གསུང་མགུར 20 – Psalm 20

1  ཁྱེད་རང་དཀའ་ངལ་ནང་དུ་ཚུད་པའི་སྐབས།

གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་ཁྱོད་ལ་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་བར་ཤོག།

ཡ་ཀོབ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས།  ཁྱེད་ལ་སྲུང་སྐྱོབ་བཙན་པོ་གནང་བར་ཤོག།

2  ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཆོད་ཁང་ནང་ནས་ཁྱོད་རང་ལ།  མགོན་དང་སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་ཁོང་གིས་གནང་བར་ཤོག།

རི་བོ་ཛི་ཡོན་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ཁྱོད་ལ་སྐྱབས་གྲོགས་མཛད་པར་ཤོག།

3  ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་འབུལ་བ་རྣམས་ལ་ཁོང་གི་ངོས་ལེན་གནང་བར་ཤོག།

ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་དམར་མཆོད་རྣམས་ལ་ཐུགས་སེམས་མཉེས་པར་ཤོག།

4  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རེ་འདུན་ཚང་མ་སྒྲུབ་མཛད་དེ།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་འཆར་གཞིར་ལམ་འགྲོ་ཡོང་བར་ཤོག།

5  དེ་ནས་ང་ཚོས་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས།  དགའ་བའི་སྐད་འབོད་ཆེན་པོ་སྒྲོག་པར་བྱ།

ང་ཚོས་རང་གི་དཀོན་མཆོག་དེ་ཉིད་ལ།  བསྟོད་བསྔགས་ཞུས་ཏེ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཁའི་སྐོར།

དགའ་སྟོན་ཆེན་པོས་བརྩི་སྲུང་གྱིས་པར་བྱ།  ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ཞུ་འབོད་ཚང་མར་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཡིས།

བཀའ་ལན་གསལ་པོར་ཁྱོད་ལ་གནང་བར་ཤོག།

6  ཉིད་ཀྱིས་འདེམས་བསྐོས་མཛད་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ།

གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་རྒྱལ་ཁ་གནང་བ་ད་ངེས་ཤེས།

མཐོ་རིས་དམ་པའི་གནས་ནས་ཁོང་ཉིད་ཀྱིས།

དེ་ལ་བཀའ་ལན་ཁོང་གིས་གནང་།  ཁོང་གི་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཐུ་དང་ནུས་པ་ཡིས།

དེ་ལ་རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཆེན་པོ་གནང་བར་འགྱུར།

7  འགའ་ཞིག་གིས་ནི་དམག་གི་ཤིང་རྟ་དང་།  འགའ་རེས་རྟ་ཚོགས་མང་པོར་བློ་བཅོལ་ལོ།

འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ཚོས་རང་གི་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི།  མཐུ་དང་ནུས་སྟོབས་ཁོ་ནར་བློ་བཅོལ་བྱ།

8  སྐྱེ་བོ་དེ་འདྲ་རྐང་པ་འཁོན་ཏེ་འགྱེལ།  འོན་ཀྱང་ང་ཚོ་ལངས་ཤིང་བརྟན་པོར་གནས།

9  ཀྱེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ།  རྒྱལ་ཁ་གནང་ཞིང་ང་ཚོའི་ཞུ་འབོད་ལ།

ཉིད་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་ལན་གནང་བར་མཛོད༎

 

 

1 May the Lord answer you in the day of trouble! May the name of the God of Jacob protect you!

2 May he send you help from the sanctuary and give you support from Zion!

3 May he remember all your offerings and regard with favor your burnt sacrifices! Selah

4 May he grant you your heart’s desire and fulfill all your plans!

5 May we shout for joy over your salvation, and in the name of our God set up our banners! May the Lord fulfill all your petitions!

6 Now I know that the Lord saves his anointed; he will answer him from his holy heaven with the saving might of his right hand.

7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.

8 They collapse and fall, but we rise and stand upright.

9  O Lord, save the king! May he answer us when we call.
