གསུང་མགུར 14 – Psalm 14

1  གླེན་པའི་སེམས་ནང་དཀོན་མཆོག་མེད་ཅེས་བརྗོད།

དེ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་ངན་སྤྱོད་ལོག་པར་བྱས།

དེ་ཚོས་ཡ་ང་པོ་ལས་ངན་ཤ་སྟགས་བྱས།  ཚུལ་མཐུན་ལས་བྱ་མཁན་སུ་ཡང་མེད།

2  མིའི་རིགས་ཤེས་རབས་ཅན་དང་ཁོང་ལ་མཆོད་མཁན་རྣམས།

ཨེ་ཡོད་དགོངས་ཏེ་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས།  མཐོ་རིས་གནས་ནས་རྒྱུན་དུ་གཟིགས་ཤིང་བཞུགས།

3  འོན་ཀྱང་དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མས་ནོར་འཁྲུལ་བྱས།  དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་ངན་པ་གཅིག་པ་ཡིན།

ཚུལ་བཞིན་སྤྱོད་མཁན་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མི་འདུག་གོ།

4  གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས་བཀའ་འདྲི་གནང།  སྐྱེ་བོ་དེ་ཚོས་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མིན་ནམ།

སྤྱོད་ངན་བྱེད་མཁན་དེ་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་གཏི་མུག་ཅན་ཡིན་ནམ།

དེ་ཚོས་ང་ཡི་མི་འབངས་འཕྲོག་བཅོམ་གྱིས།

རང་ཉིད་འཚོ་བའི་ཐབས་ལམ་དེ་ལས་བྱས།  དེ་ཚོས་ནམ་ཡང་སྨོན་ལམ་མི་འདེབས་སོ།

5  འོན་ཀྱང་དེ་ཚོ་འཇིགས་ཤིང་སྐྲག་པར་འགྱུར།  གང་ལགས་ཟེར་ན་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོང་ཉིད་ནི།

ཉིད་ཀྱི་བཀའ་ཁྲིམས་སྲུང་མཁན་མཉམ་དང་འགྲོགས།

6  ངན་པས་དུལ་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་འཆར་གཞི་ལ།  རྒྱུན་དུ་འཚེ་བ་བར་ཆད་གཏོང་ཐབས་བྱས།

འོན་ཀྱང་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཁོ་ཚོའི་སྐྱབས་གནས་ལགས།

7  ཛི་ཡོན་གནས་ནས་ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་པ་ཡི་ཕྱོགས།  རྒྱལ་ཁ་ཡོང་བར་ཤོག་ཅེས་ཁོ་བོ་ཡིས།

སེམས་ནས་སྨོན་འདུན་གང་མང་ཞུས་པ་ཡིན།  ཨིསི་རཱཨེལ་པ་རྣམས་གཙོ་བོ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གིས།

སླར་ཡང་ཕྱུག་པོར་བཟོས་པའི་དུས་སྐབས་སུ།  དེ་ཚོར་དགའ་སྣང་ཆེན་པོ་ཇི་ཙམ་བྱུང་༎

 

1 The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds; there is none who does good.

2 The Lord looks down from heaven on the children of man, to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God.

3 They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one.

4 Have they no knowledge, all the evildoers who eat up my people as they eat bread and do not call upon the Lord?

5 There they are in great terror, for God is with the generation of the righteous. 6 You would shame the plans of the poor, but the Lord is his refuge.

7 Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When the Lord restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice, let Israel be glad.
