་ཞུ་བ་འབུལ་གྱི་ཡོད།

2  ང་ཡི་སྐྱོན་བརྗོད་ཚང་མ་ཁོང་དྲུང་འཁྱེར་ནས་ཡོད། ང་ཡི་དཀའ་ངལ་ཚང་མ་ཁོང་ལ་ཞུ་གི་ཡོད།

3  ང་ནི་ཉམས་ཐག་པའི་དུས་སྐབས་སུ། ང་ཡིས་ཇི་བྱེད་དགོས་ལ་ཁོང་གི་མཁྱེན་གྱིས་ཡོད།  ང་འགྲོ་བའི་ལམ་དུ་ང་ཡི་དགྲ་བོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ངའི་ཕྱིར་རྙི་ཞིག་སྦས་ཡོད་དོ།

4  ང་ཡིས་འགྲམ་ལ་བལྟ་དུས་ང་ལ་རོགས་པ་བྱ་མཁན་སུ་ཡང་མི་མཐོང།  ང་ལ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བྱ་མཁན་སུ་ཞིག་ཐོབ་མ་བྱུང་། ང་ལ་སུ་ཞིག་གིས་ཀྱང་དོ་སྣང་མི་བྱེད་དོ།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ལ་མགོན་སྐྱབས་ཆེད་དུ་ཁྱེད་ལ་འབོད་ཀྱིས་ཡོད།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ནི་ང་ཡི་སྐྱབས་མཁན་ཡིན། མི་ཚེ་འདིའི་ནང་ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་རང་གཅིག་པུར་འདོད།

6  རོགས་པའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་ང་ཡི་ཞུ་བར་གསན་དུ་གསོལ།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ངའི་སེམས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ནང་ཚུད་ཡོད། ང་ཡི་དགྲ་བོ་རྣམས་ལས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།  ང་ཡི་ཕྱིར་དུ་དེ་ཚོ་སྟོབས་ཆེན་འགྱུར་ཡོད་དོ།

7  ང་ཡི་དཀལ་ངལ་ཀུན་ལས་ང་ལ་སྒྲོལ་དུ་གསོལ།  དེ་ནས་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་འབངས་རྣམས་ཚོགས་སར་ང་ཡིས་ཁྱེད་ལ་བསྟོད།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ལ་བཟང་པོ་གནང་ཡོད་དོ༎

1 With my voice I cry out to the Lord; with my voice I plead for mercy to the Lord.

2 I pour out my complaint before him; I tell my trouble before him.

3 When my spirit faints within me, you know my way! In the path where I walk they have hidden a trap for me.

4 Look to the right and see: there is none who takes notice of me; no refuge remains to me; no one cares for my soul.

5 I cry to you, O Lord; I say, “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”

6 Attend to my cry, for I am brought very low! Deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me!

7 Bring me out of prison, that I may give thanks to your name! The righteous will surround me, for you will deal bountifully with me.
