གསུང་མགུར 15 – Psalm 15

1  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་ཁང་ནང་སུ་བཅར་ཐུབ་བམ།

ཉིད་ཀྱི་དམ་པའི་རི་བོ་ཛི་ཡོན་སྒང་།  སུས་བསྙེན་བཀུར་བྱེད་ཐུབ་བམ།

2  དེ་ཚོ་ནི་ལས་དོན་གང་ཅིར་ཁོང་གི་ཐུགས་དགོངས་བཞིན་སྤྱོད་དེ་གཏན་དུ་ཚུལ་བཞིན་བྱེད་དོ།

དེ་ཚོའི་གཏམ་ཚིག་བདེན་ཞིང་དྲང་པོ་དང།

3  དེ་ཚོས་གཞན་ལ་སྨད་ར་མི་མཛོད་ཞིང་།  རང་གི་གྲོགས་པོར་ངན་སྤྱོད་མི་བྱེད་ཅིང་།

རང་གི་ཁྱིམ་མཚེས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐོར་ལའང་།  རྫུན་གྱི་དཀྲོག་གཏམ་སྤེལ་བར་མི་བྱེད་དོ།

4  དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ནི་སྤངས་པའི་མི་རྣམས་ལ།  ཁོས་ཀྱང་སེམས་ནས་སྡང་ཞིང་འཕྱ་སྨད་བྱས།

འོན་ཀྱང་ཁོང་གི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་སྲུང་མཁན་ལ་ཁོས་ནི་གུས་བཀུར་བྱེད།

གནས་ཚུལ་དཀའ་བ་ཇི་ལྟར་བྱུང་ན་ཡང་།  རྒྱུན་དུ་རང་གི་དམ་བཅའ་ཡོངས་སུ་སྒྲུབ།

5  བུ་ལོན་གཏོང་སྐབས་སྐྱེད་ཁ་མི་ལེན་ཞིང་།  ལྐོག་རྔན་ལེན་ཏེ་སྐྱེ་བོ་གནོང་མེད་ལ།

རྫུན་གྱི་དཔང་པོ་བྱས་ཏེ་གནོད་མི་སྐྱེལ།

དེ་ལྟར་ཚུལ་མཐུན་སྤྱོད་མཁན་མི་རྣམས་ནི་རྒྱུན་དུ་བརྟན་པོར་གནས་ལགས་སོ༎

 

1 O Lord, who shall sojourn in your tent? Who shall dwell on your holy hill?

2 He who walks blamelessly and does what is right and speaks truth in his heart; 3 who does not slander with his tongue and does no evil to his neighbor, nor takes up a reproach against his friend; 4 in whose eyes a vile person is despised, but who honors those who fear the Lord; who swears to his own hurt and does not change; 5 who does not put out his money at interest and does not take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.
