གསུང་མགུར 46 – Psalm 46

1  དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་སྟོབས་དང་སྐྱབས་གནས་ལགས།  དཀའ་ངལ་དུས་སུ་སྐྱབས་པར་སྒྲ་སྒྲིགས་ཡོད།

2  དེར་བརྟེན་ས་གཞི་འགུལ་ན་ཡང།  རི་རྣམས་རྒྱ་མཚོར་ལྷུང་ན་ཡང།

ང་ཚོ་ནམ་ཡང་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་སྐྱེད་མི་ཡོང་།

3  རྒྱ་མཚོ་རྒྱས་ནས་འུར་སྒྲ་འདོན་པ་དང་།  རི་རྣམས་དེ་ཡི་དྲག་ཤུལ་གྱི་འགུལ་ཀྱང་ངེད་མི་འཇིགས།

4  གཙང་པོ་ཞིག་གིས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་དུ།

བླ་མེད་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་བཞུགས་གནས་དམ་པར་བདེ་བར་འཁྱེར།

5  དཀོན་མཆོག་གྲོངཁྱེར་བཞུགས་པས་འཇིགས་མི་འགྱུར།

ཐོ་རངས་སྔ་དྲོ་དེ་ལ་སྐྱབས་ཕྱིར་ཁོང་ཕེབས་པརའགྱུར།

6  མི་རིགས་རྣམས་འཇིགས་པ་དང་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་གཡོས།

དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་གསུང་སྐད་འདོན་པའི་ས་གཞི་བཞུར།

7  མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཅན་གྱི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ངེད་མཉམ་ཡོད།

ཡ་ཀོབ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ངེད་ཀྱི་སྐྱབས་གནས་ལགས།

8  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཇི་མཛད་རྣམས་ལ་བལྟ་བར་ཤོག།

ཁོང་གིས་ཡ་མཚན་ཅན་གྱི་མཛད་པ་ས་གཞིར་གནང་བར་ལྟོས།

9  ཁོང་གིས་ས་གཞིར་དམག་རྣམས་བཀག་པ་དང།

ཁོང་གིས་མདའ་གཅོག་མདུང་རྣམས་དུམ་བུར་མཛད།

ཁོང་གིས་ཕུབ་རྣམས་མེའི་ནང་སྲེག་པར་འགྱུར།

10  ཁོང་གི་གསུངས་པ། འཐབ་འཛིང་མཚམས་འཇོག་ཅིག།

ང་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིན་པ་ཤེས་པར་བྱོས་ཤིག།  མི་རིགས་རྣམས་ནང་ང་ནི་རླབས་ཆེན་དང་།

འཇིག་རྟེན་ནང་དུའང་ང་ནི་རླབས་ཆེན་འགྱུར།

11  མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཅན་གྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ངེད་མཉམ་ཡོད། ཡ་ཀོབ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ངེད་ཀྱི་སྐྱབས་གནས་ལགས་སོ༎

 

 

1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

2 Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,

3 though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling. Selah

4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High.

5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns.

6 The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts.

7 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah

8 Come, behold the works of the Lord, how he has brought desolations on the earth.

9 He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the chariots with fire.

10 “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”

11 The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah
