གསུང་མགུར 113 – Psalm 113

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་འབུལ།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཞབས་ཕྱི་ཁྱོད་ཚོས་ཁོང་གི་མཚན་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་འབུལ་ཞིག།

2  ད་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་རྒྱུན་དུ་ཁོང་གི་མཚན་བསྟོད་པར་ཤོག།

3  ཉི་མ་ཤར་བའི་དུས་ནས་དེ་ནུབ་བར་དུ།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གི་མཚན་ལ་བསྟོད་པ་འབུལ་དགོས་སོ།

4  མཐོ་རིས་སྟེང་དུ་ཁོང་གི་མཟི་བརྗིད་ཡོད།  མི་རིགས་ཡོངས་ཐོག་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་གིས་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་སྐྱོང་།

5  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ང་ཚོའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་འདྲ་སུ་ཡང་མེད།  ཁོང་ནི་ས་གནས་མཐོ་སར་བཞུགས་གནང་ངོ་།

6  འོན་ཀྱང་ཁོང་ནི་མཐོ་རིས་དང་ནི་ས་གཞི་རུ།  གཟིགས་པའི་ཕྱིར་དུ་དབུ་ཡང་སྒུར་བར་མཛད།

7  ཁོང་གི་དབུལ་པོ་ལ་དུལ་དང།  དགོས་མཁོ་ཅན་ཚོ་ལ་དེ་ཚོའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལས་ཡར་བསླང་བ་དང་།

8  དེ་ཚོར་རྒྱལ་སྲས་མཉམ་དུ།  རང་གི་མི་འབངས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་སྲས་མཉམ་དུ་འཇོག་གནང་ངོ་།

9  ཁོང་གིས་རབས་ཆད་མ་ལ་ཁྱིམ་དུ་གུས་ཞབས་གནང།  མོ་ལ་ཕྲུ་གུ་གནང་ནས་དགའ་རུ་བཅུག།  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ལ་བསྟོད་འབུལ༎

 

 

1 Praise the Lord! Praise, O servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord!

2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and forevermore!

3 From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised!

4 The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens!

5 Who is like the Lord our God, who is seated on high, 6 who looks far down on the heavens and the earth?

7 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap, 8 to make them sit with princes, with the princes of his people.

9 He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise the Lord!
