གསུང་མགུར 17 – Psalm 17

1  ཉེ་རིང་མེད་པར་ཁྲིམས་དྲང་ཡོང་བའི་ཕྱིར།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོནམཆོག་ཁྱེད་ལ་ཁོ་བོ་ཡིས།

ཞུ་འདུན་བྱས་པར་གསན་ཆོག་མཛད་པ་གནང་།  སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་ཞུས་པའི་སྐད་འབོད་དྲང་པོ་ལ།

ཉིད་ཀྱིས་གསན་ཆོག་ངེས་པར་མཛད་པ་གནང་།

2  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་དྲང་པོ་གང་ཡིན་མཁྱེན་པས་ན།  ང་ཡི་ཕྱོགས་གཏོགས་གནང་སྟེ་ཁྲིམས་གཅོད་མཛོད།

3  ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་ང་ཡི་སེམས་གཤིས་མཁྱེན་ཡོད་པས།  ཁྱེད་ནི་མཚན་མོར་ངའི་རྩར་ཕྱག་ཕེབས་ཤིང་།

ང་ལ་བརྟགས་དཔྱད་ཞིབ་པར་མཛད་གནང་སྟེ།  ངའི་ནང་འདོད་ངན་གང་ཡང་མ་རྙེད་དོ།

4  ང་ནི་སྐྱེ་བོ་གཞན་དང་འདྲ་མིན་གྱིས།  ཁ་ནས་ཚིག་ངན་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མི་སྨྲ་བར།

ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་བརྩི་སྲུང་ཞུས།  དྲག་ཤུལ་གྱི་ལམ་དུ་ང་ནི་འབྲངས་མེད་དོ།

5  ང་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ལམ་ནང་འགྲུལ།  ལམ་མཆོག་དེ་ལས་ནམ་ཡང་འཛོལ་མེད་དོ།

6  ང་ནི་ཀྱེ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ལ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་ང་ལ་ཁྱེད་ཉིད་ཀྱིས།

གསན་ཆོག་མཛད་དེ་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་བར་མཛད།  དེ་བས་ང་ཡི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་ཞལ་བསྒྱུར་ཏེ།

ང་ཡིས་ཞུ་བའི་ཚིག་ལ་གསན་པར་མཛོད།

7  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ངོ་མཚར་ཆེ་བའི་ཐུགས་བརྩེ་དེ།  མངོན་པར་མཛད་དེ་ང་ལ་སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་གནང་།

ང་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་གནས་པར་བརྟེན།  དགྲ་བོའི་ཉེན་ལས་ཡོངས་སུ་ཐར་བར་འགྱུར།

8-9  ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་གྱི་འབྲས་བུར་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་མཛད་པ་བཞིན།

ང་ལའང་དེ་བཞིན་སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།

ངན་པས་ང་ལ་འཐབ་རྒོལ་བྱེད་པའི་སྐབས།  ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཤོག་གྲིབ་འོག་ཏུ་སྦས་པར་མཛོད།

དགྲ་བོ་གདུག་པ་ཅན་གྱིས་མཐའ་ནས་བསྐོར།

10  དེ་ཚོའི་སེམས་ནང་སྙིང་རྗེ་གང་ཡང་མེད།  ཁ་ནས་ང་རྒྱལ་ཆེ་བའི་གཏམ་བརྗོད་དོ།

11  ང་ནི་ས་ཕྱོགས་གང་དུ་ཁ་བསྒྱུར་ཀྱང་།  དེ་ཚོ་ང་ཡི་ཕྱོགས་བཞིར་མཐའ་བསྐོར་ཞིང་།

ང་ལ་འགྲིལ་བར་བྱེད་པའི་གོ་སྐབས་འཚོལ།

12  དེ་ཚོས་ང་ལ་དུམ་བུར་བཟོ་བའི་ཕྱིར།  སེང་གེ་བཞིན་དུ་ལམ་སྒུག་བྱེད་ནས་བསྡད།

13  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ད་ནི་ཁྱེད་ཕེབས་ཏེ།  ང་ཡི་དགྲ་བོར་འཐབ་རྒོལ་མཛད་གནང་ཞིང་།

དེ་ཚོ་ཡོངས་སུ་ཕམ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་རལ་གྲིའི་སྒོ་ནས་བདག་ཉིད་ལ།

ངན་པའི་ལག་ནས་སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།

14  ཚེ་འདིར་མཁོ་བའི་རྒྱུ་དངོས་ཇི་ཡོད་རྣམས།  ཐོབ་མཁན་མི་ལས་ང་ལ་སྐྱོབ་ཏུ་གསོལ།

ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དེ་ཚོའི་དོན་དུ་གསོག་འཇོག་པའི།  དཀའ་འཚེ་དྲག་པོས་དེ་ཚོར་ཉེས་ཆད་མཛོད།

ཆད་པ་དེ་ནི་དེ་ཆོའི་བུ་བརྒྱུད་བར་དུ་འདངས་ངེས་དང་།

ཚ་བོ་ཚ་མོའི་ཆེད་དུ་ཡང་ལྷག་འཕྲོས་ལུས་པར་ཤོག།

15  འོན་ཀྱང་ངས་ནི་ཉེས་པ་བྱས་མེད་པས།  ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ངོ་ངེས་པར་མཇལ་བར་འགྱུར།

གཉིད་ནས་བསད་སྐབས་སུ།  སྐུ་ཉིད་ང་དང་འགྲོགས་པའི་ཉམས་སྣང་གིས།

ང་ཡི་སེམས་ནི་དགའ་སྤྲོའི་ཡོངས་སུ་ཁྱབ༎

 

1 Hear a just cause, O Lord; attend to my cry! Give ear to my prayer from lips free of deceit! 2 From your presence let my vindication come! Let your eyes behold the right!

3 You have tried my heart, you have visited me by night, you have tested me, and you will find nothing; I have purposed that my mouth will not transgress. 4 With regard to the works of man, by the word of your lips I have avoided the ways of the violent. 5 My steps have held fast to your paths; my feet have not slipped.

6 I call upon you, for you will answer me, O God; incline your ear to me; hear my words. 7 Wondrously show your steadfast love, O Savior of those who seek refuge from their adversaries at your right hand.

8 Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings, 9 from the wicked who do me violence, my deadly enemies who surround me.

10 They close their hearts to pity; with their mouths they speak arrogantly. 11 They have now surrounded our steps; they set their eyes to cast us to the ground. 12 He is like a lion eager to tear, as a young lion lurking in ambush.

13 Arise, O Lord! Confront him, subdue him! Deliver my soul from the wicked by your sword, 14 from men by your hand, O Lord, from men of the world whose portion is in this life. You fill their womb with treasure; they are satisfied with children, and they leave their abundance to their infants.

15 As for me, I shall behold your face in righteousness; when I awake, I shall be satisfied with your likeness.
