གསུང་མགུར 12 – Psalm 12

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོར་སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་མཛོད།  མི་བཟང་པོ་ནི་གཅིག་ཀྱང་ལུས་མེད།

སྐྱེ་བོ་དྲང་པོ་རྙེད་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀའ།

2  དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མས་ཕན་ཚུན་རྫུན་གཏམ་བཤད།  དེ་ཚོས་ཕན་ཚུན་ངོ་དགའ་དཔལ་ལེ་ཡིས།

གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་ལ་མགོ་བསྐོར་བསླུ་འཁྲིད་བྱེད།

3-4  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཉིད་ཀྱིས།  ངོ་སོ་དཔལ་ལེ་བྱེད་པའི་ལྕེ་རྣམས་བཀག།

ང་ཚོར་དགོས་པའི་དངོས་པོ་ཇི་ཡོད་རྣམས།  ཁ་ནས་བརྫོད་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་སྒྲུབ་པར་བྱེད།

སེམས་ནས་གང་དྲན་ཁ་ནས་སྨྲ་བར་བྱ།  ང་ཚོར་བཀག་འགོག་བྱ་མཁན་སུ་ཡོད་དམ།

ཞེས་ཟེར་སྦོར་ཤོབ་བྱེད་པའི་ཁ་རྣམས་བཀག།

5  འོན་ཀྱང་ད་ང་ཡོང་གི་ཡིན་ཞེས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་གསུངས།

གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དགོས་མཁོ་ཅན་རྣམས་མནར་གཅོད་ནང་ཚུད་ཡོད།

གཉའ་གནོན་མྱོང་མཁན་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནད་ཟུག་གི་འཁུན་སྒྲ་འདོན་པས་ན།

ད་བར་ཁོ་ཚོས་རེ་འདོད་བྱས་པ་ཡིས་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་དེ་ནི་ང་ཡིས་སྟེར་བར་བྱ།

6  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དམ་བཅའ་རྣམས་བློ་གདེང་བྱ་འོས་སོ།

དེ་ནི་ལན་གྲངས་བདུན་ཙམ་མེར་སྲེག་བཏང་བའི་རིན་ཆེན་དངུལ་དང་མཆུངས་ཤིང་བཅོས་མིན་ལགས།

7-8  མི་ངན་ས་ཕྱོགས་ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ་ནས་ཡོད།  ངན་པའི་ལས་ལ་ཚང་མས་བསྔགས་བརྗོད་བྱེད།

ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ཚོ་ལ།  རྒྱུན་དུ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བཙན་པོ་གནང་མཛད་ནས།

དེ་འདྲའི་མི་ངན་རྣམས་ལས་སྐྱོབ་པར་མཛོད༎

 

1 Save, O Lord, for the godly one is gone; for the faithful have vanished from among the children of man. 2 Everyone utters lies to his neighbor; with flattering lips and a double heart they speak.

3 May the Lord cut off all flattering lips, the tongue that makes great boasts, 4those who say, “With our tongue we will prevail, our lips are with us; who is master over us?”

5 “Because the poor are plundered, because the needy groan, I will now arise,” says the Lord; “I will place him in the safety for which he longs.” 6 The words of the Lord are pure words, like silver refined in a furnace on the ground, purified seven times.

7 You, O Lord, will keep them; you will guard us from this generation forever. 8 On every side the wicked prowl, as vileness is exalted among the children of man.
