གསུང་མགུར 24 – Psalm 24

1  འཛམ་བུ་གླིང་དང་དེའི་ནང་ཇི་ཡོད་ཀུན།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་རང་གི་ཡིན་པ་དང་།

ས་གཞི་འདི་དང་དེའི་ནང་གནས་པ་ཀུན།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་རང་ཉིད་གི་ཡོན་ནོ།

2  ས་གཞིའི་འོག་གི་ཆུ་བོ་གཏིང་རིང་ཁར།  ཁོང་གིས་འཇིག་རྟེན་བཀོད་གནང་མཛད་པ་གནང་།

རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གཏིང་དུ་དེ་ཡི་རྨང་གཞི་འཛུགས།

3  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རི་བོའི་ཁར།  འཛེག་པར་ནུས་པའི་དབང་ཆ་སུ་ལ་ཡོད།

ཁོང་གི་མཆོད་ཁང་དམ་པའི་ནང་།  སྐྱེ་བོ་སུ་འདྲ་ཞིག་ནི་འཛུལ་ཐུབ་བམ།

4  དེ་འདྲ་ནུས་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་དམ་པ་ནི།  ལས་དང་བསམ་ཚུལ་གཙང་ཞིང་རྣམ་པར་དག།

དེ་ཚོས་ལྷ་དང་སྐུ་འདྲར་མི་མཆོད་ཅིང་།  དམ་བཅའ་རྫུན་མ་གཏན་ནས་མི་བྱའོ།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ནི་དེ་ཚོ་ལ།  བྱིན་གྱིས་རླབས་ཤིང་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་མཛད་པ་དང་།

དཀོན་མཆོག་རང་གིས་དེ་ཚོར་ཉེས་མེད་གསལ་བསྒྲགས་མཛད།

6  དཀོན་མཆོག་དྲུང་དུ་བཅར་བར་འོས་པ་ནི།

ཡ་ཀོབ་ཀྱི་ནི་དཀོན་མཆོག་དྲུང་དུ་བཅར་མཁན་སྐྱེ་བོ་རྣམས་དེ་འདྲ་ཡིན།

7  རྒྱལ་སྒོ་སོགས་དང་གནའ་བོའི་སྒོ་རྙིང་རྣམས།  གུ་ཡངས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཡོངས་སུ་ཕྱེ་བར་གྱིས།

མངའ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེའི་ནང་ཕེབས་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

8  མངའ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ནི་སུ་ཡིན་ནམ།  ཁོང་ནི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལགས།

སྟོབས་དང་ནུས་ཤུགས་ལྡན་པ་དང།  གཡུལ་ལས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ལགས།

9  རྒྱལ་སྒོ་སོགས་དང་གནའ་བོའི་སྒོ་རྙིང་རྣམས།  གུ་ཡངས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་ཡོངས་སུ་ཕྱེ་བར་གྱིས།

མངའ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེའི་ནང་ཕེབས་རྒྱུ་ཡིན།

10  མངའ་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ནི་སུ་ཡིན་ནམ།  མངའ་ཐང་ཆེ་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དེ་ཉིད་ནི།

རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན༎

 

1 The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein, 2 for he has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the rivers.

3 Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place?

4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false and does not swear deceitfully.

5 He will receive blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

6 Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek the face of the God of Jacob. Selah

7 Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.

8 Who is this King of glory? The Lord, strong and mighty, the Lord, mighty in battle!

9 Lift up your heads, O gates! And lift them up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.

10 Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory! Selah
