མད་ཐཱ། 17:1-3

1 ཉི་མ་དྲུག་གི་རྗེས་ལ་ཡེ་ཤུས་པེ་ཏྲོ་དང༌། ཡ་ཀོབ་དང༌། ཁོའི་གཅུང་པོ་ཡོ་ཧ་ནན་གསུམ་འཁྲིད་ནས་དབེན་པའི་གནས་རི་མཐོ་པོ་ཞིག་ལ་ཕེབས།

2 ཁོ་ཚོའི་མདུན་དུ་ཁོང་གི་སྐུའི་རྣམ་པ་གྱུར་ཏེ། ཁོང་གི་ཞལ་རས་ཉི་མ་དང་འདྲ་བར་འོད་འཕྲོས་པ་དང༌། ཁོང་གི་ན་བཟའ་འོད་ལྟར་དཀར་པོ་གྱུར།

3 དེའི་སྐབས་ལ་ཁོང་ཚོའི་མདུན་དུ་ལུང་སྟོན་པ་མོ་ཤེ་དང་ཨེ་ལི་ཡཱ་གཉིས་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱོན་ནས་ཁོང་དང་བཀའ་མོལ་གནང༌།

 

Matthew 17:1-3

And after six days Jesus took with him Peter and James, and John his brother, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. 2 And he was transfigured before them, and his face shone like the sun, and his clothes became white as light. 3 And behold, there appeared to them Moses and Elijah, talking with him.

Study notes –

1. Back in Exodus Moses had the same encounter up in Mount Sinai with God
2. Jesus is recon as the second Moses with regards to what was foretold

ཁོང་གིས་ཁྱོད་ཚོའི་དཀྱིལ་ནས་ང་དང་འདྲ་བའི་ལུང་སྟོན་པ་ཞིག་གཏོང་བ་གནང་རྒྱུ་ཡིན་པས། ཁྱོད་ཚོས་དེའི་བཀའ་ལ་ཉན་དགོས་སོ།

 

Deuteronomy 18:15

“The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your brothers—it is to him you shall listen—
